DO not book this villa!!
Half the villa was locked and closed off when we arrived, signs up everywhere telling us we couldn't use certain rooms. There were 12 of us and because of this, some of us were left without beds and had to sleep on sofas despite paying over 2,000 euros for use of the whole villa!!. We had children with additional needs so this was very very disruptive to them and we really struggled to fit us all in. The shower was broken but we was not told until we got there, so we all had one bathroom to share with a rubbish shower outside, which again wasn't enough for 12 and was not what we paid for!! We paid for three bathrooms!! We paid for the whole villa not half of it. The owner turned up unannounced whenever she felt like!! So we couldn't even relax there. Sometimes she came when we was not there but all our valuables were inside! It was so inappropriate, she would also shout at us in spanish if she saw something she did not like. I used WhatsApp and Google translator to communicate with her, but when she felt like shouting and pointing in our faces she purposely wouldnt use the translator so we didnt know what she was saying!! There were multiple issues with the pool, at first we were led to believe our children had been removing the chroline tablets but towards the end of the holiday it became apparent this was not the case, as we were accused of doing it on 2 occasions when we had been on day trips and not used the pool! So we kind of caught on that she was trying to take our 200 deposit of us, which by the way she made us pay in euros which is not what it says on booking.com. The owner repeatedly gave us false information regarding buses and supermarkets. It seemed she wanted our money but didn't care at all about her guests once she had it. The facilities listed on booking.com are incorrect, there wasn't half the facilities she states there are, so we were left without various facilities.
