Great location, nice clean & spacious apartment.

+ Good location in the old town, nice & clean spacious apartment. Few minutes walk towards the beach & a nice walk along to the new town which took about 20-25 minutes plus a few pit stops on the way :)

− It was rather noisy with a cafe across the road which was always busy plus it was above a small park. Very small balcony considering the apartment sleeps up to 6 people. Collecting the keys from the office which was 10 minutes walk away wasn't ideal especially when we arrived at 11.30AM & couldn't get the keys until 3PM which was an hour before usual check in of 4PM so not that bad. We left our luggage in the office & just had to kill a few hours. Maybe think about installing a lock box or something at the apartment block instead...

+ We loved the flat, location was great, very clean and had nearly everything you needed.

− Location for us and the local taxi company was a tricky to find. Map of key pick up would have been useful for taxi company. There was no customary welcome pack in the flat eg do's and don'ts, WiFi codes, instructions for appliances, local shops etc. As we stayed in October the nights were a little cool and we had a single sheet for sleeping and there no additional bedding eg blankets) duvets, but these small things that make the difference. Apart from this we enjoyed our stay, thank you

+ O apartamento está muito bem equipado e decorado. A localização é excelente, sossegado, perto do centro e zona histórica, perto das praias de Levante e Poente. Tem Supermercados próximos. correspondeu às expectativas e necessidades.

− A comunicação com a Imobiliária através do Booking não funcionou bem, mas estavam disponíveis pelo WhatsApp e por telefone. A limpeza nas escadas exteriores do edifício precisa de ser melhorada.

+ it was really confusing to find location at first. Once sorted great room fab facilities great location. It's next door to the Melina hotel on square 1 key for 4 persons. Bad directions. room key had 146 on it we were looking for room number it turned out it was floor .3 room 2. totally confusing other than this fab room

Fabulous Apartment in beautiful location.

+ The apartment was outstanding. The photos didn't do it justice. Extremely comfortable with everything you need at hand. The location was fantastic away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk on foot. Would definitely book again.

− The key box was quite a hike in the sunshine away from the apartment but the staff appreciated that fact and we was able to receive the keys a little earlier. Another point was also no instructions available to use the cooker or hob but that didn't take anything away from the apartment as it was to a very high standard. We managed just fine.

+ Very nice big apartment, clean with all the amenities you’ll need for a comfortable stay. There’s a free welcome pack of refreshments waiting for you! If you arrive out of office hours then they’ll give you a QR code to access the keys located at their offices in town. Great location for both the new / old side of Benidorm.

− No comfortable lounge chairs or settee. No instructions for the cooker & hob. No toaster despite being promised one by managing agents at office. Instructions for key collection should state office a short taxi ride away from apartment. Not many English channels on TV.
