+ I am here with my family and I really love the entertainment team and the show they are performance and eveyone of them really love their job. Food is really good and room is also good but they must give us back todelt when they change it. Receptipnist are really kind abd nice in solving problems. We will be back definatly

Best hotel I visited in Spain

+ I vistied the hotel with my family and we enjoyed staying. The pool is very nice, the shows are good I got nothing bad to say. And especially the lifeguard with blond highlits. Veryyy handsome guyyy.

+ We were a little sceptical before coming to Globales Bouganvilla after reading some of the reviews, but honestly there was no need to worry! We’re a family of four with children aged 8 and 11, and they’ve had a fantastic time. There’s plenty to do between the main pool, the splash park and the slides , they’ve barely wanted to get out of the water! The lifeguards deserve a special mention too. They’re friendly, fun and great with the children, but they’re also quick to step in when people aren’t following the rules… which I actually really appreciated! 😂 Our room has been perfect for us. The children have slept really well on the pull-out sofa bed, and the twin beds pushed together in the bedroom have been comfortable too. The room is cleaned every other day, and if you need extra cleaning, you can simply ask. The entertainment team work really hard and are brilliant with the children. Mine have spent most of their holiday in the pools and on the slides, but whenever we’ve watched the activities they’ve looked great, and lots of children have been joining in and having fun. The food is buffet style and exactly what you’d expect from an all-inclusive. I have one very picky “beige food” eater, and he always found something he was happy with. I also have another child who’ll try anything, and there were plenty of different options for them too. We’re actually still here as I write this and are genuinely happy with our holiday. If you come expecting a 3-star hotel, I think you’ll find it goes above and beyond. It’s great value for money, family-friendly and has everything we’ve needed for a lovely holiday.

Amazing

+ The best thing about this hotel is the entertainment team absolutely fabulous. Nothing is ever too much there energy is unmatched . They are so accommodating and make the experience amazing! They are always happy and full of smiles want to give a special mention to Letizia she is fabulous. She has so much energy and is just a bundle of joy. She lights up every room with her energy and aura. She honestly made our time so amazing. Pier was also fabulous every night selling the bingo tickets and full of joy and happiness . We appreciate them all just absolutely great All the entertainment team were fabulous as a group .

Very basic family hotel

+ We stayed at the Globales Bouganvilla and have just returned after a week. The rooms were very basic with no kettle and very basic amenities but were cleaned daily and the rooms were clean. For extras you had to hire for example I had to hire an iron and ironing board. Pools were brilliant they are very deep the two main pools but were all kept clean and the kids loved the splash park which was also clean. Everyday was a fight to get a sunbed around the main pool unless you was up early to reserve one. Food was not brilliant we ended up eating out twice due to how basic it was and getting bored of the food. Hotel is all inclusive but doesn’t include ice creams, cocktails included are very limited and there is also quite a lot of added on extras such as arcades at evening entertainment each evening there are bouncy castles and trampolines which are all extra.

Brilliant hotel, great food, hard working staff and lots of fun!

+ We loved it here as a family with two teenagers. We were in Magnolia area, room 292 which was ground floor right next to the beach volleyball area. Good location for everything. Rooms are basic but well cleaned and towels changed daily if you choose to. We had to ask for pool towels as we didn’t have any but it was soon sorted. €1 to change them for fresh if you wanted to. Air con in the room was brilliant! Very quiet and cooled the room down fast. It could also be left on as the rooms don’t need a keycard left in to activate the electricity. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which had twin beds pushed together in a bedroom and in the lounge there was a sofa bed which pulled out from underneath, we placed it on top of the sofa so it was a proper height bed. Then a pull down bed from the wall. All were comfortable and clean! Shower was very powerful, so much so that we had to turn it down a bit! There was a funky drain smell occasionally in our room, which normally subsided after a short while, but on one day was unbearable, it even woke me up. We were heading out for the day so left it to see if it cleared before we reported and it did. Pool was great, good atmosphere with music and the animation team doing activities at one end every day. Inflatables etc allowed. Was warm to get in but then it was 30 degrees day and night whilst we were there and quite humid! Bring a fan for the evening entertainment, it’s warm under the tent! Even outside of it, it’s very warm. Entertainment was really good, can see a lot of work goes into it. Bingo every night €12 Euros for a full ticket but prize money was around €150 for the line and €450 for the house! We got sun beds round the pool easily every day as we were up and out before 9 although you could see the sunbed warriors had been out early… the front row is always crammed reserved with towels early on. We preferred to be out of the way at the back though. The Splash park opens at 10am so easy to get sun beds in there anyway and

Great family stay—shoutout to the entertainment team!

