+ Très joli duplex , confortable et propre . L’accès à la piscine est simple , les enfants se sont régalés . Bien équipé et lits confortables . Merci de votre accueil

− Il faudrait juste peut être prévoir une barrière de sécurité amovible pour l’escalier pour les familles qui viennent avec des enfants en bas âge . Ce serait un vrai plus !

+ L'agencement de l'appartement. L'équipement correcte, climatisation essentielle.

− Un appartement sale à notre arrivée. Nous doutons des draps propres car plein de poils et cheveux. Le sol n'était pas fait et je ne parle pas de l'odeur lors de l'ouverture du lave vaisselle. Le nombre de serviettes n'étaient pas adapté au nombre de personnes pendant notre séjour. Il manque des torchons pour la vaisselle. La boîte à clefs difficile à trouver. A part un horaire, nous n'avons eu aucune consigne de départ.

+ La ubicación, aunque se encuentra fuera del área metropolitana de Barcelona, fácilmente se llega a plaza Cataluña en un solo tren desde Rubi Centre (aprox 40 minutos, sin transbordos).

− Las llaves no funcionan muy bien, cuesta mucho abrir las puertas, en especial la que lleva a la piscina. Deberían cambiar los llavines del edificio en general y la de la puerta principal del apartamento.

Dirty beds, dirty floors, a dirty kitchen, and a dirty balcony.

+ Location

− The photos do not reflect reality. The apartment was dirty, and the beds had old, dirty bedding with plenty black short hair on it. We called to complain and were given a code to a storage near the entrance door, where fresh bed linen was supposed to be, but everything there was also dirty, old, and smelly. Luckily, there was a washing machine, so I started washing everything in order to be able to sleep in a clean bed. The washing machine also has a drying program. The kitchen was dirty, although well-equipped. If you clean it yourself, then it is okay. Downstairs, the room and bathroom were cold and humid. Upstairs was also cold, and we had to turn on the ac.

− Le fait de devoir chercher la boîte a clé qui été sur un panneau publicitaire derrière le logement. Le fait qu'on nous envoie un message dimanche soir a 23 h pour nous dire de baisser le ton Nous étions 4 en train de discuter tranquillement en écoutant un léger fond de musique sans abuser.. Si ça raisonne c'est pas de notre faute nous sommes en weekend et je pense avoir le droit de pouvoir discuter sans abus

+ La ubicación y facilidad para aparcar. Bastante amplio y con buen servicio de toallas. Limpieza correcta. Cafetera Nespresso disponible. El sofa muy comodo.

− Las sabanas eran de aspecto viejo y desgastado, llenas de pelotillas y varios pelos. Los colchones totalmente deformados en U. Por las ventanas entraba bastante frío que te obliga a encender el aire acondicionado.

Great stay in a bright, well equipped apartment on the outskirts of Barcelona.

+ Spacious apartment with great facilities, including a swimming pool and shared BBQ. Located relatively closely to the metro and several bus stops. Kitchen was well equipped.

− Nothing genuinely negative, however, be aware of the location being outside of Barcelona itself. The key location is a few short minutes away from the apartment. The apartment was bright and airy, but did feel very slightly aged - but again did not impact our stay at all. Would recommend that some pictures are given about locating the apartment. Was not quite sure how the address related to the building/door, but worked out eventually.

− Experiencia súper negativa La vivienda no cumplía con las condiciones mínimas de limpieza en el momento de nuestra llegada. Entramos sobre las 22:00 h, tras un viaje largo y con niños pequeños, y no fue posible utilizar ninguna de las camas debido a que todas tenían sábanas sucias con pelos. Los baños se encontraban igualmente sucios, con olor a orina perceptible desde la entrada a la vivienda. Tras comunicar la situación al responsable del alojamiento, se nos indicó que buscáramos sábanas de recambio en un armario, pero las sábanas de repuesto también estaban sucias, por lo que el problema no pudo solucionarse. Disponemos de fotografías que documentan el estado del alojamiento a nuestra llegada. Además, pese a haber acordado previamente la salida a las 12:00 h, a las 11:00 h se presentó la persona de limpieza, interrumpiendo la estancia. Esta misma persona manifestó su sorpresa por el estado de limpieza de la vivienda. Debido a todo lo anterior, la experiencia fue insatisfactoria y no acorde a lo ofrecido ni a lo esperado en un alojamiento de alquiler. A fecha de hoy, seguimos a la espera de una solución y de la devolución del importe correspondiente al servicio de limpieza.

