Historic Centre + Rooftop + Parking

Incredible! Super thankful to the hosts!

+ You can walk to Malaga center and even the beach. Location was amazing. I liked the rooftop to relax after a long day of walking, didn’t have time to go to the pool but I wish I could’ve. Hosts were always within reach answering questions and gave us lots of local recommendations

− Parking spot was a little tricky to get in but the fact I’m bad at parking didn’t help either.

Our stay was great, we were in the city for a few days and it was very comfortable would stay again.

+ We came with a car so it was very comfortable to have a parking spot and the location was great.

− The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great and the towels were kinda small.

+ Posizione perfetta per girare a piedi Malaga! Edificio grande e ben tenuto con piscina condominiale. Appartamento piccolo ma molto pulito e accogliente. Bella la terrazza sul tetto. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima. Una cosa da non sottovalutare è il parcheggio incluso nel prezzo!!!

+ All was nice and as mentioned in the description. Location very close from center...5 10 min. 9 from 10. And that is why the swiming pool was a bit to far, on another building(5min). But not a huge problem.

+ Apartamento perfectamente ubicado y confortable. Limpio y con muchos detalles (café, cervezas en la nevera). Tuvieron mucha paciencia con nuestra hora de llegada. Es importante que tenga parking gratuito porque está en el centro.

− The pool (which is shared by the complex) wasn’t great. There was a girl manning it but it wasn’t very clean, super small & shallow. But this has nothing to do with the actual apartment which was fab. You do well to find somewhere in Malaga at a decent price with a great pool as well.

Läget var perfekt med närhet till gränder, torg, butiker och restauranger i Gamla stan. Promenadavstånd till stranden. M

+ Vi uppskattade takterrassen där man kunde äta frukost och ta ett glas innan middagen. Mysig lägenhet med perfekt läge nära gränderna i Gamla stan och med promenadavstånd till stranden. Värden var fantastisk hjälpsam och trevlig!

− Trappan upp till takterrassen var lite svår att gå i. Den gemensamma poolen var grund, men annars okej.

Small apartment with good amenities in a convenient location with welcoming hosts.

+ The apartment was very compact but very clean with good facilities. The hosts were great to communicate with and very responsive. No problem to arrange a taxi to the airport for us. The pool was also a great spot to refresh in. and having the use of lifts to the 3rd floor apartment was a bonus.

− Both the Master bedroom and bathroom were definitely on the small side and the spiral staircase to the roof terrace was very steep. It also seemed strange that the pool closed for siesta (2-4pm) each day.

+ L'appartement était extra, et que dire du rooftop : royal ! Quel bonheur de prendre notre petit déj au soleil ! L'emplacement était idéal, très proche du centre ville et avec un parking très appréciable ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, merci à nos hôtes qui étaient d'une très grande gentillesse ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

− Prévoir un rideau occultant pour la porte fenêtre terrasse car quand on dort dans le salon beaucoup de lumières, mentionner que la piscine ferme entre 14h/16h. Terrasse super sympa Il manque un parasol pour protéger quand on mange. Que des détails car l'appart est top et on a passé un super sejour

Appartement qui tient ses promesses

+ Appartement très confortable, propre et proche de tout. Accueil très gentil et attentionné et possibilité de déposer les bagages plus tôt.

− L'escalier en colimaçon est un peu raide pour accéder au roof-top mais l'effort en vaut la peine car le roof-top est... top !

Bel endroit

+ L'accueil chaleureux, la propreté et l'emplacement du logement avec la place de parking....un vrai plus.

− Une légère odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bain.

Apartmán s parkovaním blízko historického centra

+ Apartmán v centre mesta s parkovaním v podzemnej garáži. Pešia dostupnosť katedrály, hradu a ostatných pamiatok. Cca 20 minút chôdze od pláže Malagueta. Blízko množstvo obchodov a reštauracií.

− Uteráky nevoňali a po prvom použití smrdeli zatuchnutím.

+ The owners Juan & his sister Toni were amazing, communication, meeting and always available. The property is gorgeous and 5 minutes away from the main area, but, is so quiet with a beautiful view and terrace( which is) so cosy😊😊😊

+ Appartement bien situé juste à l'entrée du centre, avec parking gratuit, rooftop qui doit être agréable par beau temps. Propriétaire agréable et disponible.

− Très bruyant en raison des gens qui parlent dans le couloir et la rue durant toute la nuit et peu d'isolation acoustique. La décoration pourrait être plus travaillée. Prix un peu élevé même si c'est courant à Malaga.

Our car was damaged in the accommodation's garage

+ Great location Clean and tidy with all the necessary items

− Our car has been damaged in the garage. Because we parked outside of the parking spot line, as instructed by the host, the insurance etc won't cover the damages. The host's only solution has been to report it to the police and get a legal case set up, which is not great when you are in the middle of your holiday.
