NOT clean, don't be cheated with older ratings

+ The only positive point was the location

− Not clean at all. There were many hairs on the sheets, we sent picture for owner, they said they will change them but they only changed the blanket sheet, the mattress sheet remained as before with hairs and dirts. The rest of home was also not cleaned before we arrive, we found even bread and food dirts on the dining table. The beds were making sound with every small mivement during sleep. So not comfortable at all.

Mile spędziliśmy czas przeznaczony na odpoczynek i zwiedzanie.

A due passi da tutto

+ La posizione è davvero strategica A due passi dal Casco Antiguo e 100 passi dal mare Parcheggio all interno del palazzo a prezzo giusto : un plus!

− Letti estremamente duri, davvero troppo…e io dormo ovunque Qualcosina in più a livello di “cortesia” farebbe comodo: ad esempio, visto che c è la lavatrice e l’asciugatrice un pochino di detersivo per lavatrice potrebbe essere lasciato, ovviamente non compro in vacanza il bottiglione per un solo lavaggio . Così pure la carta igienica, un solo rotolo nn basta infatti li ho comprati io. Infine anche un solo asciugamano in più potrebbe far comodo ( ci sono un asciugamano da viso e uno da doccia a testa , uno da doccia tra l altro era piuttosto piccolo) Per il resto cucina completa di tutto , aria condizionata in tutta casa .

− Teniendo en cuenta la calidad del alojamiento, sugiero que los toallones sean de mayor tamaño

+ Accomodation was clean , nobile , good position.

− The Kitchen furniture was old , electricity went off during using oven and stove together. The remote for open the Parkhaus from inside was not working and we needed to wait always that someone come in to open us the door.

Great apartment for families or couples

+ Nice clean apartment in a central location. Very good facilities (equipped kitchen and washing machine was very convenient.Parking was available which was great. Nice building. The beach is 10 minutes walking and city centre 15 minutes away. We didn’t need to drive except when going to hermosa beach which was 20 minutes drive.

− Electricity went off 3 or 4 times which was annoying specially that it happened while we were packing to leave but it is easy to resolve Sofa bed is not comfortable and couldn’t be used by our son as it fell every time he tried to sit or sleep on it.

+ Excellent location very close to the seaside, spacious and clean appartment in a nice building.

Perfectly located. Large comfortable apartment with garage

+ Great location in the 'upscale' main street of the center of town. Dog friendly. On the 6th floor. Extremely safe, large, clean apartment, very comfortable relatively quiet (neighbors one night seem to have repaired their walls at 5 am!) Friendly reception , a nice couple handed us the keys, we were guided to the underground garage a must (we paid 8 euros a day). A perfect place close to the beach and the historical center.

− Little things only: The hinges of the bathroom door urgently need oiling/greasing as the door really creaks!. The vegetable peeler needs replacing (rusty and useless) Otherwise all very good!

Nice apartment in an awesome location! Excellent value for money

+ Apartment is located in a perfect location - just between the old town and the sea, few steps away from all the restaurants. There’s a super market in 100 meters. Beds were super comfy! Spacious parking was included in the price.

− We did not find the paper towels and did not managed to turn on the TV so the instructions in English would be an advantage.

+ Nice modern apartment, we enjoyed our stay. Host were very nice and also allowed us to stay longer on the check-out day. Very close to the beach and to the old town. There is no balcony, it would be so nice to watch the city from it. But it’s for sure not the problem)))))