+ We had a great time at this hotel. check in went smoothly ,The rooms were perfectly fine, though my only minor negative is that the floors can get really slippery. The food was great with a good variety of choices, and all of the staff were friendly. Our only issue was the main pool, where sun loungers were reserved incredibly early every morning. Since I was on holiday, I refused to get up at the crack of dawn just to put a towel on a bed! Luckily, we always found sunbeds around the water park instead. This worked out fine for us, and the kids absolutely loved the water park the free bus down to the beach was also great and the driver was always really friendly. .The absolute highlight was the entertainment team, who made our holiday so much better. The sheer energy they have made me feel tired just watching them—they honestly never stop! Their Lion King show was fantastic, and we were completely transfixed. Huge thanks also to the kids' club team, especially Alexandra and Katell, who took amazing care of our youngest. He loved every minute he cried on his last day as he didnt want to leave kids club!

Tenth Year

+ We have just arrived home yesterday after our 10th time here, we had a great 2 weeks. The staff are AMAZING, Wendy Anna Carlos Antonia at reception are top quality people. The bar staff work EXTREMELY hard, Alex, Hamza, Raul, Johan, Mike, Javier, Rafa, Jackson, again are all amazing. The entertainment staff are incredible and again work very hard, Leti, Pierre and the rest of the team are amazing. The hotel is well maintained and there is plenty to do throughout the day and night, the Lion King and MJ show were incredible. There is plenty of food choice, three restaurants. The water park is great for adults and kids !!!! Big thank you from myself, Laura and Rhys for making our holiday once again.

Good experience

+ I was sceptical about booking this hotel after reading all the reviews but me and my son had a great time. The rooms could do with some TLC but we were only in the rooms to sleep. The entertainment was great and the animation team work so hard. The food was what you would expect for an average all inclusive buffet the snack bar was handy in the evenings where they have burgers, hotdogs and nuggets ect. Overall we had a great holiday.

+ Receptionist excellent. Family of 5 (2 rooms) - 2 were teenagers and all enjoyed overall. Son and husband hired a bike from the hotel (v helpful people working in bike shop) and next day we hired a 6 person bike carriage - great fun but a work out on the hills. Went to Cala Millor on this- lovely beach. Got yellow hotel bus to Sa Coma 1 day- bus was v busy but driver did well to get everyone on and was v cheerful. Another day walked to 18 hole crazy golf on the way to Cala Millor- this was brilliant and quiet (probably as we went at hottest part of the day- but quite shaded and nice bar there for drinks all under cover). Husband and children enjoyed the food. For me, was difficult being gluten free and food labelling poorest I have ever seen in an all inclusive and definitely needs to be improved. Often food not labelled at all and was complete guess work. Desserts - 1 said gluten free mousse on couple of days but as desserts all mixed up, no idea of knowing which 1 was suitable. Long queues in restaurants at certain times (moved quickish) and sometimes had to eat outside as no tables. But staff work hard none stop and are very polite and can not fault them. Just meant I ate salad all week, so good for health/ weight loss :) I opted not to have room cleaned but husband did and said was good. No gym at hotel, so my 14 year old and I went 3 days to Rusfit gym (15-20 min walk)- good but no air con. Around £10 per visit per person. Pool’s constantly busy - we went to splashworld area and sunbeds easy to get late morning. Pool closed x2 for several hours whilst we were there (as someone had a toilet accident). Snacks really good for kids- drinks, slushes, burgers, chips, hot dogs. My daughter was unhappy that the orange juice often wouldn’t work. Couple of shops at hotel- mini market usually bit cheaper. Bingo fun 9pm- 2 euros for 1 small ticket. Overall we really enjoyed. Very busy hotel but staff v good. Food labelling an issue for me, but appreciate this not a b

Family oriented fun

+ The team where friendly and happy 😃 all fun and the entertainment was very good to watch, the pool Zumba was brilliant and good, the pool games well organised and great for kids, the DJ played some very good music, good family entertainment

Good Experience

+ The restaurant food is fine, it is what you expect for all inclusive; not great, but it is what you pay for and it fills a gap. The bar staff work extremely hard, and most are very polite. Only issue occasionally is the queues, which is just down to not having enough staff on, but all in all, good. Another great thing is they have a great variation of drinks (including great selection for those not drinking, e.g. non alcoholic beers, virgin cocktails, etc). Rooms are good, except the bathroom is quick to flood and the air con is a little glitchy. The general cleanliness is good, however the cleanliness of the public toilets could be better. The facilities are good, good pools, good shops, etc. Special shout out to Leti. She is fantastic at her job, and has an amazing energy and really does get everyone involved.

