+ Room was very nice, clean and comfortable

+ Központi mégis csendes. Jól felszerelt apartman. Nagyjából tiszta volt de nem tökéletes.

− Átvétel! Honnan kéne tudnom, hogy mi az a 2 izq?? Mert ezt írták! Aztán találomra megnyomtam a kaputelefonon a 2I gombot és beleszoltak spanyolul. Azt hittem rossz helyre csöngetek. Végül megoldódott de jó lenne ha tudna angolul az átadó személyzet és nem spanyol rövidítést használna.A kávéfőzőben hiányzott a kávétartó kis kosár. Ajtók nyikorogtak. Alapjában minden elég olcsó minőségű.

+ Прекрасное расположение квартиры. Чистота. Спальни выходят в патио, поэтому абсолютная тишина ночью. Гардеробная. Просторная гостиная залитая утренним солнцем. Высокие потолки. Приятный персонал, быстрая связь. Однозначно рекомендую!

− Пишу это в надежде, что это будет исправлено, потому что собираюсь и дальше останавливаться в этой квартире! При такой стоимости объекта, этих мелких недочетов не должно быть. 1. Замените, пожалуйста, фен! У него нет сетки со стороны забора воздуха. В первые секунды он затянул мои длинные волосы, я еле успела выдернуть его из розетки и потом почти час вытаскивала запутанные волосы из фена. 2. Wi-fi не работает дальше гостиной. Стоит репитер, но он не функционирует. С учетом, что и сотовый интернет не работает, наличие wi-fi очень важно. 3. Подушек много, но все они слишком высокие и плотные. Добавьте, пожалуйста, низкие подушки . 4. Кофемашина не работает. Есть гейзерная кофеварка, но это крайне неудобно. Можно купить обычную кофемашину Nespresso и вопрос будет решен. Так же удивило отсутствие чая. 5. В дальней ванной, которая за гардеробной, сильный запах канализации.

+ Fantastic location in the heart of Chueca, close to lots of great restaurants and bars, and within easy reach of major attractions in the city.

Beautiful apartment in a nice, walkable neighborhood.

+ The apartment is very well appointed and beautifully renovated. Location is great for walking to restaurants, museums and coffee shops. The heating was easy to adjust so we were very comfortable. Kitchen was amazing also.

− Coffeemaker was not working, but there are several coffee shops nearby. Beds are on the firm side. Minor things for such an amazing place.

+ The apartment was big enough for group of 6 friends.

− It's located on LGBTQ area. Access to the apartment building was complicated.

I had a great time in Madrid and location of the apartment was perfect.

+ Beautiful and large apartment right in the heart of Chueca, perfect for a group getaway. The kitchen/living room area was perfect for hanging out before going out for the day to explore, or pre and post dinner for drinks etc.

+ It was clean with lots of space and in the middle so we could walk everywhere.

− Shame the coffee machine didn’t work but the coffee pot was a god send. The sofa was badly stained and one was broken which was a shame but I think the previous guests were not respectful of the property. It didn’t spoil our stay but it just wasn’t to the quality of everything else in the property.

The space is PERFECT for a family, a group of friends and the proximity to everything was amazing!

+ This facility was so lovely, that my daughter said "You're going to buy this for me right?" This space could not be more amazing!!

− We had some problems getting the heat to be just right. But the property management was SOOO responsive, and we could text at any point to get it fixed!~!

We had wonderful stay, would definitely come back!

+ Great location, close to Gran Via, close to metro, shopping, walking distance to many attractions. The staff was exceptional, going out of the way to help, communicating efficiently via WhatsApp. We were able to store our luggage before checkin and after checkout which was very helpful.

+ Lovely apartment. Good location within walking distance of most things. Had an early arrival and late check out but let us leave our luggage in the apartment which was a great help.
