Lovely break , in great apartment with a lovely host, Alwin!

+ A lovely comfortable apartment within a lovely clean and safe complex.

− Would be a bonus to have a toaster. ( but we didn’t ask, so perhaps for the future) But no big deal😊

Lovely apartment

+ Apartment was modern and comfortable. Alwyn met us with keys and showed us round (we messaged him as we left the airport and he was there when we arrived) location perfect, 8 mins walk from old town, 10 mins walk to modern shopping area. 10 mins walk to beach. Pool was nice and quiet and complex was peaceful. Balcony gets the sun all day. The place was absolutely perfect for our short break

− Shower pressure could be better and slight drain smell, however we know from previous experience this is not unique to this apartment block, we have had this before in other accommodations Window in bathroom opens nice and wide so this alleviates the smell issue and it certainly won't put us off coming back 😀

+ Location, contact with owner, cleanliness, ambient lights

− Time to time, specially during first and second nights, there was unpleasant smell from ventilation. Also from pipes in the bathroom. We noticed the owner about it, Alwin came to try to fix it, it was better later on, but still time to time the smell was noticable. It could be also useful to provide hand soap in the bathroom

Home from home. Great location, great host, great value for money. A real joy!

+ Beautiful, compact apartment suitable for a couple. I loved the design, the layout and the very helpful owner. Great balcony which gets the sun most of the day. It was nice to have salt and pepper etc. and also a tupperware box to store cooked food in was very much appreciated. Shower was good and plenty of hot water. Bed was memory foam mattress and very comfy. Overall it's very well-equipped and everyone was very friendly and kind. It feels very safe too - both the complex and the neighbourhood. It's very convenient for the cheapest supermarket in town (which does great veggie options and also has alcohol-free beer and wine! I was recovering from an illness) and a great little cafe and bread shop on the corner, which does amazing veggie food. Incredible position 5 minute walk to the main street and old town and 2 minutes from the bus 'station'. I really couldn't fault it. Love Corralejo and love this apartment!

− The bathroom smelled a bit sometimes due to blocked drains on the complex but it was okay. The pool was very cold. Maybe the sofa could be a bit more comfy (it's leather and it would be nice to put your feet up and relax) and some nicer wine glasses but everything was fab so I'm just being very picky! :)

+ Balcony gets the sun all day. Good location close to Supermarkets, main bus station, Old part of town, the main shopping street, the Port and the seafront.Plenty of free praking behind the complex.

− A slight issue with smells from the drains when returning after being out, but we filled the place with air fresheners so not a big problem.

Great stay in quiet location but easy walk to the centre and beaches. Easy to park car.

+ Met by friendly host who came to the accommodation with us and showed us everything we needed.

+ Modern apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Corralejo Sun apartments are close to the town centre while flat 312's balcony catches the sun all day.

+ Fantastic apartment it has everything you need, sun on the balcony from 11am until nearly sunset I loved it while the wife was sunbathing at the pool, the pool area is so quiet and relaxing. Alvin you are a perfect host who wants to ensure your clients have a great holiday

Good and would book there again

+ The host was exceptionally kind giving us lifts to ferry port. Apartment was great for us, clean well equipped enough storage etc.

Just perfect!

+ The host met us at the airport (he charged same as taxi companies ) , he was really chatty and welcoming. The apartment is just perfect! Really close to the town and supermarkets, yet really quiet. We loved the pool view, the huge bed, having a washing machine and Netflix :) Because of the design of the complex, the majority of the balconies were in the shade almost all day. But 312 got full sun which was great, and there were always beds free by the pool. We had a small issue with the safe and Alwin came and sorted it within a few minutes whch was really good. We really will stay again if it isn't fully booked!
