+ A place we will never forget!Our stay at Eco Hotel El Agua was truly exceptional from beginning to end. We had the pleasure of staying in Villa Mimosa, which offered complete privacy, stunning surroundings, and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and finished to a very high standard.The experience actually started long before we arrived. Shortly after we made our reservation, Anthony contacted us personally to ask about our flight details, dietary requirements, food allergies, and whether we had any special requests. This level of care and attention is something we have rarely experienced.When we arrived, Anthony welcomed us warmly, showed us around the property, and escorted us to our villa. Throughout our stay, he was always available, happy to help with anything we needed, and gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.El Agua is much more than a hotel. It is a truly special place where you immediately feel calm and connected. The peaceful atmosphere, the focus on nature and sustainability, and the incredible attention to detail make it a place that stays with you long after you leave.The food was another highlight. Both breakfast and dinner were outstanding—fresh, organic, locally sourced, healthy, and absolutely delicious. The personalized service made every meal feel special.We also highly recommend the private dinner with Chef Kalo. The setting inside the cave is breathtaking, and the food was outstanding. But what made the evening unforgettable was the experience itself. Kalo took us on a journey that was not only culinary but also inspiring, grounding, and deeply meaningful. It was so much more than just dinner.If you are looking for privacy, exceptional service, incredible food, immaculate cleanliness, and a place to truly disconnect and recharge, Eco Hotel El Agua is the perfect destination.

+ Todo. La villa olivo que fue donde nos alojamos era espectacular. El sitio en si, es una autentica maravilla. Nos hemos alojado en otros hoteles 5 estrellas, y para mí, este es el mejor, repetiremos seguro.

Relax en el paraíso

+ Experiencia de 10 en este hotel con encanto. Las instalaciones muy cuidadas, la jardinería, se mima cada detalle. Nada más entrar en el recinto se respira paz, el paisaje es excepcional. Poder disfrutar de un baño en la piscina con esas vistas es un lujo. Nuestra villa, Villa Naoko , íntima y perfecta para pasar unos días en pareja. Buena gastronomía y un abanico muy amplio de opciones para poder relajarse y desconectar del ritmo acelerado de la vida actual. Situado en un pueblo pintoresco, nada de sensación de turismo masivo, importante en mi caso. Recomiendo 100%.

L’établissement correspond parfaitement aux photos et le potentiel de l’expérience est indéniable.Je souhaite toutefois partager, de manière factuelle, une situation qui a fortement impacté mon séjour et qui pourra peut-être être utile à d’autres voyageurs.Je voyageais seul dans une villa 2 chambres de 140 m² avec piscine privative. J’avais informé l’établissement à l’avance que deux amis viendraient me voir durant le séjour. Ils disposaient d’ailleurs déjà d’un hébergement à Santa Cruz de Tenerife et n’étaient pas initialement censés dormir sur place ; les choses se sont faites de manière assez spontanée au fil de nos activités ensemble.Lorsque mes amis et moi sommes revenus à la villa après une activité passée ensemble dans la journée, afin de nous préparer avant une sortie prévue le soir puis d’autres activités prévues ensemble le lendemain, la direction m’a immédiatement contacté pour me signaler leur présence. Une possibilité m’avait été évoquée pour qu’ils puissent ponctuellement me rejoindre dans le cadre de ma villa privative, moyennant supplément si nécessaire.J’ai alors expliqué très clairement que je ne cherchais aucunement à contourner les règles, que l’aspect financier n’était pas un sujet pour moi et que j’étais parfaitement disposé à régler tout supplément nécessaire. Lors de cet échange téléphonique, j’ai sincèrement compris que nous ne nous “prendrions pas la tête” et qu’un point serait simplement fait à la fin du séjour concernant une éventuelle régularisation. C’est dans cet esprit que j’ai compris qu’ils pouvaient finalement rester dormir sur place.Nous étions donc trois adultes au total, particulièrement discrets : aucun bruit, aucune nuisance, aucune fête, aucune dégradation, et les lieux ont été laissés dans un excellent état.

+ This place is absolutely stunning, from the nature to the surroundings, not the mention the villas, everything curated until the last detail. Carolina the therapist is extraordinary, it’s a must when you visit this place, thanks to her i started feeling so much better. Definitely a place to reconnect with yourself and find inner peace.

The villa was beautiful, the stay was super comfortable in a private setting, you had a library of music, books and weights for training available for your entertainment. Anthony was super helpful and gave nice advice about the island. The dinner experience was also fantastic! Highly recommend.

