Super apartment

+ Everything you could possibly want for an overnight stay on the Camino. Fernando was very helpful. The apartment and in particular the kitchen, had all you need and included complementary milk, water, coffee and tea which was very much appreciated

− Nothing to dislike. One comment … bit of a hill to climb to the apartment block and use your Booking.com map to locate the entrance. You’ll need to phone Fernando on arrival

Buen sitio para una noche en Redondela

+ Buena ubicación en Redondela, perfecto si haces el camino de Santiago. Cuarta planta con vistas a la ciudad. Me cambiaron el apartamento que había reservado por otro, pero todo OK y no era problema para mí. Las camas son cómodas.

− Falta menaje de cocina, no hay casi nada si quieres cocinar algo. Muebles de los más baratos e incómodos en el salón. Quizás un poco básico todo por el precio que tiene. Cuarta planta de un edificio viejo.

+ I have been walking the Camino over a month and I think Casa Rios is by far one of the best places that I have stayed I’m not an Nespresso fan. They actually had a coffee maker and milk for the first time of all the places that I stayed. They had a laundry machine so I could do my laundry. They have a little living room area where the bed is but most importantly, I think it’s how kind Fernando and Marina are. I had told them that I was going to be by the apartment at a certain time, but I got distracted in one of the markets and as I’m coming up to find the location, Marina is coming down looking for me in case something happened or Making sure that I was OK and I think that that kindness is invaluable.

+ War sehr sauber und Fernando hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles erklärt.

− Die Lage ist gut, aber kein Mensch hat mit der Straße was anfangen können 🧐 wir haben über ne halbe Stunde gesucht, obwohl wir vor der Haustür standen 🙃 vielleicht wäre es besser die Nachbarn rechts angeben. Das kennt jeder 👍

Cómodo y limpio

+ El apartamento está super bien puesto y muy muy limpio. La ubicación es muy buena también y tiene una buena terraza. Llegamos un poco después de la hora que me ponía para hacer check in y el dueño no nos puso pegas.

− Solicité poder salir un poco después de las 11 (hora tope de check out) y no nos dejó. Nos propuso quedarnos otro día pagando… Nos hizo un poco polvo porque el día anterior tuvimos una boda.

+ El apartamento estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. La cama y la almohada eran muy cómodas. También hay mantas y toalllas suficientes y además Fernando nos ofreció más en caso de necesitarlo. El apartamento cuenta con calefacción y aire acondicionado, televisión, wifi y una terraza muy amplia. Fernando se portó de 10 con nosotros. Muy recomendable.

We were walking the Camino de Santiago. It was an acceptable stay.

+ We were able to wash our clothes here. Hung them outside on the balcony to dry. Felt like a local, lol.

− The room appeared to be attached to the owners' personal apartment. A little odd getting to it. We used a luggage delivery service. They couldn't deliver to the apartment, so we had to collect the bags at a restaurant some distance away.

− La cuesta para llegar hasta la casa pero qué se le va a hacer!! Te acabas acostumbrando

+ The bed and the shower were class. Location excellent and close to everything. Netflix to watch. Lovely terrace to sit out on. On the camino. Water in the fridge. Recommend you grab a few beers on your way past the supermarket to enjoy on the rooftop terrace.

− My wife says there was a bit of traffic noise...I didn't hear it......

We felt very comfortable and relaxed in the apartment that offered everything.

+ Friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was wonderful and supplied an outside deck and well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable.

+ Private and quiet setting. The owners had a few treats available, and drying racks which were most welcome afyer an entire day of hiking in the rain.

− Hard to get to! Difficult keys in doors.

Great stop on the Camino!

+ It was the perfect size for 2 pilgrims traveling on the Camino. Comfortable; also the washing machine was most welcome. The owner was friendly and helpful, also honest (when we misunderstood what he was asking and we tried to pay a “tourist tax”)

− A small hill had to be climbed to reach the property after a long day of hiking 😏
