Histórico Málaga

Receptionist disponibili, però avrei gradito trovare almeno uno stendino piccolino in quanto, non essendoci il balcone,

+ Posizione davvero ottima soprattutto per il rapporto qualità prezzo. A 10/15 minuti dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Malaga. Vari supermercati disponibili nelle vie limitrofe.

− Appartamento in una strada in salita, ma niente di che. Zona leggermente inquietante però col fatto che c’è sempre movimento ti sentivi bene o male al sicuro.

Heel vermoeiend, in de 4 dagen dat we daar waren heb ik veel tijd besteed bij de receptie.

− Nadat we de sleutel hebben opgehaald moesten we 10 minuten lopen met onze koffers. De wegen waren heuvels war voor mij heel zwaar was omdat mijn gezondheid het niet aankan.

Room not as big as photos show & there was no view from the window apart ftom overlooking a small courtyard & so

− Only one bath towel each for a 5 day stay. No view so had to keep the curtains closed as we overlooked the room opposite. Location was good but street was a bit eerie.

− Es una habitación pequeña, con taburetes en la cocina para sentarse y un asiento pequeño a mayores, lo que hacia incomodo poder pasar un rato, más allá de tumbarse en la cama.la persiana no bajaba y entraba mucha luz cada vez que se encendía el pasillo. Baño buen tamaño pero armario-espejo incomodo. Frigorífico muy ruidoso, difícil dormir. Se oía mucho a los vecinos, gritos, etc por la noche, entiendo que no es culpa del anfitrión , pero mucho trasiego.

Muito bom relação qualidade preço (outubro 2025)

+ Localização muito próxima do centro de Málaga e perto de tudo. Apartamento com área generosa ideal para casal. Prédio bem silencioso.

+ Da disposição do studio. Muito bem montado.

− Faltaram produtos diários de higiene e limpeza e dificuldade de fazer check-in.

+ Muy cómodo y funcional, super equipado, con todo lo necesario y cerca de todo. Destaco la amabilidad del personal y sobre todo la cama!!!! Lo recomiendo.

− Nn mi e' mai capitato che lasciando l appartamento del ceck out mi hanno.ricordato che SONO IO che devo gettare l immondizia e devo pulire la cucina!!incredibile..!!!🫩🥵😮‍💨

+ Good apparentment and close to the city center .

− The check-in procedure is not comfortable and you need to get the keys from a different address and then walk 10 minutes to the apparentment. Moreover, although you pay extra a cleaning fee, we requested our trash bags to be changed since they were full after three days, and they did not change them although they informed us they did. Finally, there was a weird smell in the bathroom.

Nice and modern apartment in the city center of Malaga

+ The apartment, located on the 1st floor, is rather spacious, modern and functional, with a small open kitchen and a separate bathroom, ideal for a couple. The bed is confortable, though Spanish beds tend to be quite firm. The apartment is located in the city center and within walking distance of the main points of interest (approximately 20 min to the beach of Malagueta, the Alcazaba and the Centre Pompidou for example). The train station, which allows you to easily reach the airport, is within 25 min walking distance.

− Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitos in the apartment over the duration of our 2-nights stay, though we didn't even open the window, but we were still able to sleep. Even though the apartment doesn't face the street and the building is generally quiet, the neighbor across the hall played loud music until 1 AM on our first night (it was on a Friday night, so maybe during the week there is no issue of that kind); foam earplugs are provided but the only earplugs that worked for me were the wax earplugs I carry with me. The keys need to be retrieved at the Living4Malaga reception building which is 500 m away from the actual apartment (the road goes a little bit up, so not ideal with heavy luggage). The receptionist was lovely and helpful but we saw a lot of keyboxes for other rentals in the city, so this might be a more suitable option, especially if you are arriving by taxi. The apartment is rather dark, but as we were enjoying the city of Malaga during the day, this was not really an issue.

Location and customer service good., but stay needed improvements.

+ Location. In old town. Customer service was good. I received reply to my issues.

− 1) Had to get the keys in another building. About 7 mins walk from the apartment. This is not very practical if you have more than 1 luggage which happened to us. Our flight also came after their office hours so we had to bother to access their office building with codes. UBER was not very happy with this stop-over as parking was not easy and we caused traffic while I had to access the keys. 2) The apartment smelled of harsh cleaning detergents which gave me a headache right away. I addressed this with management which hopefully will be resolved 3) We lost hot water during shower. Hopefully, this will also be resolved for the next travellers.

Apartment (studio) perfectly located at the edge of the historical center.

+ We were very well received by Victoria who showed us around the apartment and gave us some explanations. She had also sent us links in advance of places to visit or to go eat via Whatsapp, very practical. Perfect location at the edge of the historical center. Quiet at night and clean apartment (rather a studio at our opinion).

− The building where the apartment is located is not very well soundproofed (metallic front door, noisy hallway and stairwell...), but fortunately it was very quiet at night.

Perfect New Year's staying.

+ Had an amazing New Year's stay in Malaga! The apartment was super clean, smelled great, and was right in the city center, just a 15-minute or less walk to all the cool spots and main attractions. The welcome basket with snacks and wine was a nice touch. However, what truly elevated our experience was the incredible host, Victoria. She reached out a few days before our arrival, providing all the important info. Throughout our stay, she was incredibly helpful. From start to finish, Victoria made sure everything was smooth and enjoyable. Our stay was simply unforgettable, creating a perfect blend of comfort and celebration. We will definitely go back and stay again. Highly recommend it!

+ Victoria was a wonderful host who provided us with excellent communication and advice on what to visit. Raul y Pierre were lovely for meeting us and showing us our room. The room itself was ideal for our needs. The complimentary wine was a lovely touch. Honestly felt so welcomed and appreciated The location is perfect to explore Málaga by foot. A supermarket right around the corner and off the main streets so footfall wasn't a concern. Would definitely stay again

− Only concern was that the neighbours one night were a bit loud. But it was the night of a street festival so can't really blame them for having their own fun night. All other nights were perfect.

Lovely Malaga apartment

+ The location is perfect for exploring Malaga. The apartment is clean, comfortable with everything I needed for my stay. There is a good supermarket 2 minutes away and lots of restaurants 3 minutes away. Great communication and a lovely welcome gift.

− I could not fault anything. I don't believe the apartment has WiFi, but it is not advertised as having it. It was not a problem either way.
