Estadía muy tranquila para pasarlo en familia

+ Tiene buena ubicación el lugar bastante acogedor e super limpio tiene todo lo necesario para que tu estadía sea como estar en casa La anfitriona fue muy maja

Good value and great staff, but the comfort and overall condition of the apartment could be improved.

+ The apartment offered very good value for the price and the communication from the staff was excellent. Check-in was straightforward, and the location made it easy to explore Altea’s historic center. The apartment had the basic amenities needed for a short stay.

− The main drawback was the comfort level. The furniture and sleeping arrangements could be improved, and some areas of the apartment showed signs of wear. While generally clean, the overall condition and comfort did not fully meet our expectations.

− Faltaba limpieza, la cama de matrimonio no tenía sábanas de arriba y solo había colcha y olía mal. No había nada de detalles tipo sal, pimienta, ni café. Y solo habían 2 rollos de papel higiénico y a mitad.

+ We were met with a warm friendly reception. Location is fantastic near old town square. The appointment is spotlessly clean and .had everything you need for a relaxing break. Bed in main bedroom was really comfy.

− The apartment could do with a manual in different languages with instructions ie WiFi code and where things are . Light in main bedroom not working. Bed in twin room not very comfy.

+ Great location in tbe old town. A few minutes walk from the main church and lovely restaurants. Then a walk down hill to the main sea front. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need. It felt nice and spacious. I would RECOMMEND taking up the additional charge of using the garage space to park your car. (€10 per night)... Booking.Com says this is free parking but must relate to the road parking. There were no spaces anywhere so try and reserve the garage. Encarna, our host, was very helpful and friendly.

− The only change we would recommend would be to freshen the place with new bedding (shhets and pillowcases). It all felt a little washed out, particularly compared to the crisp bedding we have experienced in the other residences we've booked on this road trip. Also, for us ... although it didn't materialise into a problem. We didn't realise there would be a dead stop for check in. We didn't notice this when booking and as our flight didn't arrive until 19.30 then had to pick up a hire car and drive to the apartment we were worried that any delay would mean that we would forfeit the booking or face extra charges! Maybe these restrictive check in times need to be more prominent if it is important to the owners.

Will definitely stay again!

+ This apartment was excellent. Fantastic location. Large apartment with everything required. The person met us outside to show us where to park and the room. Definitely stay again. The pool was quite small, but gorgeous for a dip and a little swim - just what you want after walking everywhere! I would highly recommend this apartment.

Nice apartment.

+ The host is very friendly. The apartment is very nice and close to the church in. Highly recommended.

− The complex neighborhood where the accommodation is located led to inaccurate navigation. A detailed instruction of the building is suggested.

Se puede mejorar.

+ Ubicación cerca del centro.

− Nos pidieron entrar a las 16:00 horas y salir antes de las 11:00 horas. La persiana de la cocina estaba rota y no se podía bajar. Es un bajo y la puerta del salón y de un dormitorio no tenían reja. La calefacción no funcionaba bien en un equipo. Una vez en el apartamento la señora que entregó las llaves nos pidió que pagáramos en efectivo 10 euros por el parking y 20 euros por la mascota (gata de unos meses), cuando en el parking se supone que era gratis y en la reserva se indicó que íbamos con mascota.
