+ Todo, absolutamente todo. Buena ubicación, tranquilidad, parking, entorno, trato… no tengo ni un “pero”!!

Nice location, nice host, misleading description & outdated villa with damp during our stay.

+ The location of the villa was good for us. We like to be little away from the towns & the site had some great views. The outside space surrounding the villa complex was lovely.

− The villa was described on booking.com as being the "entire place is yours." In hindsight we should have checked because the building was in fact separated into multiple living spaces with multiple guests. The other guests were fine, but you will definitely be aware of each other. Unfortunately there were some damp issues during our stay in the bedroom and living room. The facilities were quite basic overall and the villa could probably do with an update in our opinion. There was no shower screen/curtain so water went everywhere due to the excellent shower pressure! The living room seating area was not great for using the TV as there were no seating with backs that faced the TV. One of the electric points in the living room looked a bit worrying to our untrained eye!

− En primer lugar, cuando reservamos este alojamiento ponía que era una villa entera para nosotros, lo cual no es cierto, pues la casa esta dividida en varias partes (esto tampoco supuso un mayor problema para nosotros, aunque nos chocó que la descripción fuese errónea). Los interiores están poco cuidados, especialmente el baño. El colchón era muy malo, sábanas y toallas muy viejas y hace mucho frío (que supongo que en verano se agradecerá, pero en las fechas que fui desde luego que no) y hay bastante humedad.

− Es war feucht in der Wohnung. Keine Heizung. Heisslüfter auf Nachfrage erhalten. Kein Handtuchwechsel.

+ Es hat uns ausgesprochen gut wieder bei Clara gefallen, sie ist so eine nette und freundliche Gastgeberin. Es ist sehr familiär und herzlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

− Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Good stay with a good price to quality ratio, but did not match our expectations based on profile.

+ It's a good price to quality ratio. Nice views. Central location and close to the airport. Easy to park a car there.

− I booked our stay through booking.com and I feel they were using false advertising. We got the image from booking.com descriptions that we would have had the whole house. In reality the house was divided into 3 separate units, all of them being rented out. So we did not have the pool for ourselves like we thought, and there was no privacy in the back yard, as the renters could see there.

Ein sehr schöner Ort, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu genießen und Sonne zu tanken.

+ Die Lage und Ausstattung der Villa sind sehr gut. Der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer ist atemberaubend. Die Villa liegt zwar an eine Verbindungsstraße, jedoch ist der Verkehr weder störend noch nervig. Es ist sehr ruhig und entspannt in dieser Gegend. Der schon fast familiäre Empfang und Fürsorge während des Aufenthaltes war sehr schön.

− Es gibt keine negativen Anmerkungen.

Días de descanso en La Geria

+ La ubicación en la comarca de La Geria, rodeada de viñedos y volcanes. Fundamental la gran terraza, la piscina y la barbacoa. A destacar la amabilidad y las facilidades que en todo momento nos dio la anfitriona.

− El lavavajillas estaba estropeado.

+ Nos encantó el lugar. Está ubicado en una excelente localización. Muy cerca de La Geria, y de Teguise. Y del PN de Timanfaya. Clara es una excelente anfitriona. Seguro que volveremos pronto, trato fabuloso, al más mínimo detalle.

Peaceful with stunning views

+ If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place to stay. Although outside of the usual tourist strip it is a great location as a base for exploring the island. It has stunning views and you have your own little coffee table to eat outside if you so wish. The villa was very spacious and felt like a house. Overall we loved our stay and will be back.

− We stayed in August so the temperature and humidity was quite high. There is no aircon so perhaps a fan for guests to use would be a good addition to the property.

Gorgeous property with perfect location and stunning view

+ Host waited for us as we arrived after 23:00, she was lovely and welcomed us in the house, house location is gorgeous, in the middle of the islands so everything is at the same distance, easy to locate and not in a busy area. View is stunning, a small volcano and typical vineyard is the view from the pool, sunrise and sunset are just gorgeous.

+ Clara is a super nice host. Our journey to her house was perfect. The appartement booked is amazing. We were like alone on the middle of nowhere, with an amazing view with a big hill just in front of all our windows. Clara is very discret but on same time she is present when we need something. We felt like at home at her place. Surrounded by two adorables cats

− Because I had to say something « bad » But it’s not Clara’s fault It’s the same thing everywhere on this island. The water debt is low BUT EVERYWHERE ITS THE SAME Clara is perfect ! So lovely

− The lady was nice cool but the accommodation did not match the price. Damp environment, non-functioning things and more. Shame would like to put some money into it and improve it.

− there was a terrible smell in all the house (we couldn’t sleep), none attention to the customer: old bed linen with holes, moldy towels, bugs on the floor (all the pics attached)

Breathtaking views in beautiful villa

+ Ideally located in the center of the island, everything was easily accessible by car. Very well equipped and furnished accomodation. The lady was very nice and answered quickly by message. Beautiful pool and breathtaking views of the volcanos.

− Not that it's particularly a negative point but be aware that this is a big villa divided into 4 accomodations. 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs. What you see on the pictures is what you will have for your private use. However the pool and parking area might be shared if there are other guests. The place is very humid even in September we had to keep the windows opened to make sure the sheets/towels/clothing didn't get humid.
