− Defekter Staubsauger. Es könnte noch mehr Geschirr & Putz Handtücher für den Abwasch fürs Geschirr haben. In der Küche mehr kleine Schneide Messer wären optimal. Die Türe der Kleiderwaschmaschine offen lassen.

+ Ubicación cercana al inicio del centro, casa espaciosa y agradable con vistas al exterior. Lavadora.

− Tuvimos un problema al recoger lasa llaves porque no estaba limpia la habitación y tuvieron que limpiarla. Se solventó correctamente en un par de horas.

Fantastic apartment in a superb location

+ The apartment was in a fantastic location with spectacular views of City Hall. It has a lovely balcony and a bay window with shutters. The tilt and turn windows were great. The place was very modern with a lovely kitchen, bathroom and a comfortable large bed. It was perfect for accessing Bilbao’s attractions.

− The only thing we struggled with was having no AC. It had been 40 degrees on the day we arrived. The apartment does have a ceiling fan and a plug in fan which did help but it was unusually hot. The weather cooled down after a few days.

+ We loved absolutely everything about this fabulous apartment, the decor, comfort, facilities, excellent location and indeed, the spectacular view. The apartment was spotlessly clean, which we very much appreciated and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We would not hesitate to stay at this apartment again, if we return to Bilbao. Thank you to Monika for your hospitality.

+ El apartamento está perfectamente ubicado, con todo tipo de servicios muy cerca, lo que hace la estancia muy cómoda. Además, estaba impecablemente limpio y bien cuidado. La anfitriona fue muy amable en todo momento y nos facilitó mucha información útil sobre la zona y la ciudad. Sin duda, una experiencia muy positiva. Totalmente recomendable.

− Nothing. The elevator gave us a fright by locking up once but we then used the stairs and all was well!

+ El apartamento es precioso, y está muy bien cuidado. Todo funciona perfectamente. La cama es comodisima y la lavadora tiene secadora, así que está muy equipado. La vista es realmente espectacular. Monika fue súper amable y hasta me envió tips para disfrutar la ciudad

− Qualche piccolo dettagli dell'appartamento potrebbe essere migliore. Ad esempio si vedono alcuni fili elettrici sopra armadio. Tutto irrilevante ai fini di un buon soggiorno però.

+ Tanto la ubicación como el apartamento para una pareja es perfecto. Cuidado al detalle y además te dejaban café sal detergente para lavadora friega platos etc

− Nada que destacar. Quizás que contactaron con nosotros el propio día de entrada.

+ Acogedor, tranquilo, completo, la ubicación, toda la cantidad de ocio que lo rodeaba. La cafetera italiana, la cocina, las luces.

− Piccolo disguido nella consegna delle chiavi ma risolto in 15 minuti.

Un joli appart confort, en cœur de ville...

+ L'emplacement de l'appart est un gros, gros plus. Une fois installé, on peut parcourir la ville à pieds. En bas de l'immeuble, il y a une excellente boulangerie pour les grignoteries du matin et en toute proximité diverses options de restauration. La taille et l'agencement de l'appart le rendent très confortable pour 2. L'excellent niveau de propreté en fait, aussi, un lieu que je recommande. A noter, une machine à laver le linge pouvant être un plus en road-trip...

− Des petits détails ajouteraient un plus comme des patères dans l'entrée, pour accrocher ses vêtements mouillés par la pluie et un filtre complet sur la vitre de la salle d'eau serait un plus intimité. La récupération des clefs se fait dans un café où le personnel ignore ce qu'il se passe à l'appart (il n'était pas prêt à notre arrivée) et donc ne peut guère aider. A noter, le parking de proximité revient à environ 25 euros par 24h...

+ Stadtwohnung mit kleinem Balkon , 20 Minuten Fußweg zum Guggenheimmuseum. 10 Minuten zur Altstadt. Schön modern eingerichtet.
