− Bastante descuidado en algunos aspectos. Y me pareció inapropiado que tuviéramos que pagar para que nos guardaran las maletas un par de horas en la recepción. Hemos pegado 1000€ por alojarnos, hubiera sido un detalle que nos guardaran las maletas sin cobrar.

+ Lokalizacja jest idealna, zwiedziliśmy Marbelle, Gibraltar Malagę i lokalne mniejsze miasta. Apartament jest bardzo duży, dwie łazienki to ogromny komfort, pralka, piekarnik suszarka do włosów żelazko. Marcos pomógł nam wiele razy we wszystkich naszych drobnych problemach. Zawsze dostępna pomoc w razie naszych pytań bez wątpienia ułatwiła nam wyjazd.

The Only good thing is Location

+ The location is good.

− You have to work in to have better accommodation for guests. When it’s come to vacation, you just want to have good or the best experience. For me Cleaning, at least white Clean towels, clean sheets, are essential. Smelling good is important. Another important thing, is to have at least 3 bottle of water in the fridge. The A/C for the third bedroom is not working at all.

Great location but take earplugs!

+ Excellent location. Great being by the port with views over the sea. There were only two of us so it was lovely to have a bathroom each. Lots of space, it's a big apartment. We appreciated the lift as we were on the 4th floor. The staff in the office where we picked up the keys were very friendly and helpful.

− It was sometimes difficult to get into the main outside door as the key was a bit difficult to turn. It was a bit noisy so I had to wear ear plugs every night. You could hear the traffic at the front of the apartment and neighbours at the back. The beds weren't the most comfortable and a little on the soft side.

+ L' appartement est assez spacieux , la cuisine assez équipée la literie correcte Le monsieur de l' agence a été sympathique

− L' emplacement est très bruyant, route très passante. Un des 2 wc perdait de l' eau j'ai dû envoyer un message , des photos tout ça pour qu'on me dise que d' anciens locataires l' avaient déjà signalé mais la réparation n' avait pas été faite à l evidence. Donc un réparateur est venu laissant l' endroit sale. Nous avons dû nettoyer la salle de bain à notre retour d' excursions. La wi fi et la télécommande de la tv ne marchaient pas . Les chaises de la salle à manger sont prêtes à casser. Choses que je n' ai pas signalées car j avais d'autres choses à faire que passe mon temps à faire des réclamations.

+ Location, very speciouse, and good facility and appliance inside the flat.

− Bit too much noise ,but it was OK as long as Windows stayed close. Otherwise everything was good. Also the beds were all dates and made lots of noise, including table chairs which were about to fall apart.

Excellent value accommodation in central Malaga.

+ This is a very good place for a group of friends or a family. It is simple, clean and comfortable. Location is in close proximity to all keys places in central Malaga. Everything was at least as good good, if not better than hoped for.

− The check in process on line was a bit cumbersome. Couldn't understand some of the fine detail that was required in advance.

Overall, the stay was nice, the flat was clean and in excellent location.

+ Reception had our form and keys ready, it took us couple minutes to get the keys, the process was efficient. My main point of contact was Elena and she was very helpful with everything. The flat itself was nice, very spacious and it was clean. The best part for us was location as it was close to the beach and close to the city center (old town).

− I did not like that reception was not in the same building as the property. We took taxi from the airport to the reception to collect the keys and then had to drag our suitcases to the property, it would be easier if we could pick up keys from the lockbox at the property. Also the locks were not working well, it took us a while to unlock the doors from the street entrance and when we got to the flat we could not unlock the main door. The door has two locks and we ended up having to use both keys at the same time in order to unlock it. One of the locks seems to be stuck or something, we told this to reception when checking out, so hopefully it will be fixed or at least they will advise people to use both locks at the same time.

No hot water, no Wi-Fi. I would not return even for free.

+ The localization of the apartment is very good - close to the city centre, many restaurants nearby and shops. The check in process was quick and it could be done online. The appartment is really big. Air conditioning works well.

− During our stay FOR 5 DAYS THERE WERE NO HOT WATER IN THE APARTMENT!!!!! My kids had to take bath in cold water!!!!! I've reported this to the hosts, but they didn't do anything about that.The photos of the appartment at booking.com were made at least 3 years ago, maybe even earlier. Many things in the appartment are damaged, in worst condition are kitchen (broken cabinets, sink faucet, countertop, etc.) and the bathroom with a shower (shower in horrible condition, mold under the shower, broken sink faucet). The chairs in the livingroom were broken. The Wi-Fi did not work at all during our whole stay. There were construction materials in the apartment that left after some renovation works.

+ The location is great, close to the centre and with a nice view.

− The photos don't match the reality, the apartment is in really bad condition and not taken care of. It was also quite dirty, especially the couches. The kitchen barely had any utensils and although it was mentioned that there was breakfast, we didn't find anything.

− Dirty curtains and blankets, broken chairs in the living room, one small radiator for the entire apartment, damaged furnitures in the kitchen.

− The mattresses, some of them were too thin and uncomfortable. Beside that the apartment next to was doing some renovations hammering and drilling from 8am, difficult for resting.

− A bit noisy traffic outside but if you like to live in the city central then it is ok. Just close the windows for the night.

− Thr pictures did not match the reality. Wear and tier. And also ants walk on top of the surfaces Something bits at the night time and you can see the bite on your body.
