Amazing property!

+ This was one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. The location was amazing and the property itself was very chic and spotlessly clean. We could not have asked for more and I will definitely be booking again.

Súper céntrico y cómodo.

+ Cada habitación tiene su baño completo, te da mucha privacidad en un grupo grande por que son 4 habitaciones. Además de que está súper céntrico, llegas en 5 a 10 minutos a cualquier punto de interés y tiene una gran zona de restaurantes a unos metros.

ESTANCIA TRANQUILA Y ELEGANTE EN EL CENTRO DE MADRID

+ Es un piso recientemente restaurado con elementos de alta calidad y un interiorismo muy cuidado y elegante. Cuatro habitaciones dobles con baño en suite: dos grandes con balcón a la calle y dos más pequeñas con ventanas a patio interior. Todas ellas muy bien insonorizadas. Las duchas funcionan perfectamente y el AA también. La cocina está equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios (grandes y pequeños) y todos los elementos necesarios para cocina y servicio de mesa. Las fotografías se ajustan fielmente a la realidad. Situado en el centro de Madrid posibilita conocer la Villa paseando y dispone de todos los servicios públicos de transporte a menos de 5 minutos andando. Muy recomendable para grupos grandes y familias.

− Nos permitieron hacer late check out pagando el 50% de la tarifa diaria. Un precio excesivo teniendo en cuenta el precio diario del piso.

+ Muy buena ubicación. Muy cerca de todo 4 habitaciones de matrimonio, cada una con su baño completo. Cocina muy bien equipada Piso totalmente reformado. Decoración bonita

− El piso es un bastante oscuro. El portal y la escalera del siglo pasado.

+ Great staff very responsive and friendly, amazing location, nice and clean interior and new furniture. Convenient for families or big groups.

− The elevator is old and relatively small but that's normal among most old buildings

+ Great bedrooms - like getting four nice rooms in a boutique hotel. Though two of the rooms are much smaller/cramped and face a lightwell/patio so have less natural light. but we all slept very well and fit comfortably. Also the location is excellent.

− the main living area has zero natural light, which made it just less of a nice place to hang out in versus what we expected. Luckily the weather was great most of the week so we went out, but I would go a bit crazy having to spend a few hours all indoors together in that living room. Also the lobby of the building had a very bad smell (like garbage). Once you entered the apartment it smelled great. Just not the most pleasant entry/exit each time.

+ Superb location. Minutes walk from Gran Via. Royal palace and Plaza Mayor within 10/15 minutes. Quiet at night despite being in such a central location. All bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped.

Great location and great service! I would recommend this place.

+ The location of the apartment is ideal. You walk out the door and you are in the middle of everything. The apartment is quite roomy, clean and comfortable. We had 3 couples and especially enjoyed the ensuite bedroom/bathrooms. Our family enjoyed our time together there. Eyal and Simon provided exceptional customer service making sure our stay was enjoyable. They went out of the way to provide early check-in! They provided a nice bottle of cava which we all enjoyed.

− The air conditioning in the room we stayed in (master) was not that cool, but we were there during one of the hottest times. The beds however were very comfy. The family/living area doesn't have natural light, but it has sufficient lights to make it brighter.

Amazing 4 bedroom apartment in the center of it all

+ The entire apartment was very comfortable, large, spacious, and in an excellent location. Each room has its own bathroom, all amenities are modern, it was extremely easy to communicate with the owner, and you can walk anywhere you wanted from its' location.

− The only thing I would have to complain - just so they address it for future guests - is that one of the rooms (the small one on the right hand side) had a musty smell (room and bathroom).

Amazing modern flat in the heart of Madrid.

+ The host is very friendly and was willing to assist us at any time to make our stay enjoyable. The flat is brand new with amazing amenities. Loved that the rooms are all as good as each other. The host left us some amazing Cava to welcome us. The outdoor space is not really usable but the rest of the flat and location definitely compensate for it. Will definitely stay again.

the best place in Madrid for families and groups

+ we missed our flight so we had to find place to stay at night but luckily for us we found this amazing new apartment. everything is brand new in high level. perfect location, the center of Madrid but also quite.perfect for family. we were 6 and everyone had his own room with private wc and shower. Eyal welcome us very nicely even at late hour when we arrive on short notice. we will come back for sure

+ We stayed many times in short rental apartments, but this place was super special - the touch of architects is in every single detail. The apartment is well located and ideal for families or groups, with 4 bedrooms which have an en-suite shower and bathroom in each one of them. You are 2 minutes walk from Gran Via, 5 minutes from Sol, and still very quiet (special double glasses in every room).  The parent's unit is super comfortable with a shower for couples.  The place has 3 working spaces so you can work if you need. The house has all the newest equipment, we were lucky to stay when they opened in April 2023. The beds themselves and the bedding were also like a 5 stars hotel, you can see and feel that it is not Ikea style place.  It is total 10, nothing to add to the place.
