+ Struttura molto carina in una buona posizione per visitare alcune delle spiagge più belle che si trovano a 20/30 min di macchina. Pulito e accogliente, il materasso era comodo. L’host è stato sempre molto disponibile.

− L’aria condizionata rinfrescava abbastanza la stanza, l’unico problema che abbiamo avuto è stato incastrare il tubo alla finestra, il quale più volte si staccava e faceva aria calda ma tutto sommato è stato un problema risolvibile.

Very cozy and nice place located in quiet and calm Tarajalejo neighborhood, wish we could stay longer!

+ Excellent localization, very calm and quiet neighborhood. There was all necessary equipment in the kitchen to cook our breakfasts. Appreciated the big wardrobe to store all our things and we really enjoyed comfortable bed!

− No hot water in the sink, only mid-warm. Hot water available only in the shower. It wasn’t a big discomfort and the host promised to attach hot water to the sink!

Sehr kleines Apartment, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man für ein paar Tage benötigt

+ Es sind drei Ferienwohnungen hintereinander an der selben Adresse. Wir hatten die dritte und damit letzte Wohnung ganz hinten. Parkplatzsituation war top. Der Check in war super flexibel über Schlüsselbox Checkout ebenfalls sehr entspannt. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad als auch in der Dusche fanden wir ebenfalls top. Wir würden wieder kommen.

− Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass der Boden im Bad etwas feucht war und daher es etwas muffig gewesen ist. Weiße Spuren in den Fugen könnten ein Hinweis sein. Wir waren im März da und hatten keinerlei Probleme mit Mücken und haben daher einfach etwas mehr gelüftet.

+ La ubicación y las dos gatitas que venían todos los días.

− Había moho en las paredes, techo y cortina de la cocina-entrada-baño. En la pared de la ducha también había hongos,se veía perfectamente en las separaciones de los azulejos.El olor a humedad era muy fuerte al volver de pasar el día fuera. Los utensilios de cocina y baño eran escasos; sólo había una manta y pasamos frío todo el tiempo. Los dueños sólo se pusieron en contacto para decir a dónde teníamos que dejar las llaves el último día. Para encontrar la lavadora tuvimos que preguntar, no se dignaron a dar indicaciones o preguntar si estábamos a gusto. Me parece de vergüenza alquilar un sitio así, parecía que estábamos en un garaje. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

+ Ogólnie było fajnie. I było wszystko co potrzebne do spędzenia udanego urlopu (wszystkie udogodnienia opisane na booking są dostępne). Pralka jest na podwórku, wiatraczki, klimki farelki w szafie w duzym pokoju (farelki dla styczniowych podróżników hehe) Odwiedzilibysmy jeszcze raz!

− Woda w ogrzewaczu czasem się kończyła i przydałoby się więcej kranów z ciepłą wodą. Nie byliśmy na to przygotowani ale to nie był duży problem.

Super agradable, como en casa.

+ Pequeñito pero muy acogedor. La habitacion super grande, con armarios empotrados y TV. Tambien había un aire condicionado portaril (pinguino) y un ventilador. Super bien equipado. La comunicación con el dueño muy agradable!

+ I liked the privacy, the place was clean.

− The water was too cold and the were no extra blankets, which I hope they can work on.

+ mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht,ruhige Lage! Kurze Entfernung zum Strand und zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit. sehr gut auch zu Fuß zu erreichen.

− Hacia un calor insoportable. A pesar de tener un pingüino y ventilador, nos despertábamos a la noche sudando, sin poder dormir bien. Al estar en un bajo, da apuro dejar las ventanas abiertas (no tenían mosquitera ni verjas).

Great value for money.

+ Ele House is a nice and cozy apartment. The location is in an urban environment with short ways to the beaches and centrally located on the island. It is well equipped with all you need, has a stable free WiFi and is very clean. A top point is the washing machine should you need one.

− The kitchen and dining area is a bit tight, but most of the time you will dine outdoors anyway.

Nice stay in quiet Tarajalejo

+ Nice cosy appartement in a quiet location in Tarajalejo which has a wonderful long black sand beach — you should drive 5 min or go on foot about 10 min to the beach. The room is very good, I enjoyed it. The kitchen however is quite small and dark unless you open the entrance door. But there is also a space outside the house where I could have my meals and tea in the morning sun.

+ This could have been nice little place if it has been clean.

− The bed sheets/pillow covers were either not changed or very poorly washed. I have complained about it and the owner (person responsible) said the cleaner will come next day and change all bed sheets. Next day, in the evening upon my return to the place, I found a message on my phone, that (only the pillow covers) were changed. If I knew he wants to change only the pillow covers, I would say not to bother. BUT, they did not change even the pillow covers in the end or if they did, it was again smelly and dirty! They just made the bed! The floor has not been cleaned properly either before my arrival. Another thing…. it seems like the whole house (there are few apartments) shares hot water. So if you happen to have shower in the evening after you return from a beach and you are among the last ones to have shower, there is only cold water left. This is fine in summer when the nights are warm but in winter months it’s not so good. Or you can have hot shower in the morning, before you go to the beach, looks like no one is showering at this time. I was very disappointed with this place.