+ During my stay at Ecohotel El Agua, located in villa Mimosa, I had the best experience of my life. I stayed with my family and every moment was special. The staff was exceptional, always attentive and ready to help with everything I needed.I enjoyed an amazing spa and a restaurant that offered delicious dishes. Additionally, the hotel features around eight thousand square meters of gardens, fountains, and relaxation spaces, creating the perfect environment to unwind. Without a doubt, I consider Ecohotel El Agua to be the best hotel in Spain. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway.

Regained my energy

+ Staying at Ecohotel El Agua was an unforgettable experience, but the breakfast alone deserves its own five-star review. Every morning felt less like a hotel meal and more like a carefully curated wellness ritual. The food was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with genuine passion and attention to detail. The breakfast was organic with farm-to-table ingredients, with vegetarian and vegan creations that were both nourishing. Chef Kalo’s dishes were exceptional, I loved at all!The hotel is tucked away in the hills of Arico el Nuevo, surrounded by palm trees, olive trees, silence, and beautiful valley views. The atmosphere is calm, restorative, and intimate, more like a hidden sanctuary than a traditional hotel. The architecture blends natural stone, minimalist luxury, and eco design, creating a space that feels deeply connected to nature. I loved the pool, everywhere i met the nature.It is perfect for anyone looking to disconnect from busy days at work and want to experience a peaceful side of Tenerife. Nestled between the mountains and the Atlantic Ocean, they offer a serene retreat focused on wellbeing, slow living, yoga, spa experiences, and mindful eating and a lot of else what I want to try on my next vacation. This time I tried spa and yoga, if it would be possible I would give 6 stars ou of 5, the staff was well presented and watched all my words.It was complete sensory experience. The breakfast was one of the highlights of the trip and easily among the best I’ve had anywhere in the Canary Islands and defenetly will return soon to try a comlete detoxification and regeneration program.

+ La vue sur la nature est absolument magnifique et procure un vrai sentiment de déconnexion dès l’arrivée. L’endroit est un véritable cocon, intime, calme et parfaitement pensé pour se ressourcer. Le massage avec l’ostéopathe était excellent. Les chambres sont encore plus belles en vrai que sur les photos, très spacieuses, confortables et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. La restauration est un autre vrai point fort, avec une cuisine raffinée, fraîche et pleine de goût, sublimée par de très beaux produits locaux et organiques.

− Pas de commerces à proximité immédiate mais c’est aussi cet isolement qui donne tout son charme au lieu.

Everything is thoughtfully designed, from the architecture and interiors to the surrounding nature and the deep sense of tranquility. What made the experience absolutely unforgettable for me were the spa and the massages. Simply heavenly. You can literally feel all the stress leave your body. It is not just wellness, it is a full mind and body reset. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is something special. Intimate, peaceful, and created with incredible attention to detail. No crowds, no noise, just pure relaxation. The balance between nature, design, and wellbeing is perfect. The service is also warm and genuine, without ever feeling forced. You can tell everything is done with care and passion, which makes the stay even more meaningful. This is not just a place to stay. It is a place to truly disconnect and reset.

+ Schöne Villas, modern und liebevoll ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Wunderschöne Lage in der Natur, schöner Garten. Carolina (Yoga Lehrerin) sehr freundlich!

− Man muss alles sehr genau abstimmen (Uhrzeiten für Essen - wenn man das gebucht hat, oder Check in/ out). Es gibt keine Rezeption sondern alles wird per WhatsApp kommuniziert, was wir als etwas unangenehm empfunden haben - bei der Größe des Hotels absolut nachvollziehbar, dennoch haben wir es - vor allem bei einem eco und Health Hotel als nicht ganz passend empfunden. So wäre es schön, nicht immer auf das Handy/ Uhr schauen zu müssen… Etwas abgelegen, daher Auto unbedingt empfehlenswert! Dann sind Strände, Restaurants schnell erreicht Kein Fitness Raum, Spa nicht einfach so zugänglich (extra buchen) spa seeehr klein. Eigentlich nur eine Sauna und Whirlpool.

