+ Posizione strategica! Gestore assolutamente affidabile ! Residence ben frequentato , ben posizionato , di semplice accesso , sempre ordinato e pulito, noi ero in modalità appartamento privato , quindi le pulizie interne spettavano a noi, abbiamo trovato una cucina ottimamente fornita. Rapporto prezzo qualità eccellente!

Parfait pour moi qui aime explorer les environs à pied et apprécie de beaux endroits.

+ Pour moi un des meilleurs emplacements à Corralejo. D'un côté pas très loins du supérmarché et de l'arrêt de bus et de l'autre les grandes plages de Corralejo restent assez proches pour pouvoir y aller à pied - ça fait une petite promenade. Installé sur le balcon, on a une belle vue sur la piscine et tout le complexe autour. Ça fait une belle ambiance.

− Il n'y a pas de climatisation (il y a un ventilateur par contre) - ça on le sait d'avance, mais parfois on en aurait besoin la nuit pour mieux dormir.

− Decent walk [25 min] to centre where main shops are and to the beachfront area with all the restaurants. Having said that a taxi is only 5 euro. No aircon, just a large fan

Cómodo, sin grandes lujos pero agradable. Piscina ideal.

+ Urbanización agradable, buena ubicación y aparcar en la calle es sencillo aunque sea tarde. Piscina agradable y ginmasio disponible. Pudimos hacer el check in antes cuando el apartamento estuvo disponible.

− Podría mejorarse la limpieza (polvo sobretodo), y tener algún rollo más de papel higiénico...igualmente repetiría la estancia estuvo bien calidad precio.

+ Az egész komplexumban nagy nyugalom uralkodott. Tökéletes hely feltöltődésre, regenerálódásra.

− Nincs légkondi. Ha huzatot csináltam a beltéri ajtókat nem lehetett csukva tartani (a szél állandóan mozgatta őket hangos volt), a rossz illeszkedés miatt)

Perfect quite stay.

+ Great location, very quiet which is what we wanted. Nice view of the pool. No AC but fan was provided for us upon request. Good amount of towels provided. Very safe area. 5/10 minute walk to restaurants, shops and beach. Close to water park, easy walk to larger strip/port about 15/20 minute walk.

− Property is a little dated. Minor upgrades would be beneficial, fresh lick of paint, back window screen, shower door. General upkeep that happens over time.

+ Just back from our second visit to this apartment and fell in love with it again. Lovely quiet location. The apartment is well equipped for self catering (even had shopping bags!) and has an amazing view of the pool.

Nahe an den großen Stränden

+ Die Anlage war sehr schön, bemerkenswert ruhig und im Appartement gab es alles, was man braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Wir hatten einen großen Balkon mit tollem Ausblick auf den Pool. Vielen Dank auch für das nette Willkommen-Set. Das An-und Abreisemanagement war gut organisiert.

+ La casetta è identica a come la si vede nelle foto su booking (cosa non sempre scontata) inoltre la posizione, il residence, la tranquillità e l'accoglienza dell'host Davide ha reso tutto perfetto.

Buon appartamento ma si muore dal caldo

+ La posizione; la tranquillità del residence; la presenza di suppellettili essenziali; all'arrivo acqua e due piccole birre in frigo; quanto serve per una piccola colazione per la mattina seguente; la lavatrice e detersivo per un paio di lavaggi; detersivo per piatti e spugnetta; bagnoschiuma; la piscina; wi-fi; la professionalità e la gentilezza di Davide.

− Frigorifero molto piccolo; dalle ore 14:00 circa e fino al tramonto il terrazzo era soleggiato e il solo ombrellone non basta a fare ombra e l'appartamento in quelle ore diventa un forno; il divano è molto scomodo.

Very lovely apartment

+ The apartment is in a really lovely location with just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. The apartment had everything we wanted and was comfortable during our stay. It's a very relaxing complex, nice and quiet. Davide was a really good host and answered any queries we had very promptly. We would stay again if we came back to fuerteventura in the future.

+ We didnt like anything about this property especially with the old Glossy Photos on Booking.com and rating it 9.3 We went by the rating of 9.3 I ALSO HAVE ATTACHED PHOTOS OF THE PROPERTY TO EXPLAIN WHAT I MEAN BUT BOOKING.COM WONT SEEM TO ATTACH THEM AFTER I TRIED 5 TIMES AND EMAILED THEM

− The place is dated and filthy dirty also booking.com customer service is an absolute disgrace.. I will not be using booking.com again. The apartment was nothing like the Glossy Photos also we arrived at 8pm it took us a good 20 minutes to find the apartment as the pool area had little lighting and was dark ... The sofa was filthy dirty and the TV was also dated no UK channels .. It was not a good holiday for us and I would not stay here again I ALSO HAVE ATTACHED PHOTOS OF THE PROPERTY BELOW ON MY REVIEW BUT BOOKING.COM WONT SEEM TO ATTACH THEM AFTER I TRIED 5 TIMES AND EMAILED THEM

Perfect apartment in stunning surroundings

+ A lovely apartment with everything you need in a stunning, lush resort. The resort is secure and in a lovely quiet area. Davide is an excellent host, very friendly and helpful with great communication. Check in was very easy. The apartment’s balcony looks over the lovely pool area which is quiet and well looked after. There were welcome beers, water & other items including a very thoughtful pannetone since I was there at Xmas. I loved the location as it was away from the noise of city centre but near a bike hire shop where I hired a bike to cycle all over, near beach yoga, Sunset Lounge and the lovely commercial centre of Campanario 10 mins walk away with restaurants, shops and a big supermarket. The apartment was very clean & comfortable especially the bed and the Chromecast useful for watching Netflix, etc

+ The house is comfortable and had everything we needed. The bast part was the beautiful view of the pool <3 communal area was usually quiet, clean and with plenty of space. On our arrival we found 2 beers chillin in the fridge. what else do you need? ;)
