Mala limpieza, nula profesionalidad, pésima comunicación y ausencia total de facturas tras recibir pagos adicionales.

+ Sinceramente, muy poco. El apartamento no estaba tan limpio como esperaba y la experiencia se vio completamente empañada por la falta de profesionalidad del propietario.

− Una experiencia muy decepcionante. Tras la primera noche amplié mi estancia dos días más y aboné el importe solicitado mediante Bizum. Además, cualquier importe adicional que la anfitriona me pidió también fue pagado por Bizum. Antes de marcharme me aseguró que me enviaría las facturas o justificantes de todos esos pagos. Han pasado casi 20 días y sigo sin recibir absolutamente nada. He reclamado la documentación en varias ocasiones tanto por Booking como por WhatsApp, pero simplemente me deja en visto e ignora mis mensajes. Me parece una falta total de profesionalidad y de respeto hacia el cliente. Si recibe pagos adicionales, lo mínimo es entregar el correspondiente justificante y responder a las solicitudes del huésped. No recomendaría este alojamiento a nadie, especialmente si necesitan una factura o esperan una atención seria y responsable.

Nos dio las llaves la Sra. De la limpieza a las 5 de la tarde. NO me ha entregado la factura

+ Ha sido cómodo, un poco más grande que lo que parecía, y la ubicación y el personal ha sido muy bueno

− La puerta de entrada no funcionaba bien, y la falta de puerta en el baño.

− El apartamento peor de lo esperado, además me cambiaron de ubicación el mismo dia y me cobraron por el cheek-in.

− El barrio es muy viejo y sucio y el apartamento esta un poco dejado. Se ve que hace mucho tiempo que no se pinta y no se le echa una vueltecita.

+ Clean, excellent location, easy to get ahold of staff in case of any questions or issues. Beds are comfortable, we could easily control the room temperature, and there was enough kitchen equipment to do what we needed to do it’s an excellent pisco for couples❤️ the metro Plaza de Castilla so near from the piso it took us 6 min of walking hope to see soon ❤️

− He wanted to charge me 25 Euros to arrive at half past 8 although I said this would be the time I was arriving when I booked it. I asked for a refund as soon as he suggested the 25 Euros but he wouldn't give it.

Poor and dangerous! They Scammed me!

+ The keys are handed in by a scammer oversees old lady (above 50’s) who charge and extra 50% of the property rental when the customer arrives.In addition this is a really poor place. Dirty, smelly , no lights no paper, the facilities in the kitchen are precarious and rotten.. In summary , this needs to be improved a great deal to get an acceptable level of safety for accommodation. Most importantly, the way they handle the keys it is an absolute trick to charge far more that it is in the booking advertisement.

− The above. It is a Scam! The owner charge 50% more to hand in the keys. Particularly when they see vulnerable people.

You get what you pay for. ..but could be so much better

+ Good location, supermarket within 100M. I booked at last minute so not a lot of choice. The bathroom is new and spacious, and the bed comfortable. Underfloor heating was very welcome when the temp was zero outside.

− Kettle was very dirty. I had to scrub it to get the inside clean. The water ran cloudy and dirty for the first 20 seconds. The apartment is on the ground floor with the main entrance opening directly on the street. The sofa was a fuax leather sofa and the leather was flaking off..looks terrible.
