− الموظف الذي في الاستقبال في النوبة الليلة عبوس لا يبتسم ولايتكلم ولا يرحب بضيوف. عندما تصل تشعر انه غير مرحب بك. على الفندق ان يعلم الموظفين كيف يستقبلوا الضيوف بأدب. الامر الاخر هو انهم يبالغون في تعطير الفندق لم استطيع النوم من كثرة العطور في جو الفندق

Wretched end - asked me to use soiled clothing to dry myself

− With a night flight, I asked to shower. Whilst I was permitted this, the hotel refused to provide a towel, and said I should use my dirty clothes to dry myself. I had just spent 6 nights, and spent hundreds of euros. I had left multiple clean towels in my room, and was checking out on a Sunday, when the hostal would not have been full. Its completely unprofessional to treat paying customers in this way. It is unacceptable. It is inexcusable. Towels are basic. You’re permitting a guest to shower; it follows they need to dry themselves. In all my years, I’ve never heard of a hotel asking a guest to go dry themselves with their soiled clothing

− Personale troppo rigido sulla.consegna delle chiavi ogni volta che si usciva anche per 2 soli minuti. Purtroppo i muri non sono insonorizzati e se i vicini sono maleducati, come spesso succede, si sente veramente tutto, come averli in camera. Il bagno è nel piano e serve per 8 camere....un po' poco

+ Todo muy limpio. Personal muy agradable a destacar tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones

+ Very central Hotel only a 5 min walk from train station. Close to shops and bars. On a quiet lane so noise level very low for such a busy place. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning and ceiling fan made the room very cool and comfortable as it was pretty hot day and night during our stay. Easy check-in process very straightforward.

− On arrival to the room we had to go back downstairs for bath towels as there was only hand towels in the room. There is no other reason for me to dislike this property.

Confortável e cômodo.

+ Gostei que tem ar condicionado, é um quarto muito confortável, e as meninas da limpeza são uma simpatia. Sempre solicitas! Também adorei que pude deixar minha bagagem no hostel depois do check out, até a hora de ir ao aeroporto.

− Não há nada que eu não tenha gostado, tudo estava impecável.
