− La zona dónde estaba la piscina, estaba muy poco cuidada

An amazing property in an amazing location in an amazing part of Spain - book it and let it be a part of you and your me

+ The property and location are perfect - 1- shops 2- supermarket 3- beach 4- restaurants all within minutes of the house - it’s spotless and modern but with a traditional Spanish finish - the pool and outside area are just amazing - sun trap all afternoon.

− Not that we didn’t like stuff but you can always improve so I’ll add the below on ‘stuff’ that could improve to move from a 9 to a 10!1- bed linen-Ive stayed in many properties and have not and didn’t expect to have to pay extra for bedding - especially at the cost of the property ! I’ve looked back at the original listing and it does state that towels bed linen and pillows are extra but I missed it- it’s a bit like staying in a five star hotel and the week before they email to ask are you bringing your own bedding?! Maybe revisit or make it more obvious in the listing so not a shock two weeks before arrive !2- WiFiThe house from kitchen upwards is perfectly covered however move through the kitchen into the TV room and out into the garden where we spent a lot of time in the pool and there is nothing - a simple WiFi extender would be much appreciated to future guests ! If there is one …. It’s not working3- electricsThey kept tripping - I spoke to the maintenance team who suggested it was because we had lots of stuff plugged in at once - only happened three times and we restarted on each occasion - thought worth mentioning as could be expensive if fridge / freezer is off for a while4- toiletriesI got in trouble here as I told the better half we didn’t need to take shampoo and gel etc however it ended up being a cheap bottle of shampoo and conditioner - surely at price of property there could have been some really nice shampoo separate conditioner and shower gel ?5- welcome ‘stuff’The house was amazingly clean and tidy hence why I’ve given it 10/10 - however I’ve stayed in less amazing properties to find - either a welcome note - a bottle of wine - cakes- some local Directions to restaurants etc - just a nice little touch after travelling that adds a little ‘extra’ ( I think there was a bottle of water in the fridge thinking about it !)

+ The stay flew by by the pool. The house is clean and has many amenities. Shops and the beach are close by. Everything was as described.

− It's a pity that there aren't a few coffee capsules as a welcome gift.

+ Casa antigua muy bien ubicada. A un paso de todo. Reformada con encanto y muy acogedora. Integral Finques nos lo puso todo muy fácil. Un placer.

+ The location is fantastic but is better not to go with car

+ Very clean accommodation in a great location in Palamós. A couple of minutes walk from everything. The indoor living area and the outdoor space were great with a lovely pool.

Superb

+ Great villa, excellent location close to gran via and great beaches. Pool is fantastic. All facilities good.

− Parking is about 250m away and cost 29 euros for 3 days. Not a major issue but should be considered.