That was a fun holiday with an amazing water park and evening entertainment

+ This is a fun resort to go to, where the staff make the most of the experience and entertainment. The water parks are great fun and the evening entertainment is fantastic. I took my two kids, 10 and 12, and we had a fantastic holiday, with a lovely villa that looked pretty much brand new. Don’t listen to the haters, yes on some days the food wasn’t amazing, and parts of the resort looks tired, but if youre looking for a fun complex with great water parks and highly evening entertainment then book this.

Great family holiday

+ I was torn on whether to give this holiday 3 or 4 stars but considering it is a 3 star resort I have gone with 4 as we overall had a brilliant time. We were a group of 2 adults and 2 children (4 and 1) and all had lots of fun. The room was perfect adequate for us. It was nice to have the separate bedroom. As we were travelling with an infant the hotel had given us a ground floor room with a bath. The shower over the bath was a bit rubbish, either freezing or scalding and changed between every 20ish seconds of the shower. For a bath it worked OK because it tended to even itself out. The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly our first night but we arrived late. The following day it kicked in and was great for the rest of the week. The staff work tirelessly to keep things going. The waiting staff in all of the restaurants have a huge job turning over tables and they do it brilliantly with a smile. The chefs do a great job in tough circumstances for so many people in the heat. The cleaning staff are working all day long from cleaning outside areas to the rooms. All of the staff were excellent and a credit to the hotel. The pools were a massive highlight. There was occasionally a smell of sewage in the splashpark but it didn't stop the fun. We tried out all of the pools and the biggest hits were the main pool (which did get busy) and the kids pool in the splashpark. Worth the holiday just for the pools! The entertainment team were fantastic, so enthusiastic and happy. The atmosphere round the main pool was always fun and positive with music (but not too loud) and something going on. The kids minidisco was a hit for my 4-year-old who insisted on going every night. We still have the songs stuck in our heads and I am sure will be singing them for a long time to come. The 10pm show was a bit late for us but we made it to The Lion King which was great. The children enjoyed the kids club, especially Globy's birthday party! Many of the reviews mention poor food.

Great holiday

+ Travelled with my husband and 2 kids aged 12 and 9. We arrived at 11am and check in was quick and friendly. Room in Rosa block was spotless. Only issue was no tea /coffee making facilities in the room which wasnt a big deal. Shower is lovely , beds were comfy and room was 100%. Pool We always got beds ,we had no hassle at all. Main pool was busier than splash park. Lifeguards always very vigilant. Very friendly and helpful and enjoyed joking with families. Splash park is great fun and again, lifeguards had great interactions. My little girl was injured on a slide and they were fantastic with her. Food and Drinks Plenty of food throughout the day. Breakfast had a huge selection of good quality freshly made food. Lunch and dinner are pretty similar so it does get repetitive but there was always something decent. Branded fizzy drinks eveeywhere and water stations. Beer and wine taps also. Entertainment The team work so hard and are great at their jobs. They never stop! We had geeat fun with them. The bus is always on time for the beach and the driver is lovely. My only complaint is that a lot of the stuff is not included as all inclusive. The ice creams are about 4euro each. Cocktails are 7 -8 euro each. All of the stuff in the pool house are extra ( ice pops and treats) the evening bouncy castles and trampolines etc are extra costs aswell. In past all inclusive resorts ive stayed in, they would have ice cream, crepes etc included in the package. Overall it is a lovely well run hotel with great staff and i would absolutely recommend to families.

+ The animation team was absolutely amazing! They were always smiling, friendly, and full of energy. Every day they organized fun activities for both children and adults, making everyone feel welcome and involved. The evening shows were entertaining and professionally prepared. The animators created a wonderful atmosphere and made our holiday even more special. Thank you for your hard work, enthusiasm, and unforgettable memories. Two weeks at the Bouganvilla

