Couldn't sleep because of noise and properties team was not helpful at all.
Do not stay here! Persistent loud noise from the upstairs bathroom kept the entire house awake on multiple nights, including 1:30am and 5:17am wake-ups across multiple nights documented in real time via Booking messaging. The property acknowledged the issue, requested I email a video to diagnose the source, then asked me to RESEND the video days later, after I complained again because their support team didn't even look at my initial email. No maintenance technician was ever sent, despite multiple promises from the property to send one. The toilet paper holder was broken off the wall, the wooden floorboards in one shower were damaged (see picture) and unsafe in a wet environment, and no cleaning supplies were provided despite being listed as an amenity. When I requested a partial refund afterward, the property offered only a slight discount for a future stay, which is comical because I certainly will not be staying with them again. The operational standards and guest service did not match what was advertised. Would not recommend at all.
