+ Ottima posizione, vicinissima al centro ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. La struttura era pulita al nostro arrivo e dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno.

− Il letto è risultato un po’ piccolo e non comodissimo. Anche il divano e i cuscini appaiono piuttosto vissuti e avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovati per rendere il soggiorno ancora più confortevole.

Apartamento super bien situado y cómodo, pero mal mantenido, con olores en el baño.

+ El apartamento está bien situado, en el centro, con garaje incluido. Si te gustan las procesiones en Semana Santa es ideal porque están todas al rededor. El apartamento en general estaba bien equipado, excepto por algunas cosillas, como el lavavajillas que no funcionaba.

− El estado de conservación del apartamento no era muy bueno. Sobre todo había dos cosillas que no estaban bien, el baño olía a alcantarilla, porque el váter y el lavabo no estaban anclados correctamente y se movían al usarlos y olía. La cama tenía un colchón muy malo, que encima era más grande que el somier, y por un lado se doblaba hacia abajo y te salías de la cama. Muchas cosas estaban sin apretar, como las sillas, se nos cayó el extintor de la pared porque no estaba fijado, el sofá tenía la tapicería rota y le habían puesto una manta para "mejorarlo". Le faltaba un poquito de to.

+ Was within walking distance to everywhere and was comfortable.

− Did not know about a security deposit until after it was booked then a week after we left had to look for it back.

− Should give shoe rack , coming from the beach always makes home dirty🥲 The dishwasher did not work during our stay, We had to wash it by hand every time which was frustrating

− No me gustó la falta de limpieza porque había hasta telas de araña y mucho polvo sobre todo en los altos . Y por poner algo el aparcamiento pero si le coges el truco sales y entras bien

− Lidt bøvlet at få nøglen da vi havde fået en forkert adresse til at starte med Dagen efter modtog jeg besked med tydelig beskrivelse af sted og koder mv men den kunne jeg have ønsket mig lidt tidligere

− L'endroit n'est pas propre, j'ai trouvé qu'il était plein de crottes de chien et qu'il n'était pas adapté aux personnes avec des enfants et je considère cet appartement comme le pire endroit où j'ai réservé.

Despite paying ahead of time the check-in was very poor . Instructions were not given until 3:45 after we saw the cleane

+ The Apartment was big and clean. The Kitchen was Great for Cooking. We booked because of the free parking. You can reach the City Center by Walking a few Minutes

− The hairdryer was broken and the parking spot very small. But after a couple of days we were used to the parking place so it was still great to have the free parking

Short and bad stay

+ Very well positioned, right close to the city center, which you can access by foot, in like 5 minutes Parking space included in the price (buuuut the price for the accommodation is waaaay too high)

− First, because we only had a debit card, not a credit card, we had to pay the deposit at the headquarter of the company that rents the space, which is actually a rented space from some family. Then we had to go to a second location to take the key. Only after that we were able to go to the accommodation to access the room buuut the remote for the parking was not working. We called more than 10 times, wrote on WhatsApp but only entered with the help of the neighbors who helped. Small parking, very tight the access, you cannot enter if you have a medium or larger car. The interior of the accommodation is old, mold in the bathroom, broken wc seat, old appliances, I really don't understand why it was requested a deposit of 150e. You don't have a view, you can only see the interior space, between buildings, with smell of food from the locals that are living in the buildings. Dirty walls, a sofa with an old cover so that you don't ruin what seems to live its second life. We've mentioned that we will do a fast checkout (around 07:30) because we needed to get to the airport but they were still interested to know how fast are we going to leave so that they can clean and check if everything is in place.

− Issues with middle door (to the building) - the lock on the door was broken and it was difficult to open the door with key

We won’t be using this outfit again.

+ The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft.

− The decor, pictures were a bit dowdy. Access to the property and to the parking was complicated. The performance to get the keys took nearly 2 hours of driving around to three different locations. Lack of communication. It was quite stressful and detracted from what was to be a relaxed break in Málaga.

+ It's great that they have all kitchen equipment. The TV was nice. Clothes hanger and iron were very useful. Great communication.

− Hair on the floor. Sometimes cold water. The bed - we had to sleep on the sofa because the bed was small and we felt like it was falling.

+ Michael was really helpful with everything, my flight had 2 hours of delay and I was instructed by phone how to get the keys. Location is good, everything was fine

− it’s pretty dark, you cannot even tell what the weather is like but for 4 days it was ok!

+ The location was perfect for my purpose, walking distance to the center, tapas bars and shops. The neighbourhood is nice and safe, the building was quite and easy to get to.

− The apartment even though is renovated has a really bad smell, and it wasn't perfectly cleaned. Also, there is no terrace and it is oriented in a way that it gets direct sunlight only for a small amount of hours during the day. A big no for me, since I stayed there for a longer period of time.
