A security deposit of EUR 400 per apartment is required for bookings involving two or more apartments, a group of guests under 25, or when management determines there are justifiable reasons based on the guests' behavior or attitude during check-in or their stay. This security deposit will be refunded provided the apartment is left in good condition (tidy, nothing broken, etc.) and if no noise complaints are received from other guests or neighbors in nearby buildings (at any time, but especially between 10 pm and 10 am).
