+ Die Lage ist super und der Strand ist ganz in der Nähe. Das war mir und den Kindern sehr wichtig. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hell und hat einen Balkon. Mir hat wirklich alles gefallen!!!!

Superbe séjour à Majorque

+ Petit appartement fonctionnel, lumineux, bien équipé, douillet, petite terrasse pour manger dehors avec salon de jardin confortable. Dans résidence au calme à 300 m de petite plage jolie, propre avec eau limpide et de nombreux centre d’intérêt (Formentor, Alcúdia, Lluc) Bonne literie, salle-de-bain et WC modernes. Linge de maison fourni. Buanderie, jeux de plage pour enfants et raquettes, parasols, frites, serviettes de plage.

Relaxed stay in Puerto Pollensa

+ We found this accommodation to be excellent for a weeks stay in Puerto Pollensa. The property was very clean, it has a modern bathroom with an excellent large shower. The air conditioning appears to be quite new and works well, it is located in the lounge. A large fan is also provided in the bedroom. We found this area to be quiet at night. It is a short walk to the beach and a nice stroll along the promenade into town takes around 20 mins. Deposit was refunded promptly. Entry to property was seamless and communication was good.

+ Sehr gute Lage und top Einrichtung. Herausragend ausgestattete Küche. Sehr gute Klimaanlage. Sehr schöne Terrasse, auf der mehr gut udn ruhig sitzen/essen kann. Sehr guter Kundenservice. Einfacher Zugang über Schlüsselbox.

+ Good location, 3/4 minute walk from the beach. Small and quiet apartment complex, our balcony overlooked the garden. Apartment was very well stocked, super clean, no a/c in the bedroom, but there was a large fan. Perfect for couples looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and a 10 min walk to Port de Pollenza. Pool area small and no umbrellas, but you could move the loungers around to get some shade. And some days we had the pool to ourselves. Overall, very happy with it.

− Poor had a lot of dead insects in it, which didn't appear to be cleaned out when we were there

2 weeks in Llenaire as a couple

+ Llenaire is a perfect location for us. It has a great quiet vibe but close enough 20 mins walk to the centre

− Beds a little uncomfortable as was the sofa. Loss of £20 deposit on return due to exchange rate.

+ The amenities were great and good size. Perfect for what we needed during our week cycling around the island.

− The door to the utility room let light in with the curtains closed which woke us up early. Salt, pepper and oil for cooking would have made everything perfect! Other than that it was great.

Compact but comfy and quiet.

+ Comfy beds, nice dark rooms because of the shutters. Very clean, and clean linens and towels. Good hot water pressure in the shower (small hot water cylinder though). Close walk to the beach. Lots of kitchen cooking supplies, but no salt, pepper, or oil. Beach supplies (towels, umbrellas, toys) a wonderful surprise. Washing machine and clothes rack a bonus, iron and ironing board. Quiet area. Shops within easy walking distance. Short drives to Pollença and Acúdia.

− Tiny kitchen - hardly any bench space (only about 50cm). It has a double sink, which is unnecessary and could gain bench space if there was only one sink. Pool rules are quite strict, especially for children (no inflatables, splashing, noise, fun…).

+ Location was great - so close to the sea. The owners had also added lots of useful things like beach towels, extra toilet rolls, washing up liquid and cloths, some children’s toys. Also bonus having a washing machine/utility room.

− The bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade but shower was good and water hot.

− The apartment would benefit from aircon in the bedroom as well as the kitchen/lounge or ateast a fan.
