Cozy Townhouse with Rooftop Terrace and Pool

+ The location was excellent, very close to central Marbella (puerto Banús area) and shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc. the villa was very big and plenty of space for 5 people. It was clean, very modern looking and had everything we needed

− The shower ran cold for most of our showers but we were told this would happen in advance, just annoying when you want a hot shower.The oven needs another tray - we tried to cook for 5 people at once and could barely fit anything in the oven at once. The dishwasher worked but didn’t rinse the dishes properly. There is no drying rack for cleaning dishes so the water spills all over the counter. These are literally minor details though!

The property is exactly as it looks on the pictures.

+ Day before arrival the owner of the property sent me the instructions including codes how to enter the property. Also got directions to drive there from the airport. There were also tips about surrounding area included - activities, restaurants etc., which was a nice touch. When we had questions Alexander always replied promptly. We did use the poolside and downstairs shaded terrace more then the rooftop terrace, because it did get very hot there. It was a perfect size for 2 families (4 adults and 2 children).

Great place for a vaycation

+ Beautiful and clean house with everything you need for a great vaycation. Close to everything yet in a calm area. Golf club close by and new nice padel centre just minutes away walking. The beach can be accessed walking or biking. Pool open off season as well which was nice. Great place to stay

Lovely, clean house with everything you need. Very nice pool area

+ Spacious house with amazing pool area and really loves the rooftop terrace. Very clean as well. The area is calm yet close to everything. There is a small convenience store a short walk away as well as several bars and cafes. Just 5 minutes walking is the new padel club Los Naranjos. We spent a lot of time there. The walk down to the beach is long (30 min) but comfortable and pedestrian. Overall we had a lovely stay! Alexander was a great host
