Beautiful, bright condo with breathtaking sea views!

+ We had a wonderful 5 night stay. The views from both inside the condo and the balcony were spectacular. We loved watching the sun set over the sea. The condo was clean, bright, in excellent condition and very well equipped. Location is great, right on Boardwalk with many restaurants close by. Lovely, responsive host. We will be back!

− Host seemed very friendly at first but following a dispute over "damage" to the electric blinds decided to arbitrarily deduct 150 Euros of our deposit. Booking.com told me after I complained that you need a fully certified receipt from the host for them to do anything so bear this in mind before handing over your cash deposit. There is no instruction booklet or other documents to refer to when operating the blinds so make sure that they are fully functional and you understand how to use them because it was clear from our conversations with the host that it had happened before.

Can’t wait to come again as this apartment is so relaxing it really de-stresses you and puts you in a great mood.

+ This property is simply breathtaking. The apartment is fresh, clean and the energy is extremely relaxing. We have stayed in many places but this was by far the most relaxing and calming place. The view is stunning, the location is perfect, it has all you need to enjoy the beach and the town and restaurants and cafes. I wish we had booked a longer stay. The host was amazing, she let us check out a little later without any issues at all. There was plenty of towels, even beach towels ! There was cleaning products and some cooking ingredients such as olive oil, salt and sugar and tea and coffee. These are small things that actually have a huge impact on the comfort of a stay. Exceptional property, exceptional service. Thank you..we will be back !

This was one of the very best bookings we have stayed at!

+ Apartment was clean and very comfortable with a large bed and large sofa. The balcony was particularly attractive with an uninterrupted view of the sea. Bathroom clean with good shower. The kitchen area was a little small but well equipped and very clean. A lift to the apartment is provided and the only sound late at night is the sound of the ocean. We really enjoyed our time here and hope to return in the future. This was one of the very best bookings we have stayed at!

Perfect apartment in an excellent location with a wonderful host !

+ This is without doubt the best apartment I have ever stayed in. The location was exceptional, the view unreal! The host was responsive to every question or request that I had. the apartment was equipped with absolutely everything you could need. From good sized mugs to beach towels to an excellent washing machine to cleaning products ! Within 10 minutes of arriving here I wanted to book again. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone and I hope to return again next year !

+ Location, the shutters on the windows were excellent for keeping out the sun, the view of the sea. The bed was extremely comfortable and a great size. The washing machine worked really well.

+ The Location is perfect. We always try to stay at this distance from the beach bars and Center beach. A short nice walk along the boardwalk to et to Marbella center beach and from there very close to Old town. The apartment is very clean, tidy and fresh. Views fantastic. We travel pretty often and the part that struck us the most was the amazing Air Condition. It is integrated in the apartment/walls/ceiling so you don't feel and breeze or fan feeling at all. This kind of AC you only get in luxury 5 star hotels. Perfect! Also the service, very kind, helpful and with a big smile. we really felt welcomed and taken cared of. Very good communication.
