EL CAPRICHO DE CLEMENTE

Staff are absolutely dreadful, very mediocre hotel. Do not stay here!!

+ Room was spacious. Hotel itself was well presented in common areas.

− There was so much noise in the hotel. Sounded like construction work but it apparently was a domestic - this I understand the hotel cannot help, but their response to me was poor, unprofessional, lazy and overall disregarding. I tried to contact them for help at 12.30am, they were online on WhatsApp (I took proof of this) and continued to ignore my texts and calls, I went and waited at reception until 1am, they continued to ignore me until I called Booking.com and the lady from there sent an email to the staff as a formal complaint. ONLY when a formal complaint had been filed did they reply to my texts at 1.30am, and even then all they said was “no, there’s no construction work here.” No further help. They were useless throughout the stay. I ended up getting no sleep, no help, and was absolutely shattered for work and my journey the next day. Requested a refund and they refused. DO NOT STAY HERE! Other things: •Says parking available- it’s just a load of quiet roads behind the hotel; no security or cameras. •Shower didn’t work properly. •Staff we not present at all for reception, I had to call them to check in and didn’t see them at all again. •No air-con.

+ Ubicacion y el tamaño de la habitación.

− El tener q ir cargando con la llave de la habitación ya está un poco pasado y tener q habrír la puerta de entrada del hotel a todas horas con la llave resulta un poco pesado. No había badie en recepción en todo el día.

Would love to stay there again and experience more. Will visit the region again.

+ The rooms were very clean, staff were friendly. Loved the town and the authentic vibe.

− We were left a bit adrift at the beginning and it wasn't clear where we should go to check in. The staff were very busy and we struggled to get their attention. Everything was fine once they knew we were staying and we were guided in the right direction.

Habitación aceptable, buena y sencilla cocina

+ Una parte del personal, la chica que me dio la llave y el camarero del bar, muy amables. La comida sencilla pero buena

− Otra parte del personal. Salí de la habitación por unas escaleras que me llevaron a un comedor, donde había otra chica que de manera muy agresiva se dirigió a mi por haber bajado por allí, pese a decirle que me había equivocado contestó de muy malas maneras.

Estancia en un hotel muy confortabe en un paraje maravilloso.

+ Todo en general. El trato del personal, la limpieza y la situación. Habitaciones confortables y silenciosas.

− Petit déjeuner très limité, avec insistance pour être servi. Trop de bruit toute la nuit, musique jusqu'à 5h30...

− Falta nevera rn la.habitaciom, falta de wifi en eñ hotel, muy pocos.emchufes en la.habitacion.

+ Restaurant downstairs (breakfast posible). Parking somewhere behind the building. Lady who welcomed us all good :)

− The wifi not working. The room is big, but very simple. No AC. Good luck watching TV :D

Recomendable para escapada rural

+ La encargada fue muy amable, nos dejó un espacio para poder teletrabajar después del check out. El restaurante que tienen abajo tambien está muy bien para desayunar, comer y cenar. La cama me pareció muy cómoda y tanto habitación como baño muy amplios.

− Realmente para ser “hotel rural” como yo le digo, esta bien

+ La habitación y el baño son muy grandes.

− Hacía bastante calor en la habitación, un poco de climatización o un ventilador de techo no hubieran estado mal.

Tranquilo y practico

+ La habitación era muy amplia y estaba reformada recientemente, el baño también muy amplio y nuevo.

− En la recepcion es dificil encontrar a alguien

− No entraba el desayuno con el precio!

+ Está muy bien el hotel. Habitacion estaba limpio, todo cómodo y es bastante amplio. Recomiendo.

Tres estrellas justitad. ..

+ Lo mejor, la ubicación en el centro del pueblo. La habitación muy grande y espaciosa

− La recepción estaba cerrada y tuvimos que preguntar en el bar de al lado que era del mismo hotel para que nos atendieran. Una vez en la habitación al deshacer la cama vimos que el edredón tenía varios manchas de sangre seca... Tuvimos que avisar (otra vez en el bar) para que la cambiaran... Al menos lo hicieron rápidamente....

+ Que tuviera bañera y cuchilla de afeitar

− Que no pusieran la contraseña del wifi dentro de la habitación

Todo genial

+ Limpieza excepcional

− Presión de la ducha escasa, lo demás bien.

+ Habitación limpia y amplia. Hotel bien situado. Parajes incomparables.

Un lugar para repetir

+ Me gusto todo, el trato familiar y las habitaciones muy amplias.

No volveria

+ Wifi y bar al lado

− Olor a cerrado, camas no muy comodas, caro para lo que ofrece

+ Notre chambre se situe donc elle était calme.

+ La ubicación y la limpieza

+ Rien.

− Pas de wifi, literie inconfortable.
