We definitely recommend and will book to stay again

+ The apartment was clean and tidy and has a lovey large balcony, the kitchen has everything you would need including a kettle and coffee machine with tea bags and a few coffee pods. It is centrally located being only two blocks away from a large selection of bars and restaurants, the pool and the grounds are well kept and the neighbourhood is friendly. There is also a couple of supermarkets all within walking distance.

− The only negative we had and it really wasn’t an issue, were the pillows were too flat for us but you can’t please everyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Pinto.

+ We were sent video instructions by the owner of how to gain access to the Community and Apartment Key Safes. These were self explanatory and access was simple.

Disappointing

− Silverfish like bugs, even in the beds. There is an €80 cleaning fee per stay and a €20 towel charge per stay.

+ Location and cleanliness was great. Considering we never meet a key holder, checking in and out was hassle free because the What’s App directions the property owner gave were easy to follow.

− Complex was, well maintained with parking and close to bars, restaurants, shops together with several Golf’s Courses and a 10 minute ride to several beaches

+ The property is in a very good location, with easy access to shops, bars and local facilities. It was very clean and well cared for. The gated parking was an added bonus.

− An electric kettle would have been useful. The list of things to do before you left the property, from the cleaning company, seemed a little heavy handed.