+ We stayed here for 2wks 20/06/2026-04/07/2026. We came out as a group of 45 for the first week & then myself and my OH & 2 children (5yrs and 1yr) had the 2nd week to ourselves. We arrived into Palma Airport and the wait was long to get through the passport checks. We were struggling with holding the baby for so long but we made it! Got on the coach, the journey was about an hour (sorry to anyone on the coach we were loud and playing some music🤣). Got to hotel & check in was really easy, paid the tourist tax, was £44, and off to the room we went. We were in a 1 bedroom apartment, number 250 which was perfect location for us! Right in between the main pool and entertainment. The rooms are perfect for what you need, clean and tidy and the shower was excellent! The twin beds were comfy & the extra pull out bed was really comfy too. The main pool area was lush. Nice, clean & tidy. There is a need to get up and put towels down early but with a baby we were up relatively early anyway to grab beds so we had no problems. I must say there is a lot of people who put towels down very early in the morning and don’t come to the pool till around 4pm! Twice we witnessed this next to us, I don’t think this is fair. When we had days out away from the hotel we didn’t put towels down, as like I said it’s not fair. We only sat round the splash park part for one morning as my 5yr old was too small to go on the slides, the life guards there are strict about that which is good in my opinion. The pools in the splash park are good and one is really deep, but we spent most of our time at the main pool. They play music round the pool all day every day, which is what we like. Also, the entertainment team do various activities in the main pool as well. One being the water mat which my five year-old absolutely loved and done both times we were there. The pool area is very clean as I said above. There are people who leave plates of food around but the hotel staff do really well in picking thes

Great time.

+ Fantastic stay! Highly recommend! Everything was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious with plenty of variety. A huge shoutout to the animation team—they did a fantastic job and were incredibly engaging with both adults and kids. The pool activities were also wonderful and super fun. The hotel is located just a 15-minute walk from the sea, and it’s a perfect base for going on various excursions and trips. We had a great time!

+ Just spent 10 nights at Globales Bouganvilla and i dont understand any of the bad reviews. My family had an amazing time we didnt want to leave! Rooms were basic but clean and practical, the choice of food was varied and was always something for everyone. The staff were friendly and so hard working, and the pools/entertainment is amazing for families we definitely want to return. Would highly recommend.

+ We can only say that everything was absolutely fabulous! Every member of the staff, from the kitchen team and housekeeping to the receptionists, photographers, bus drivers, and last but not least, the animation team, was amazing. Everyone did their job with great professionalism and always went above and beyond to make our stay special. We can highly recommend this resort to families, especially those with children. The animation team offers a wide variety of fun activities for kids, and they are all incredibly kind, caring, and friendly. There are also plenty of daily activities and entertainment for adults. One of the highlights of our stay was the animation team’s performance of The Lion King. It was fantastic, entertaining, and so much fun for the whole family :D Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and dedication. You made our family vacation truly unforgettable ❤️

Great family holiday

+ Stayed as a family of 11 in 3 different apartments. My husband and I had a one bedroomed apartment in the new refurbished Rosa block on the first floor. Perfect location looking onto the main pool. Spacious & very comfortable accommodation. Room safe included & fridge, no kettle but we knew that so took our own. Had to get up early for beds around the main pool. Plenty of choice for food with 2 restaurants for breakfast, but another for a late breakfast. Two restaurants for lunch and 3 at night. Standard food choices but plenty available and always found something. Tables cleared quickly and you served yourself for drinks. Enjoyed the entertainment and found the staff helpful & friendly. Would definitely return as good choice for family's with small children.

+ where to start we arrived late in the Morning where we were greeted by the receptionist who greeted us with a smile and welcomed us checking was quick and easy.We were given we were on the 2nd floor the room was clean with a double bed a pullout bed and tv fridge and bathroom .all looked clean and the bath room was very clean and bright. we had a small balcony all we needed.each room has a safe deposit which you can pay for at reception. we a had cleaners in every day which we couldn't fault all staff were amazing making you feel welcomed. There are 3 restaurants on site they all serve similar foods cereals breads fresh yogurts selection of cheeses and meats fried breakfast assortments the selection of fruits well i have never had a restaurant that has so much choice every day from red and white melon pears oranges kiwi pineapple apples grapes .there was a vast amount of sweet treats cakes cheese and biscuits . You can get ice cream in pots from early morning to late evening night meals were a great choice every day new choices all cooked freshly and piping hot. There are 2 shops on site that carry a vast amount of gifts drinks.The under the big tent this was the only hotel iv'e ever been where even at 10 o clock at night you can still get a seat, They had a Tina turner tribute act a magician show The bars open early till late with a great choice of drinks cocktails . to be environmentally friendly you are given each a token where you hand in at the bar and your given a cup and when you want another drink they exchange the glasses for new glasses so less paper cups being used. There are 3 pools 2 for the kids 1 main for adults and children. In the kids is a water fountain that spurts water ills buckets kids loved it and here were 2 life guards walking around all day. around the main pool there are 4 life guards walking around so you feel safe towels are supplied so no need taking any. they also have a water park has several slides we tried them they were gr

