− Appartement qui n’est pas moderne et qui nécessite un bon rafraîchissement. Malgré tout pour deux nuit cela nous a à peu prêt convenu

+ Apartamento bien ubicado, de fácil acceso, sin problemas de aparcamiento. Interior espacioso y amplio con terraza. Por las noches mucha tranquilidad para dormir, nos gustó mucho el entorno ajardinado de todo el complejo que da sombra y frescor a los apartamentos. La piscina de agua salada, muy bien también. Muy cerca de varios restaurantes y un supermercado. Tuvimos una estancia muy cómoda, repetiríamos.

+ Lo mejor del alojamiento es la piscina aunque le hace falta tener un mantenimiento y limpieza adecuada

− En el piso no había ni jabón de manos, para 4 días dejaron un rollo de papel, el somier de la cama está lleno de moho, la ducha tiene zonas que no han visto una limpieza en años...

+ Great property, spotlessly clean. In a very good location for us on the edge of town but easy to walk into town with shops and places to eat on the way. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Can’t fault the apartment, a little bit tired in places but nothing that detracted from our stay and would definitely stay here again. Good value for money.

− The only slight downside was one of the two pools was closed for maintenance but apparently due to be opening again soon. The flooring around both pools is in need of repair as tiles are crumbling. This didn’t detract from our stay.

Nice complex, broken shower, terrible rental agency

+ Let me start positive, the complex is a beautiful oasis with nice trees and plants, nice swimming pool and just all very nice. However the apartment itself was disappointment, but has potential with a bit of care.

− The property looks outdated, this is partially visible on the pictures, so that’s something I won’t negatively comment on. However there’s multiple unfinished spots on the walls, rust in many metal appliances as well as mirrors, and the bedroom window couldn’t open for ventilation. The big issue was that upon arrival the shower was broken. The shower hose had a tear in it which made the shower impossible to use. This is something that can happen, but how the situation was handled is where the real problem occurred. The rental agency (Fuerteleon) said they couldn’t fix it due to no technician being available until the day we checked out. When asking for a compensation or an emergency solution no single response has been given until this moment. Absolutely horrible service and I would not recommend to stay here due to this service. With a little bit of care and fixing things it could be a much nicer place, and also I’d advice to change the rental agency immediately. If this is how they handle complaints about your property they’re more of a liability than an asset.

+ Zum 4. Mal hatten wir ein Apartment im Oasis Tamarindo gebucht. Uns gefiel die Anlage. Schön gestaltet mit gut gepflegtem Garten. Fast alle Apartments, in denen wir gewohnt haben, haben alle den gleichen Zuschnitt und ähnliche Ausstattung. Im El Jasmin gibt es u.a. ein gutes Ecksofa, ein großes bequemes Bett, eine Terrasse nach Süden mit Blick auf eine schöne Gartenanlage und viel Sonne. Wir haben uns dort recht wohl gefühlt, trotz einiger Dinge die uns nicht gefielen!

− Die Kommunikation war eher schlecht! Vor Anreise erhielten wir eine Nachricht von El Jasmin in der wir aufgefordert wurden, Kopien unsere IDs an El Jasmin zu schicken, ansonsten können wir nicht ins Apartment! Ich habe diese Kopien 2x geschickt und um Bestätigung gebeten. 2 mal keine Reaktion. Nachdem ich dem Kundendienst von Booking.com darüber informiert habe, dass wir keine Antwort von El Jasmin bekommen haben, kam dann kurz vor unserer Abreise die Bestätigung. Schlüssel für das Apartment mussten wir uns außerhalb von Oasis Tamarindo aus einer KeyBox holen. Ich hatte vor der Anreise mehrfach nach der PIN für die die KeyBox gefragt. Die PIN wurde mir erst übermittelt, als wir nebenan im Secreto Energy Bistro 😋auf Antwort warteten. Es gab zunächst nur ein Schlüsselset. Du brauchst aber nicht nur einen Schlüssel um in die Anlage reinzukommen, sondern auch um rauszukommen!!! Endlich im Apartment mussten wir feststellen, dass es keinen Toaster gab (war aber gelistet in der Ausstattung der Küche). Der Fernseher ( schon älter) zeigte „No Signal“☹️Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir, nach 2 Tagen, einen Zweitschlüssel und einen Toaster. Um den Flat TV kümmerte sich keiner👎 Wir haben dann nicht weiter nachgefragt. Am Tag vor unserer Abreise bekamen wir eine Anfrage von El Jasmin, eine möglichst positive Bewertung zu schreiben🙄Unglaublich😝 Übrigens, in der Anlage gibt es 2 große Pools. Leider ist der größere Pool schon seit über 2 Jahren leer und abgesperrt. Kein Anzeichen einer Renovierung☹️

Notre séjour à Corralejo s’est passé confortablement dans un cadre verdoyant et au calme.

+ Nous avons particulièrement aimé la terrasse et le parc arboré ! Le lit était confortable et la cuisine bien équipée. Des cocktails de bienvenue étaient proposés.

− La boîte à clef est un tout petit peu trop loin. La fenêtre de la chambre ne s’ouvre pas.

+ La femme de chambre et la propriétaire sont gentille

− il était indiqué un hôtel hors pas du tout nous avons dû aller récupérer les clés dans une rue voisine. le frigo était très bruyant impossible de dormir sur le canapé lit qui était assez dur. L'appartement en soit est bien mais il y'avait de la moisissure dans la douche, de la rouille sur le miroir et même par terre. Nous avons eu une serviette avec des tâches blanches et usée. Pas correct . Nous sommes resté deux jours dès notre première nuit la propriétaire m'a envoyé de lui mettre 5 étoiles alors que mon séjour n'était pas terminé. Il est indiqué navette aéroport alors que c'est que des taxis la dame m'a envoyé des liens mais il s'agit de taxi en direction du sud de l'île et non le nord l'agence m'a envoyé un mail en m'indiquant je me suis trompé... Cela aurait était possible si la publication de l'annonce n'annoncé par un hôtel et surtout l'hygiène de la serviette et le bruit du frigo.

+ The apartment is clean, well looked after in the quiet beautiful area that has everything that's needed for self catering. Perfect for families especially if you have an Autistic child! There is a shop and a few places to go out for a meal. 5 minutes drive to all the shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly.

Estancia agradable

+ Muy buena ubicación, la casa está bien cuidada y limpia. La urbanización es muy agradable con jardines y bonitas vistas. La casa es grande y cómoda.

− Que nos dieron un solo juego de llaves y lo ideal es contar con 2 juegos para poder movernos con mas libertad si vamos a sitios diferentes.

+ El apartamento está super completo, tiene una terraza super comoda para desayunar, comer, etc. La cama es muy grande y comoda y estaba todo super limpio. La piscina que tiene nos ha gustado mucho, es muy grande y no solía haber casi nada de gente.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

+ Appartamento pulito con patio, attrezzato di tutto il necessario, grande struttura piscina senza staff. Vicino al residence molto apprezzato trovare una caffetteria, piccolo market e locali per mangiare qualcosa
