+ La ubicación es excelente, a pasos de Gran Via, bien comunicado y con buena oferta gastronomica cercana. Muy confortable el departamento, con todo lo que uno pueda necesitar. Excelente la atención del administrador de la propiedad

− Si bien estaba aclarado y éramos conscientes de ello, la unica contra que podría mencionar es que es 3er piso por escaleras, pero no es nada grave conociendo de antemano esta condición.

− Se me usó un pco pequeño para dos adultos y dos niños pero por el precio no podíamos pedir más así q en definición muy bien

+ Ambiente muito limpo e organizado, de acordo com as fotos. Bom chuveiro, ar condicionado e cozinha equipada. Localização excelente, perto de bares, restaurantes, metrô, muito próximo à Gran Via.

− Tem 3 andares de escada pra subir, é importante considerar isso por conta das malas.

− Le pareti fatiscenti , appartamento molto buio , anche di giorno occorre accendere la luce nonostante le foto sul sito dicevano l'opposto, ma soprattutto il piumino SPORCO DI SANGUE inaccettabile ! Ho fatto reclamo all'assistenza per ricevere almeno un rimborso , ma nessuno mi ha risposto Spero di ricevere presto una risposta grazie in anticipo

+ Only the location of the property counts on the good things. The apartment belongs to a company handling multiple apartment ls and the staff representing that company has been extremely helpful and organized. This is all about the good things

− I can confidently say that the photos showcasing the apartment have been edited to the extend of misleading and distorting the actual conditions of the apartment. The apartment is quite “tired” an outdated, and it doesnt feel warm or cozy at all, unlike to the photos. Though the location was great, the apartment was on the back end of the building where there is no lift, and what was even more challenging there was no intercom with the main door on the ground floor, therefore every time your order anything or have a guest you have to go up and down 3 floors. That made our stay horrible. I would definitely not recommend that specific apartment.plus the cost was disproportional to the value.

− on the 3rd floor and no lift other residents were noisy on a few occasions

Central and Fully Equipped Apartment, perfect for a city break

+ Extremely central location, close to all points of interest, but also restaurants, bars and public transport. Exceptional staff, helpful and friendly! The place was clean and had everything we needed for a city break with a small toddler!

− Third floor without lift could be quite challenging for some guests!

+ location is the best, the bad was comfy, and the communication with owner is great
