Reliable and reasonable value.

+ Guadalpin Suites is reliable and reasonable value. The suites are owned by individuals, so specification and fit out are variable as are prices. The common areas have seen some refurb since we were here last and benefit greatly from it. Suite owners might be encouraged to follow suit. Staff are friendly and helpful, particularly Adam, though everyone we encountered were good humoured. We enjoyed our stay.

+ The website does not do this property justice. The room was great very clean and comfortable. The views are amazing. The location is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel.

Family room

+ Family friendly,The rooms was clean and big with bathroom on both rooms.The staff was very friendly and helpful.Big and spacious balcony .The only thing I was a bit worried about was the deposit that they ask for when checking in,but I was glad that they put it back to my account quickly.aside from that we have a great stay .

Great room

+ We loved the room and its facilities. Some electronics were a bit outdated but they worked good.

+ This property has a number of amazing apartments. The parking in the garage on the bottom floor is safe and awesome. Location was OK. You could walk to the beach. I wouldn’t say the beach here is that great we had to Taxi to the old town, so Location could be better but for the price this beats the others.

+ Been coming here for almost 20 years. Brilliant suites where you can truly relax.

+ The three bedrooms with bathrooms were great. We all liked the private terrace attached to the rooms.

+ I booked the 2 bedroom Penthouse suite (Sea view), I was disappointed with the overall facility. Rooms were small, and tired. The upper terrace was not what I expected for what I paid sunbeds damaged and patio & furniture were dirty, so never used that area. Pool area was lovely, but needed more sunbeds & umbrellas for the size of the property.

+ Becoming tatty. We had premium 2 bed apartment with roof terrace but didn’t use it as it was in a poor condition with ripped sunshades.

+ There was no running water on one of the mornings we were there, no complimentary refreshments were offered and no apologies given.

+ We had a great time at Guadalpin. Clean rooms, great staff. Perfect for family vacations. Is value for money. Really close to the beach and is between the Old city and Puerto Banus (7-10 min by car)

+ Guadalpin suites is an excellent hotel for a Family stay in the Marabella/Malaga area. We booked the suite as we were with two teenage kids and its a spacious apartment like space with beautiful patio and view to the pool

+ Very clean and a great location.

+ We have stayed here a few times over the years. It started as a high end hotel but since the Crash has morphed into an Aparthotel, where there are fewer facilities but lower rates. Also any spend on what is here is avoided where possible - so low to no planting, nor refurb on sanitaryware. You get what you pay for , but staff very friendly and helpful.

+ Loved everything except this facility has nice machine! As Americans I love to have my cold water , so I had to use the refrigerator only.

+ Everything was good given this is not a hotel. But the cleaning team doing the daily cleaning were not as good as we expected. I would like to emphis tht some of the reception staff were brilliant and very helpful indeed.

+ Very old furniture in this hotel, breakfast was limited to few items only, swimming pool is good, no reception furniture, clean but old.

+ Would recommend. Close is new town, old town and beach. Calm quiet hotel. Room cleaned well daily. Pool view and large balcony as booked. 2 bed and bathroom apartment.

Guadalapin Marbella

+ Our stay was amazing. The staff are curtious and friendly. The apartment is so central, within walking distance to the beach, old town and groceries. GIGI's restaurant is great for lunch and drinks. The pool is big and very clean. The place could do with a few more sunbeds and canopies. Overall 5 star.

+ The apartment was amazing and the view was spectacular!

+ This property has the potential to be amazing. Location good, pool great size, comfortable loungers, staff helpful and friendly. 2 bed penthouse was a super size for 2 adults & 2 kids. However swim up pool bar not in use, Gigi’s only serves breakfast & lunch. Cannot get Food & drinks in evening time.

+ It is located 5 minute walk from the beach and its boardwalk making it very convenient to walk to Marbella

+ Checked us in in late. Also door failed and we were locked out of our appartment. Both took too long to sort.

Great place

+ The one bedroom studio with kitchen was excellent for breakfast and making tea. At this time of year the option of having breakfast in the complex was not available until March. The studio was cleaned every day and towels changed on request. The location was great. Would stay there again.

+ Spacious accommodation, with good facilities. However, WiFi was problematic, with no limited connectivity although signal strength was supposedly "Strong".

+ Great spot to stay. Close proximity. Well-priced and cool amenities. Very close to a grocery store - gas station and plenty of parking which is great.

An excellent choice!

+ We had a great time at Guadalpin Suites, the apartment could probably do with being updated but it was very clean and well stocked. The food was lovely and pool area was kept very well. We would definitely return.

+ Just amazing

+ The property was very dated and needed updating. Bath looked very old and chipped. Door frames especially bathrooms paint faded off and cracks. Was disappointed as paid extra for a penthouse and two days out of the three there were workmen working all day on the masts by our roof top terrace so we’re unable to use it which was very disappointing and no communication from hotel staff.

+ Beautiful area, shpps 5 min ,nice design bedroom ,good cleaning service The kitchen can be improved, and bathroom( the toilet, )kettle was broken,a lamp didn't work but I would definitely return

+ Apartments are lovely and clean but a bit tired , needs updating it’s been the same decor for over 15/20 years .pool was of limits in April
