+ Zentrale Lage, Altstadt und Guggenheim-Museum gut fussläufig zu erreichen; die Fewo geht auf der einen Seite zu einer ruhigen Straße ohne Verkehr und zu anderen Seite zu einem Innenhof, Supermärkte in der unmittelbaren Nähe, zum Flughafenshuttle 15 Minuten zu Fuß

− Das Toilette im zweiten kleinen Bad hat ein besonderes Spülsystem, bei dem man kein Toilettenpapier in die Toilette werfen darf. Eine zweite Toilettenbürste im Hauptbad wäre schön.

+ Konumu iyiydi. Çift kişilik yatak rahattı. Yeterli yorgan yastık vardı. Temizdi. 3 yatak odası var kalabalık gruplar için. 2 ayrı tuvaleti var ancak banyo sadeve 1 tanesinde mevcut.

− 1) İlanda ve fotoğraflarda sanki 2 ayrı banyo varmış gibi anlaşılıyor ancak tek bir banyo var. 2 ayrı tuvalet var. 3 yatak odası var ancak kalabalık gruplar için tek banyo yetmiyor. Biz 3 kişi olmamıza rağmen zorlandık. 2) Daireye giriş yapabilmek oldukça zor ve karışık. Telefon kullanamayan veya teknoloji becerisi olmayan bir kişi binaya girmekte zorlanır. Video ve yazılı anlatım var ve 3 ayrı kapıdan geçilmesi gerekiyor. 2. Kapıyı göremedik ilk önce, sonra uygulama çalışmadığı için kapı açılmadı. Şansımıza teknik bir sorun olmuş ev sahibi de kapıyı açamadı. Boşu boşuna 1 saat kapı açılsın diye zaman kaybı yaşadık şehre erken varmamıza rağmen gezemedik. 3) ilk gün akşam eve vardığımızda daire sıcaktı ve radyatörler de sıcaktı. Daha sonra daire soğuk olmaya başladı baktığımızda radyatörler buz gibiydi. İlk akşam çok üşüdük, hasta oluruz diye duş bile alamadık soğuktan. Durumu ilettik ve sıcaklığı artırdılar. Sıcaklığa daireden siz müdahale edemiyorsunuz. Daire sahibi ayarlıyor. Bize sorulmadan akşam olunca kaloriferlerin kapatılması çok saçmaydı. Hava da zaten soğuktu bizim konakladığımız tarihlerde ve çok üşüdük. 4) Yerler çarşaflar temizdi ancak daire biraz tozlu ve nemliydi. 5) Banyoda duş başlığı değiştirilmeli. Başlık eski olduğu için su güzel akmıyordu. 6) Banyoya vileda koyulabilir. Yeterli ayak havlusu da yoktu. Banyoda yerler ıslandı, silemedik ıslak kaldı, ayağımıza sermeye birşeyde yoktu. 7) Fiyat performans açısından hayal kırıklığı oldu bizim için, daha iyi bir daire ve olanak bekliyordum.

Fijn appartement op een centrale locatie

+ De locatie ligt centraal in Bilbao en alle bezienswaardigheden zijn goed lopend te bereiken. Doordat de weersverwachtingen minder werden, hebben we het hotel omgeboekt naar een appartement om wat meer ruimte te hebben. We hadden alle 3 een eigen slaapkamer. De host was goed bereikbaar en we konden de koffers eerder kwijt in het appartement. Super geregeld! En Bilbao is een geweldige stad dat onze verwachtingen heeft overtroffen.

+ Posizione centrale tra parte vecchia e parte nuova. Abbiamo sempre girato senza utilizzare mezzi pubblici. L'appartamento è accogliente

− Unica pecca è che noi eravamo due coppie e avevamo scelto l'appartamento perché dotato di due bagni, ma in realtà uno dei due, molto piccolo, ha solo water e un piccolo lavandino. Per tutto il resto consiglio comunque la struttura

Excellent apartment

+ Host was very friendly and helpful. Checked in at 2pm which helped us get on with the day. Modern clean apartment with two toilets. Comfortable beds. Plenty wardrobe storage and hangers. Didn't cook but kitchen well equipped. 500m to gran via main street. Shower gel, soap and shampoo in bathroom thank you.

− Shower head needs replacing. The common area leading to apartment stairs had very loud people at 4am. Band practice at 11am Sunday very loud.

Heel leuk verblijf in Bilbao.

+ Super vriendelijke host. We mochten onze koffers al in het appartement laten en kregen nadien een berichtje als het appartement gepoetst was. Het appartement is heel leuk en bevindt zich op een goede locatie. Faciliteiten zijn goed. We kregen ook tips i.v.m. restaurants etc. Communicatie was heel goed.

− Tip: instructies in het appartement leggen i.v.m. de werking van de thermostaat/verwarming.

− The smell unfortunately. We recommend to open the windows to ventilate the rooms well in advance the arrival of guests.

− Los baños no funcionaban bien, en unos la ducha no desagua y el otro WC tenía un triturador que hacía un ruido horrible y también funcionaba regular

+ El apartamento está bastante céntrico, instalaciones muy buenas, camadas super cómodas y la chica que lo gestiona es muy amable.

+ Apartamento amplio y bien ubicado

− Poco luminoso. A pesar de tener 3 habitaciones con capacidad para 6 personas, sólo dispone de 1 baño con ducha. El otro es un aseo pequeño con sólo lavabo y WC con cisterna-bomba

+ Da localização e do espaço do apartamento

− Algumas coisas (mobiliário, paredes) já estão algo sujas e degradadas, normal do uso.

+ Vriendelijke host.

− We hebben het naar ons zin gehad. De mening over de bedden waren verschillend binnen het gezin. De een vond ze lekker liggen en de ander minder.

+ Ha sido una estancia muy agradable Muy bien la limpieza, la decoración y la ubicación. Muy recomendable el apartamento

− Aunque son dos cuartos de baño, sólo hay ducha en uno de ellos.

Abbiamo visitato Bilbao e dintorni , la struttura è adattissima per questa esperienza.

− Bothering sound from the heating and when using water in the small bathroom. No hangers in all apartment to hang coats, towels.

The communication, reception and appart were all great.

+ The very friendly cleaning team was present to hand over the keys. The appart is in walking distance of most interesting places to visit. We were 3 friends eating outside, but all is provided to have a stay and use the kitchen by yourselves (eg fishmarket in walking distance - 15").

− A free-of-charge place where to leave the luggage for some hours after Check out would be great. A little noisy when windows are opened.

A beautiful city to visit for all ages. Plenty to see.

+ The location was great. 10 -15 min walk to shopping streets, metro line, tram and old town. Great location. Property is exactly as photos on line.

+ Very friendly staff. Nice touches, like tea/ coffee etc. terrific location and they left a good map for us and gave recommendations on places to eat.

− There was no air-con. There was a fan but the rooms were very hot at night. That was the only disadvantage.
