+ Sara in the dining room is wonderful, attentive, efficient, hard worker! The girl in the dining room on Sunday morning also, kept everything spotless, never stopped walking around! Made sure food stations were well supplied.

+ Parking was safe, well lit but little foot traffic noted

+ I didn’t use the parking lot

+ We booked 2 club rooms for one night through Expedia. Upon arrival, the front desk initialllyvdenied that our price included paid parking. When I showed my booking details in Expedia app, the front desk acknowledged their mistake. What irked me most was upon leaving the hotel, I got intimation from credit card card that the hotel has charged e11 for bar item in room when we had not even touched the fridge/bar in the room. I called Expedia, who has adviced to call hotel directly. This is cheap way of making money from tourists. Avoid the hotel.

+ Convenient to airport. Nice hotel

+ We got Club 124 room, which was huge but lacked furniture, ie. only 1 lounge chair to sit on. This room can certainly use at least 1 other lounge chair, or a couch. TV was very small in comparison to the room size.

+ The hotel was clean and spacious. We will definitely stay again. Nice bonus is that offers a ride to the airport- for only 5 euros per person (the taxi or Uber would have been at least 30 euros).

+ Staff was awesome, and food delicious. Convenient location for a night stay or long layover with kids.

+ Property did not have any amenities in the area. And having taken an Uber to the nearby neighborhood, realized it was not safe to be walking out in the neighborhood.

+ The property was great; however, the location was not ideal and offered limited dining options. Walked around the neighborhood, but would not recommend it since there were abandoned buildings, trashed, etc.

+ Spacious rooms are a welcome change from most small European hotels. Food was surprisingly refined for an airport hotel. Although not a deal-breaker, the hotel is farther away from the airport as you might think.

+ Air condition was too cold and we could not adjust the temperature

+ Good location for a quick airport stay. The dining options ate the hotel are very good and the rooms are comfortable and spacious enough for 4 people. The only downside is the paid shuttle service which, while not very expensive, can be a hassle to book as you need to be sure that your flight arrives on time for their pick-up.

+ Issue with neighbouring properties being occupied by squatters. No convenient stores nearby.

+ The staff at the hotel were very helpful and check in/out were quick and easy. The room had 2 twin beds and a very large bathroom. Everything was clean and good quality. The hotel itself is located in a good spot near the airport, however, it is not a convenient spot/near the downtown core. Otherwise it was a very pleasant experience! Special thanks to Marta at the front desk for all her help!

Great Value and Convenience Near Madrid Airport

+ We stayed at the Crowne Plaza at the beginning and end of our trip, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel is modern, clean, and extremely convenient if you’re flying in or out of Madrid.The service was excellent, the rooms were spotless, and the overall comfort exceeded expectations for the price. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was surprisingly good — a great way to wrap up a long travel day.Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and value near the airport.

+ Well located, yet, not up to the Crown Plaza standards. The shower door presented rust at the bottom giving an overall *** hotel look Will recommend it for an overnight stay but not longer.