Great Hotel

+ Lovely family stay and great choice from TUI, with just a few areas for improvement. We recently stayed at Globales Bouganvilla, Majorca for 5 nights after booking through TUI, and overall we had a fantastic family holiday. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we only wished we had booked for longer. The hotel itself is a great choice for families, particularly with children. Our kids absolutely loved the slides and pool area, which were a real highlight of the holiday. The room was spacious, comfortable and cleaned daily, and fresh towels were always provided on request, which was very much appreciated. A big positive for us was the majority of the staff. From reception to the lifeguards, most were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. In particular, Louise, Wendy, Ana and Antonio, also several others really stood out for their excellent service and willingness to go the extra mile to make guests feel looked after. That said, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The main one was around the restaurant and food labelling. We have dietary requirements, and unfortunately the food was not always clearly labelled, which made mealtimes more difficult than they should have been. In addition, some of the kitchen staff did not appear fully aware of dietary requirements, which is something I feel would be important for the hotel to address. We also had one disappointing experience with a member of the reception night staff. I raised a concern regarding a staff issue, but Gabriel was not particularly helpful and did not seem interested in resolving the matter, which was frustrating. The entertainment was another area that, in my opinion, could be improved. This is of course down to personal preference, but I felt there could be more guest interaction and a stronger overall programme. Day trip to water park

+ We did a day trip and it was a great way to visit a small water park for a few hours. The food at the snack bar is low quality but we appreciated the cool drinks. It was expensive to visit for the day, €55pp but it was close to our hotel and suited us. The slides are great and we got sun beds no problem. There is a great area for small kids too. Not sure I would stay there but nice for a day out

Ignore the bad reviews and read about the good ones!!!

+ Honestly this hotel is amazing for a 3 star hotel. The food is average all inclusive food, but there are 2 restaurants on site. Also the snack bar is open till 12 midnight as well. There are 4 different pools, 2 kids pool, 2 adult pools. The entertainment team are the best I've ever come across, they work constantly day and night. Numerous games during the day in the swimming pool as well. At evening there is a show on every night, with kids discos first, then bingo (for really good money as well) then to the evening shows. We had a twin room which had a fridge, kettle, stove as well. There are numerous bad reviews of this hotel but in our experience it was absolutely amazing and i will definitely be coming back.

Needs massive upgrade

+ Absolutely needs a massive makeover otherwise it won’t last. We went for 11 nights was fed up after 2/3 days. Nothings changed in that place in years, same old same Old. Some parents just thought they were in Ibiza absolutely getting steaming of they face whilst kids run riot, scruffy to leaving plates, cups etc. Entertainment during day and night is absolutely awful. If your kid is looking forward to disco Dosent start till 8pm for about 3/4 songs and the reps can’t even be arsed to show any willing to dance. Turns are utter rubbish, so boring make you leave after 5 mins watching them. Bingo is a right faff on to had problems with screen all the time, gets spoked in 100 million languages. To much repetitive stuff all the time. Sunbeds got no chance poolside unless your there at 6 am With a towel. Place is getting worse unfortunately used to be good back in the day. Needs a new vibe. Different games quizzes, Mr and mrs, get people involved more.food was digusting, plain basic and not even warm. Ate Pringles most night from the shops. For what you pay for the holiday then they have check to charge you the prices they do for things on site is crazy. Lifeguards are just whistle mad round splash world, I say splash world it’s 4 slides pretty boring to be honest. If you’re looking to book id either book somewhere else or see if this has a makeover, if not don’t waste your hard earned money.

− Sehr laut in den Restaurants, das Besteck+ Teller wurde vom Personal regelrecht auf den Abräumwagen geworfen. Es gabe keinen Lift in die Zimmer und deshalb wurde regelemäßig die Koffer über die Stahltreppe gezogen was mega laut Tag+Nacht war. Wir hatten das Badezimmerfenster direkt an dieser Treppe und das konnten wir nicht verschließen.

− Communal toilets were not clean, bar system is odd. Only allowing 1 cup per person caused enormous delays in queuing. Food was basic and some was not cooked through properly.

Don’t go

+ This place is outdated low budget place food is warm in all restaurants long queues at the bars rooms not cleaned properly they say you get what you pay for but this is 3 stars apparently I would give 2 stars fighting at kids mini disco lifeguard chatting up his female colleague heaven forbid children having fun in pools that’s not allowed whistles blowing to them all the time only person massive queues for the shuttle bus to the beach no organisation to queue you could be first the all let lose when it turns up don’t expect manners it a value holiday
