+ Sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtete Finca. Grosse moderne Küche, alle Geräte die man braucht, privater abgegrenzter Garten, ideal für unsere zwei Katzen. Die Besitzer waren äußerst hilfreich und zuvorkommend, bei jeder Anfrage sofort erreichbar und zur Stelle.

− Wir hatten am Anfang ein paar Kurzschlüsse, als alle elektrischen Geräte liefen. Die Besitzer kamen aber sofort und haben das Problem behoben.

+ Spędziliśmy w Finca Amer 11 dni, obiekt jest położony bardzo blisko SaPobla, 3 minuty jazdy do pobliskich sklepów, 5 min jazdy od centrum miasta, 15 minut do plaży Playa de Muro, 30-40 min drogi z lotniska. Kontakt z gospodarzem od samego początku był bardzo dobry, Maria jest bardzo uprzejma i udzieliła wszelkich niezbędnych informacji i wskazówek. Obiekt posiada wszelkie potrzebne wyposażenie i udogodnienia, niczego nie brakowało. Dom zachowany jest bardzo dobrze, jest czysty, zadbany i wyposażenie jest w pełni sprawne. Każdy pokój jest klimatyzowany indywidualnie co jest dużym plusem, dodatkowo w sypialniach są wentylatory sufitowe co sprawdza się idealnie na ciepłe noce, dom jest duży i przestronny. Obiekt dookoła posiada gęstą roślinność co zapewnia idealnią prywatność. Ze względu na swoje położenie jest to dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania innych miejsc na wyspie. Duży basen i część wypoczynkowa sprawdziły się idealnie w cieplejsze dni. Opis domu jest zgodny ze stanem faktycznym. Serdecznie dziękujemy Maria i jej rodzicom za wspaniały pobyt.

− Jedyną rzeczą na którą należy zwrócić uwagę to hałas przejeżdzających samochodów, obiekt jest położony przy samej drodze, która w sezonie jest często uczęszczana, my się po dwóch dniach przyzwyczailiśmy i nam to nie przeszkadzało, ale jak ktoś szuka idealnej ciszy to może nie być zadowolony. To jedyna rzecz, do której ktoś może mieć zastrzeżenia, ale położenie obiektu przy drodze jest wskazane na mapie.

+ Our stay at Finca Amer was absolutely fantastic! The villa impressed us with its exceptional cleanliness and excellent amenities, making our vacation truly comfortable.The air conditioning worked perfectly—each of the three bedrooms had its own separate unit, allowing us to adjust the temperature to our liking. The kitchen was fully equipped with an oven, fridge, induction hob, and dishwasher. We also appreciated the supply of dishwasher tablets and the large amount of dishes and cutlery, which made cooking and dining very convenient.We loved the outdoor space—the garden tables and chairs, mosquito nets on the windows (which kept insects out), and the stunning pool, which was a real highlight! By the pool, there was a comfortable sofa and sun loungers, as well as an outdoor shower, adding to the luxury.We had so much fun playing ping-pong—it was a great addition to our evening entertainment.The location was practical—Can Picafort was just a 10-minute drive away, making it easy to visit the beautiful beach.We highly recommend Finca Amer to anyone looking for a well-equipped, comfortable villa in Mallorca with a gorgeous pool and a cozy atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again! 🌴☀️

+ We had a wonderful stay! The location deserves a solid 10 – it's a peaceful countryside enclave, yet very well connected. Just a 15-minute drive takes you to stunning beaches like Can Picafort, the charming town of Inca with its amazing Thursday market, and many hidden gems of Mallorca. Thanks to its central location, you can discover the authentic island life, away from the typical tourist spots.The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped – everything you need is there. It’s located near a road, so you’ll occasionally hear passing cars, but it really didn’t bother us at all – the overall comfort and tranquility more than made up for it. And the benefit is that you're instantly on your way to the coast or exploring the island.If you're looking for a place to relax in nature while still being close to shops, markets, and beaches – this is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Fantastic property, lovely pool, great location and very welcoming hosts. Highly recommend!

+ The hosts were lovely and very welcoming! We were met in person and shown around the property - the house was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was very well-equipped and the choice of outdoor seating areas was great. The pool area was very safe with the children and the shallow steps into the pool at one end makes this ideal for younger children too. Good location 5 minutes from supermarkets and 15 minutes from the excellent beaches of Platja De Muro. Highly recommend!

− The few minor issues we had during our stay were very quickly sorted and we had no complaints with anything.

Villa that exceeds your expectations!

+ We had a very pleasant stay at Finca Amer! The villa exceeded our expectations and it has everything you need for a good vacation. The house and garden offers good places to chill and relax; big pool, sunbeds, loungeset, multiple places to sit in and around the house. Supermarket in Sa Pobla is 2 min drive away as well as the train to go to Palma the Mallorca. If you want to discover the North of Mallorca this is your place to stay. There are no neighbours which is also great. Thanks Maria for being such a good host and helping us out during the week with advise and questions.

Amazing villa, absolutely beautiful, perfect for a family

+ It was exactly as described and as shown in pictures, and seemed even larger than the pictures. The hosts were so friendly and we could message them if we needed anything. The villa was clean and beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We could secure the pool area so our young children couldn’t get to it when not using. It was absolutely perfect.

− Nothing - only down side could be that you really need a car to get to the shops as the streets don’t have paths for walking. Not an issue for us as we hired a car.

Lovely spacious villa

+ We have just returned from a lovely week at Finca Amer. The Villa is clean and spacious. The outdoor area is large and well maintained, there are some lovely trees around the property and we helped ourselves to a couple of fresh figs! We loved the pool area. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. We appreciated the fresh fruit and vegetables the owners left for us. I saw the reviews about noise from the road but the bedrooms are at the back away from the traffic. We didn't think it was a problem. You can hear the cars from the pool area but the owners provided outdoor speakers so we played music when we were outside. The weather was very hot at the end of the week but we found the air-conditioning worked really well to cool the house quickly. Closing the window shutters then kept the house really cool when we were out.

− Due to the location you will need a car. However it's only a five minute drive to the Lidl and Eroski supermarkets and only about 15 to 20 minutes to the beautiful beaches and great restaurants in Can Picafort, Alcudia and Pollensa. It took us 45 minutes to get to the Villa from Palma airport.

Perfect Week

+ We were 2 couples with one teenager each (total 6 persons) and visited Finca Amer during the first week of August 2022. The space exceeded our expectations it is larger that what we see in the photos. It the perfect localization if you want to drive all over the island or discover some "calas" nearby and return home for a gin at the pool during the sunset. Very clean and nice decoration. Everything worked perfectly. Only the TV room could have also an air conditioned split, as all other house divisions. Marian and her parents were very nice and enjoyable. We loved our week in Finca Amer!!!
