+ Es una casa muy cómoda y bien ubicada en Alcudia,un pueblo precioso. Sin duda volvería. Visitamos las playas cercanas y son fabulosas. Casa muy fresquita y limpia.

Bonitos y cómodos días en Alcudia

+ La amplitud del alojamiento y de las habitaciones para 5, que dos de las tres habitaciones tuvieran dos camas individuales cada una, lo que permite alojar hermanos o amigos sin necesidad de compartir cama, la atención y amabilidad del anfitrión, la climatización en todas las estancias, poder disponer de una cocina completamente equipada con lavaplatos, lavadora...

Fantastic stay at Casa López

+ Casa López is in a fantastic location in Alcudia Old Town. It’s so close to lots of wonderful restaurants and shops, but also in a quiet location, so you’re not disturbed. We absolutely loved exploring the local area! There’s lots to see and do. The accommodation was impeccably clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. For reference, we stayed as a family of six, three adults and three older teenagers. We had more than enough space for us all. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat we experienced while we were there! Parking was available just outside the Old Town walls, only a five-minute walk away, which was great as we had rented a car. The beach is just a five-minute drive away, so it was really easy to get there. The host was great and available for any issues that may have come up (although, thankfully, we didn’t have any issues during our stay). We would 100% recommend staying at Casa López! We hope to come and stay again soon!

− The only small suggestion we would have is regarding the bedding. We personally found the mattresses a little less comfortable than we’re used to, and the bedding felt slightly scratchy rather than soft. Perhaps a mattress upgrade and slightly softer, higher thread-count bedding could be considered in the future. That said, this certainly didn’t take away from our stay at all, it’s simply a small suggestion that we feel could make an already lovely stay even more comfortable!

Fin de semana en Alcúdia

+ La casa era muy cómoda y amplia, con una buena ubicación en pleno centro histórico de Alcúdia. Está completamente equipada con cocina completa, sombrillas, aire acondicionado, etc. Además, el trato con Pedro fue impecable.

− Por ponerle alguna pega, el check-out se nos hizo un poco temprano.

+ Si tratta di una casa composta al piano terra da soggiorno ampio,bagno con ampia doccia,cucina e spazio esterno. Al primo piano c ‘ è una camera matrimoniale con terrazzino,una camera con due letti e un bagno anch’ esso ( che serve ad entrambe le camere).Al secondo piano c ‘ è una terza camera da letto composta da due lettini e cabina armadio e una stanza allestita per i giochi con tanto di recinzione.Da qui attraverso una scala si accede ad una seconda terrazza . Cucina attrezzatissima,aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Ci sono stati forniti ombrelloni e teli mare( che però non abbiamo usato). Nulla da ridire sulla pulizia e sulla cortesia del nostro ospite. Attenzione all’ ambiente:presenza di un dolcificatore e la possibilità di riempire con acqua filtrata ( e buona) le nostre bottiglie di acqua limitando uso e acquisto di bottiglie in plastica. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in 4 : due adulti e due figli adolescenti ( 17 e 15 anni)che hanno potuto godere ognuno della propria privacy. La struttura può accogliere famiglie più numerose o coppie. Posizione ottima: a due passi dal centro di Alcudia e da vari parcheggi gratuiti.

Tolles Haus mitten in Alcudia

+ Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Parkplatz kostenfrei immer gefunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Pedro immer erreichbar. Die Dachterrasse zwar klein, aber mit toller Aussicht. Wir kommen gern wieder.

+ Sehr netter Besitzer, top Lage, schöne dachterrasse. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche!! Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer waren jetzt nicht unser Geschmack aber in einem Ferienhaus ist es sicher sinnvoll, Polyesterbezüge in dunkelbraun über die sitzmöbel zu stülpen! Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert! Gut auch die biobäckerei um die Ecke!!!!

+ Très bon accueil de la part de Pedro, merci pour le séjour! L’appartement est très propre et confortable, l’équipement de la cuisine est parfait et les lits très confortables!

− L’eau de la douche du premier étage devenait tiède/froide pour la personne qui se douchait en second. Mais la douche du rez de chaussée n’avait pas ce problème!

Fantastic holiday location we’d definitely come again.

+ An excellent location with lots of space for our whole family. Lots of floors, including a play room which our daughters enjoyed. Near the shops and restaurants but not so you’d notice or hear them at night. Air conditioning was a huge help. Public car park nearby.

Smuk lejlighed tæt på den gamle by

+ Perfekt beliggenhed i Old town - gode faciliteter med mange rum, solsenge og køkken med alt hvad der skal til for madlavning. Ca. 2 km til stranden og nemt med parkering. Mange gode spisesteder helt tæt på. Aircondition virker perfekt og rengøringen var i top. Vi kommer igen.

+ Very spaciuos house, good facilities. Beutiful view from the rooftop terrace. Price (low season) was very reasonable.

Perfect place to discover Mallorca by car

+ Very good and spacious apartment to discover Mallorca. Located actually almost in the old town of beautiful Alcudia town. Very cosy and warm during my winter stay (which is not common in Spain). Owner is very helpful and answered immediately to all my questions. Apartment's kitchen is very well equipped, 2 coffee machines (big one and small one for tablets), 2 toasters and much more :) Very nice view from the top terrace (mountains and a bit of sea) I strongly recommend this place!

Excellent hosts, fantastic location, incredible value and perfect for cyclists.

+ The location was perfect and was very convenient for our group arriving by bus. All of the facilities were exactly what we needed for our cycling holiday - area for safely storing bikes, washing machine, excellent cooking and dining areas. Pedro Snr and Pedro Jnr were both very helpful throughout the booking process.
