Malheureusement la vétusté de l’appartement et le dysfonctionnement du store a fait que les nuits étaient courtes

+ Ett mycket rent och väl utrustat boende med fin omgivning. Det är härligt att kunna gå direkt ner på stranden från boendet. Poolområdet känns exotiskt.

Spacious, comfortable apartment in a convenient location.

+ Lovely convenient property in a great location for all the nearby towns and cities as well as direct access to the beach. The apartment was spacious for a family of 3 adults and 2 children and well equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. We really appreciated the addition of tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washing machine liquid on arrival. Collecting the keys was easy from a lockbox and finding the property was easy thanks to the hosts. We did struggle a bit with the electric gate initially but you just have to position yourself properly to get it to work.

− Travelling with a toddler and a baby, we would have appreciated some plastic bowls, plate and mug. We read the Q&A's before we booked where it stated that the swimming pool was heated in the winter. We had a very excited toddler who loves to swim so this was a deciding factor in booking. However the pool was dirty and unheated.

+ Magnífico apartamento en una zona tranquila, privada y accesible de Marbella. Perfecto para pasar unos días tranquilo y relac. Urbanización asegurada con piscina y un acceso a la playa privado con jardín y todas las comodidades. Comunicación con la anfitriona perfecta. 👍

+ Clean comfortable apartment good communication from host on how to get the keys and how to access the pool and beach area. WiFi worked well and easy parking. Comfortable beds good value for money.

Lovely Apartment but a bit cut off for Marbella, having to get a Bus/Taxi on the Very Busy Motorway!

+ Felt Safe. Nice and Bright interior. Had all amenities.

− The Twin Room had no natural light and a bit small for two adults. There was bed linen and towels left drying on 2 Clothes Horses on the Balcony.

+ Résidence sécurisée, très bien située, avec une très belle piscine et un accès direct à la plage. On se sent tout de suite bien, environnement propice pour passer de belles vacances 🙂

− Appartement très bien équipé (lave-vaisselle parasols, chaises pour la plage, terrasse avec table, chaises pour profiter de l'extérieur) mais mobilier un peu vieillissant.

+ Moc krásné místo , velmi blízko moře. Krásný bazén. Udržovaná zahrada, pláž čistá a málo lidí. Vše proběhlo bez problémů. Určitě se sem vrátím.

+ Nice, spacious flat very close to the beach. The flat had everything we needed and has even some beach toys for our little kid. Also the balcony as well as the common pool provide a grat option to stay out.

− Two little downsides: we had to assemble the cot by ourselves and the beach is ok.

Wonderful holiday

+ It was a great location. Right by the sea. The pool was super. The apartment is secure with locked gates. The apartment had everything you needed. Washing machine hair dryers, etc. The beds were so comfortable

− No A/C in one room. But it did have a good fan.

+ Excellent apartments on the seafront in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday. Very comfortable bed and pillows, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a living room with kitchen. Parking in a closed area. Everything is clean and comfortable. Contacts with the owner are very convenient and fast.

Strongly recommended

+ Beautiful, spacious apartment, extremely clean. Excellent location, next to the beach, with free parking in front of the apartment. Granada, Cordoba, Gibraltar, all within 1 to 2 hours drive. Wi fi signal is good, big TV with Netflix in the living room. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet, so you can fall asleep listening the sound of the waves. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped (microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, iron, beach towels...). A spacious balcony where it is pleasant to sit in the morning with coffee and in the evening. The owner is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this accommodation, whether you want to relax by the sea or visit the cities of Andalusia.
