Muy bien pero se puede mejorar!!!

+ Muy cómodo para 1-2 personas, à 2 min de la playa, muchos comercios, el patio es muy guay para disfrutar Calma y tranquilidad Personal muy reactivo y muy bien servicio

− Faltaría un refresh, una modernización! Faltaría equipar mejor la cocina para poder cocinar (ustensiles de cocina, más platos, más vasos, productos para limpiar, …) Falta sombrilla para la terraza o poner un toldo tipo vela camuflaje o algo para tapar el sol, en pleno día no se puede estar en el patio (11h-17h imposible) Climatizar no sería mal sobre todo la habitación el resto se puede abrir puerta y ventana y hacer corriente de aire

Buenas quitan la experiencia de la cama

− Las patas de la cama están flojas una de las veces se salió la pata hubo que ponerla pero hacia falta una herramienta para apretaela bien

Va migliorata la struttura.

+ L'appuntamento si trova vicino al centro e al mare.

− Lo staff non l'abbiamo mai visto, abbiamo avuto problemi con la rete wifi e ci è stato detto che dovevamo chiamare noi un addetto, non c'erano piatti, comprati di carta,nel bagno non esiste una ventola per aspirare odori e vapore della doccia, non c'erano tovaglie e strofinacci, la pulizia così e così,nella finestrella vicino la cucina, c'erano due vespe mummificate , però almeno a metà settimana hanno cambiato le lenzuola e asciugamani.

+ The apartment is very close to Tori beach and the main road full of shops.

− The apartment was very dirty, smelling bad. It was raining and the patio outside was full of water because the drain was blocked. The WiFi connection was very poor and most of time wasn’t working at all. Very poor customer service. I had to texted them several times for the same reason without any replay for the first two days. There is not light in the main door.

è stato molto sgradevole, non siamo state accolte, non ci sono arrivati i dati per il self check-in in tempo e siamo rim

− Blatte, formiche, finestre rotte, host inesistente, lenzuola macchiate

+ La tranquilidad que tiene el estudio y que es el último de los apartamentos,buena cocina y todo en general bien,pero hay cosas a mejorar.

− La cama un poco regular el colchón y las almohadas son bastante malas,las paredes podrían estar un poco más limpias y pintadas,la puerta igual muy sucia.

+ Posizione e spazi ampi e l esterno

− Que tenía muchas cucarachas

+ la ubicación y la cocina que era bastante amplia y con nevera grande.

− la terraza, estaba descuidada, y la habitación y baño al fondo poca ventilación

En general bien salvo esas cosas

− El horno no funcionaba, saltó la luz en una ocasion, y habían algunas cucharas

+ The apartment itself was ok but needs a lot doing.

− On arrival couldn't get my keys out of the safe place,very kind Italians from next door helped me break in to the safe place to get my keys out at 12.30am,very noisy upstairs with a baby,fan in the bedroom to noisy,place really needs air-conditioning,glass at front entrance all broken,got woke up at 2am with flashing lights from my terrace which I managed to isolate at the trip board,left messages to say I couldn't get in,both phone no.s given didn't work,no one came to see if I was OK,shame really,lovely location and nice neighbours

Be aware of The Ants and Roaches

+ Location. Good sized apartment albeit a funny shape and set up. Quiet during the night.

− Broken windows, ( unable to Lock ) Front door poorly fitted which allows all the Cockroaches in. Millions of ants everywhere. Very limited Kitchen utensils, no toaster. No Air-conditioning. Shower screen needs resealing. This apartment could be really good with a few jobs needed and a fresh coat of paint.

+ couldnt tell you much to be honest. probably only decent thing was the sunbathing facilities only if you like sunbathing

− the place is in very bad condition, there is an infestation within the whole complex and has been for many years by reading previous reviews, i arrived and was welcomed by a whole colony of ants which were living under the artificial grass, i proceeded to use the insect killer which was provided, but the problem is too big, they are living within the poorly fitted units within the kitchen and live within the tiles which have gaps and stuff between the grout and you will find them coming out of every socket outlet and light fixture and switch, i came back the same evening after they cleaned but i found the stains still on the kitchen unit where i sprayed insect killer on it, you cannot leave any food anywhere as we lost food due the insect infestation, i did communicate with the host and try to get some of the problem solved but they apparently came in and disinfected the place and put down poison however after returning all they did was make the bed and change the towels, all the doors and units within are damaged and wood veneer is peeling from the doors, the front door doesnt shut properly and both windows are single glazed and have massive cracks which is potentially dangerous if a child was to push on it the glass would fall out. warning this place is an insect infested building site and there is noises of angle grinders and hammer drilling at 8am, this place has seemed to be under renovation for the past year, i would strongly strongly reccomend you to look elsewhere unless your used to having a bed with insects crawling all over it:)

Great clean simple studio

+ Great location, clean simple studio apartment had pretty much everything you'd need for few days comfortable stay. Would definitely stay there again.

− Could have done with a toaster and microwave but not a major problem and it did have an oven (although didn't try it). Only one pillow each.

All in all I liked this place and I would gladly come back

+ Great location, quiet, rather spacious, a little garden area. A very nice bedroom, tv and sofa. Good contact with and response from the managing staff.

− There was no microwave and the oven didn’t work. The bathroom floods when you have a shower. Bar stools instead of chairs. You can hear the neighbours next door very clearly, thanks god they were only talking!