een fantastische totaalervaring

+ Na een hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaar Anthony betreedt je een prachtige oase van rust en sereniteit. Sfeervol verblijf met prachtige views, mooi verwarmd zwembad, gezellig terrasje voor de woning, kortom een adembenemende buitenruimte. Ook binnen in het verblijf is alles zeer sfeervol en met smaak ingericht, heel goed, alle voorzieningen meer dan voldoende aanwezig,... Het restaurant (waar ook het ontbijt wordt geserveerd) in de cave is van een ongeziene charme en pracht; Het betreden van deze Cave alleen al is een fantastische ervaring en brengt je volledig in een andere sfeer. Chef Kalo is een fantastische kok die met locale gerechten gezonde maaltijden op je bord tovert. Zowel het diner als het ontbijt dat hij serveerde was super. Ook kok Rocio Lucero (die tevens ook muzikante is dus check zeker haar muziek ook op spotify) serveerde ons fantastisch ontbijt. Ook niets dan lof voor de wellnessruimte die zich deels buiten en binnen situeert. De therapieën worden er zeer professioneel aangepakt. De Wim Hof en ijsbad therapie door eigenaar Anthony zelf en de massages door Carolina waren stuk voor stuk een geweldige ervaring. Alle werknemers waren stuk voor stuk vriendelijke en fijne mensen die steeds klaar stonden om je reis tot een fantastische beleving te maken.

+ Es uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que he estado, y he estado en muchos. Volvería sin duda alguna y vale cada euro pagado. La energía del lugar es excepcional, la atención de Anthony explicándonos todo, Kalo, el chef, brutal también. Es un lugar que todo el mundo debería ir como mínimo una vez en la vida

+ A hely varázsa, szelleme és lelke. A tulaj, Anthony megvalósult álma tényleg magával ragadó, minden egyes elemében érezni a pozitív energiákat. A mély spiritualitás, egy kellemes tea a medence szélén, vagy jóga a függönyök között tökéletes harmónia testnek és léleknek.

+ Really amazing place with excelent architecture and nice pool.Also kitchen and bathroom is well equipped.You can chill and relax here all day long and feel peace and enjoy positive atmosphere or you can practise some yoga or stretching(there is special area for it with great view)Anthony is friendly and helpfull and give us some usefull tips abput beaches and restaurants.Bonus was very original breakfast(little bit pricey),where Kelo prepared special dishes in front of us. I really recommend it.I hope we will return here again soon :)

+ The hotel is absolutely incredible, the owners curated the most thoughtful space. It's the perfect place to unwind and find some peace. Chef Kalo prepared inventive, nutritious meals for us during our stay. We ended our holiday with a spa day, it was the perfect end to a beautiful stay. Highly recommend staying here and allowing your body to soak in the warmth, peace, and tranquility this hotel has to offer.

+ A unique place created by people with passion and a beautiful vision. Unique on the scale of the entire Canary Islands. A quiet, stylish and relaxing place where you can really relax. Beautifully arranged garden, a lot of space in front of the villa. We just had a lot of beautiful places where you can relax. Stylish swimming pool. The wonderful smell of lavender and rosemary was everywhere. We highly recommend. Dining options are a completely unique experience that we have never experienced before. Private meals are prepared with natural products. Delicacies in an amazing environment. Best regards to Anthony and Kalo.

+ Iam gastronomically orientaded traveller so firstly i would say: The food is exceptional, excellent flavour, colorful , originally presented by the chef! I received personalized attention for choosing my menu and i was positively surprised by the vitality I felt from the meals! The chef talked to me so i was happy to share that with him. They use local, organic, fresh and seasonal ingredients for the breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes. In The Villa I stayed in I found that gorgeous hall room - neat,bright and spacy, absolutely fine to do my laptop job. The wifi connection was excellent. In the bedroom I had that comfy double bed. Glad to use ecological hygiene products offered to me from the host. The kitchen is functional i didn't find a blender in there but i was offered freshly prepared natural juices and smoothies from the host. And ofcourse i was so satisfied with the private pool just for me to do my morning and afternoon swim!!!! The host - Anthony and the team of the place i felt really caring, helpful and exceptionally polite. I was positively surprised by the amazing climate and environment that i met on the spot. In relation to the surroundings - very nice authentic historical, cultural and architectural environment. It's the village of Arico Nuevo where the eco hotel is located. Within the facilities of the host and the external surroundings I found available many peaceful spots to connect myself with nature, that part I really enjoy and I needed during my stay. In addition to that i had the opportunity to meet experts in holistic health (such as naturopathy, detox, fasting, personal training, body weight). Totally recomendable and a must see place. However, If you are keen on noisy, crowded, bars, alcohol places- its not the spot for you! I stayed just for 1 night and two days but will definitely come back for longer.