− Le garage et ascenseur !!!! 1 er jour pas d électricité jusqu'à tard repas a la bougie ..volet roulant cassé le personnel ama demande ne devait pas passer jusqu au lundi pour récupérer un sac d outil ou attendre que l on soit la ..Et bien non il est venu quand même avec nos affaires a l intérieur !!! MERCI MONSIEUR LE PROPRIÉTAIRE !!!!! Et puis on ne peut rentrer que par le garage , la porte principale n est pas pour les touristes !! Pas de lumière dans le garage de jeudi a lundi !!!! 1 as censeur sur 2 ne marche pas Et encore celui qui qui marche les fils électriques sont apparent ... DONC OUI A CE NIVEAU LA , TRES TRES DÉCEVANT !!!!!!!

Nice apartment but disappointing experience

+ We spent an hour looking for key box. We were sent a pin drop which took us to the closed petrol station next door. Searched and searched. Had to phone owner at midnight. He didn't respond. Carried on searching. He eventually phoned and the key box was on a random steel upright pole on a huge billboard. We would never have dreamt of looking there. I cannot express my anger over this. The owner could have sent us the information in words rather than a ridiculous pin drop. We were very tired, hot, hungry, thirsty so our patience was non existent. It was a very poor start to our holiday.

− Flat was comfortable. But. No drying cloths. No cloth to clean work surfaces. Most disappointingly there were no outside chairs to sit in the beautiful garden - a couple of uncomfortable benches! So we were unable to lounge and enjoy the lovely swimming pool. We booked this flat specifically because it had the pool and garden. We wrongly assumed there would be loungers.

− Faltó mejor comunicación con el propietario del apartamento. Teníamos algunas preguntas y no fue posible comunicarnos. No estaba disponible.

− Gestione del check-in. Posizione assurda della chiave. Il proprietario non gestisce direttamente la casa e questo si vede. Mancava un cavaturaccioli e non abbiamo potuto aprire il vino a cena. Una luce all'interno dell'appartamento era impossibile da spegnere. O era accesa o lampeggiava. Non abbiamo avuto risposte dal gestore per questi piccoli ma fastidiosi problemi. Ripeto. La gestione del check-in e il recupero della chiave vanno completamente rivisti per evitare di fare inviperire da subito i clienti.

+ L'appartement était spacieux, propre. C'était calme. Les photos représentent bien L'appartement. Nous avons apprécié la piscine. Tout était bien. Je recommande.

+ Sehr schöne komfortable Wohnung. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

My recommendation for stay near Barcelona.

+ Everything was very comfortable, good equipment. There was everything for 8 people. Good beds, nice yard with swimming pool, distance to metro or train takes about 10 min. All rooms have conditioner. The owner was very helpful. Thank you.

Perfect for a family. We were 6 people and we had lots of space

+ Extremely clean. And comfortable. Quiet. We did not use the pool due to our schedule, but it’s a good size. And clean. The property manager/ owner was extremely responsive (via WhatsApp). Lots of grocery stores nearby.

− The street the apartment is on a bit industrial. You have to walk a little bit to get to residential walking area.

All what you need for your stay in Sabadell

+ Spacious . It had all what you need for comfortable holidays . A big plus : garage , air conditioner and well equipped kitchen . We also enjoyed swimming pool as it was very hot those days

− The cleaning . We found it a bit filthy in some areas of the apartment

+ Great for a big family. Drive to the city center wasn't long and this place was more comfortable than a hotel where only 2 family members in a room. .

− Kitchen could use some new pots and pans, a kettle. The parking spot it tiny, hard to get in with a SUV, there is street parking.

Nice, clean, fully equipped - very good value

+ We spent a week in the apartment in January. For 6 persons there was more than enough space. The weather was wonderful, with warm, sunny days and cooler nights so we needed the heating in the night hours. The location was ideal for us as our main activity was held in Sant Cugat, and we had a rented car for the trips. It was surprisingly good to visit Barcelona in January, absolutely recommended! There are many options to get to Barcelona city centre in 25-30mins, and there’s a private, closed parking space in the garage under the house. The main road is close to the flat, but using the shutters on the windows filters the noise out sufficiently. There are plenty shopping options (Esclat, Lidl) in walking distance to make your own food in the fully equipped kitchen. The whole apartment is equipped with modern appliances, we only had issues with the boiler, but the landlord was responsive and helpful answering any questions and solving the issue. There’s a nice terrace to dry the clothes or having your breakfast and watching the sun rising. Everything was clean and tidy. Recommended, very good price/value accommodation.
