Piacevole ma migliorabile

+ La posizione, la disposizione della casa e il calore. Doccia ampia.

− La lavastoviglie aveva residui di cibo e quindi abbiamo lavato tutto a mano. Un pochino più di pulizia non ci sarebbe dispiaciuta.

+ Le calme, l’emplacement, l’appartement, l immeuble

+ La ubicación, en pleno centro histórico, al lado de la Catedral y del Ayuntamiento. El precio, 70 euros por noche, es adecuado. La cocina americana, en el salón, tiene electrodomésticos bastante nuevos. Hay Tv en el dormitorio

− No había calefacción ni aire acondicionado De noche, una molesta claridad llenaba el dormitorio ya que los stores no tapaban y además, muy sucios. Manchas en el sofá, escasos muebles y muy viejos (dos puertas no encajaban) La ducha y el lavabo, solo agua templada

− An unbearable perfume all over the apartment. The room is gloomy and there was mold on the curtains

Great location, comfortable lodging, but unreliable wifi & electrical outlets.

+ Comfortable pillows, sheets, & bed. My niece was with me & the layout gave us each some privacy when needed. The sofa does not turn into sofa bed, but was still very comfortable for sleep. Great location, quiet in spite of being on busy street. Good communication with host, quick responses.

− Wifi barely works in bedroom, can't make telephone calls there. Electrical problems in bedroom w/both outlets, sometimes sparks would happen when plugging in the lamps, or my phone & computer; definitely use a surge protector for your devices. Lamps would sometimes go off & on, same with appliances in kit. They wouldn't give us sheets for the sofa without charging 80 euros, I've never encountered that before in my many rentals.

Fantastic & central

+ The kitchen is small but has really everything you need - From a dishwasher to all kinds of utensils. Kudos to that. The location is awesome - You can't be more central, but it's still quiet. Communication with the host was very good.

− There were some minor issues, but I shared them with the host and they promised to take care of it.

+ Location, big shower stall, had a kettle, toaster & espresso machine

− Some of the cooking pans were not usable, we had no control over the heat & sometimes there was no hot water when we needed it, had no medium-size coffee mugs

Good

+ It's perfectly located and was very clean. And it's really warm inside — even with the heating turned off, we had to keep the window open throughout the night.

− The Wi-Fi was close to non-existent. Also, for 4 days, the host left us 1 dishwasher tablet and 4 washing machine capsules. IMHO, it would have made more sense the other way around.
