+ The location was convenient, and communication with the host was good.

− Our stay was disappointing overall. One of the bedroom air conditioners didn’t work, the beds were fold-out beds rather than proper beds, and there was ongoing construction right next door. The apartment felt much more like a hostel than the design-forward accommodation we expected—overall it seemed dated, with very small bathrooms and a lack of comfort.

− התמונות עושות חסד עם המקום החדרים כבר בלויים מעט וצריכים שיפוץ עבודות שיפוץ בחוץ, עושות רעש כבר מ 7 בבוקר ומפריעות לישון

+ metro al frente y supermercados cerca. lo arrendamos porque tenia piscina y eso nos alivio mucho el calor del verano con nuestro hijo. La comunicacion con el anfitrion perfecta respuestas rapidas y soluciones que es lo que se necesita en los pocos dias que uno esta

− la cama mala, no tenia cosas básicas para cocinar como aceite , sal ni para lavar losa. te dejan un kit con una bolsa de basura , una tableta para el lavavajillas y uno para la lavadora. pedimos mas y nos dieron

بشكل عام انصح بالشقة وموقعها ممتاز قريب سيرانو ومطاعم وكافيهات كويسة. في محطة مترو على طول برا الشقة.

+ الشقة نظيفة ومريحة تجاربي في مدريد مع الشقق مو كويسة، هذي اول مرة ارتاح على شقة. اخذت الي فيها البلكونة تصير طابقين. الطابق الأول جلسة وحمام ومطبخ و البلكونة. الطابق الثاني غرفة النوم مع حمام ايضاً (مع ملاحظة الصعود لها عن طريق درج صغير ففتحت الشنطة في الطابق الارضي وركبت الاغراض تدريجياً للغرفة ).

− التكييف خرب اكثر من مرة واضطريت اتواصل معاهم. يحلوا المشكلة بس بعد فترة. الانترنت ماكان يوصل البلكونة وتواصلت معاهم وقالوا راح يحلوها ولا حلوها.

Super accomodation and a super host

+ The accommodation is very clean and has all the necessities that you would need on a long weekend trip to Madrid. The host was very friendly and helpful when we asked if we could check out 3 hours later due to the World Cup game that was going on the night before. Would definitely recommend to everyone looking for a place to stay in the Salamanca area for the weekend!

+ A localização e a facilidade do acesso ao edifício e apartamento. Eles tem depósito para antes ou depois do checkout. O chuveiro ótimo e o sofá cama confortável. E o atendimento muito atencioso. O Jaime foi muito gentil e estava sempre disponível: respondia minhas dúvidas em segundos.

− Apartamento com sinais de uso nomeadamente os armários da cozinha encontravam-se danificados, o suporte da TV partido e as cadeiras do terraço estavam inutilizáveis. Apesar de ter contactado no sentido de resolver a situação a mesma não foi resolvido o que inviabilizou o uso do terraço.

+ I loved the location of the apt since it is directly across from the metro station. Nearby tapa bars and coffee & breakfast shops - Catalina, Nolita and Manolo Bakes were my favorites. The apt was simply and functional. It served its purpose for what I needed during my stay. The bed & pillows were very comfortable which is a plus! The customer service by Ricardo of Edward Vibes was excellent. He was very responsive from time to check in, help with AC and check out. He is courteous & kind.

− I chose this property because it offered in unit washer & dryer but the dryer didn’t work. The windows were dirty so opening the window

+ O local é perfeito , boa localização, ótimo pra quem quer fazer vários passeios durante o dia A recepção e atenção do anfitrião sao as melhores , quando voltar Madri com certeza ficarei aqui novamente. As instalações são ótimas ,o apartamento é completo com tudo que precisa.

+ Clean and minimalistic, has what you need. Well located. Easy access with a code. Customer service works.

− During our stay they were under construction in the neighboring building. Would have liked a cleaning service mid stay.

Spartan stay

+ Spacious apartment, big terrace

− - AC: blows cold air, but no way to set temperature. When I asked how to set the AC, no one wanted to explain / help: “like I said before, read the instructions”. - Terrace is not maintained. It has 2 chairs (one broken, 1 ok) and broken dirty table. - Furniture very basic - No laundry stand - location good but not perfect for Barrio Salamanca stay

Great location in Salamanca.

+ Great location, nice secure apartment with a washing machine and good kitchen facilities. The host is very responsive and allowed me to stow my luggage before check in, which was greatly appreciated. Close to the metro and supermarket. Lots of restaurant choices close by.

− The cooling system was quite complex and I couldn't work out how to get the temp up over 21 degrees, which is too cool for me personally. A poster in the back of the door with wifi and garbage disposal instructions would be useful, rather than having to rely on a QR code to get instructions.
