Ich habe mich absolut sicher, sehr unabhängig ( eigener Schlüssel für das Eingangstor) gefühlt. Konnte mein gesamtes Gel

+ Très bonne expérience dans l'hostal Pons. Victoria a été au petit soin pour nous. On se sent comme à la maison. On le recommande à 100%.

Stylish city centre getaway

+ The hostel is inside a beautiful 18th century townhouse with stone steps leading up to reception and lounge rooms with tall whitewashed walls and tiled floors. There was aircon throughout which was a very present surprise (not mentioned on the Booking website). Overall, the place looked much nicer than in the photos on the Booking website, I think. I had a double room which was very spacious. My travelling companions had single rooms which were comfortable but much smaller. The manager of Victoria was charming and very informative. The hostel is located very centrally and for breakfast, would thoroughly recommend the cafe Can Martí which is just around the corner from the hostel.

− Sometimes there was a bit of a wait for the shared bathroom and I would probably provide a mop for people to use after they have showered. But the shared bathrooms were obviously cleaned regularly and it certainly wasn't a problem.

Excellent place with a few minor shortcomings

+ The position in town was excellent, and the atmosphere in the house was very classical and nice. The bathroom on the top floor worked well. The combination of the aircon and the ventilator worked well to keep a good temperature in the room. The beds were comfortable, and the room had a pleasant size.

− We missed some furniture in the room, where we could lay out and organise our clothes and stuff. We also missed some drying rack on the terrace to dry our wet clothes after bathing.

+ The hostel was in a beautiful building in a great location. The room had air conditioning and a fan. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and everything was very clean. I will recommend it.

It’s like staying in a wealthy friend’s beautiful house!

+ It’s a beautiful guesthouse with a lot of space, friendly staff, and is spotlessly clean. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep things cool despite the hot, humid summer weather. A pleasure.

− I’d have liked more seating/tables in the common areas and rooftop terrace, and the beds, while comfortable, make a lot of noise with even a little movement.

Kurz und angenehm

+ Die Unterkunft ist zentral:) Ist nur nicht komplett mit dem Taxi zu erreichen(2-3 Min Fussweg) . Ist für ein Hostel sehr komfortabel und sauber. Personal war sehr nett und hat uns geholfen unsere Koffer zutragen:) Die Dame war freundlich und zuvorkommend, bat uns Hilfe an wenn benötigt.:) waren nicht lange da, deswegen kann ich ansonsten nicht viel sagen:) Für unsere Übernachtung keine Probleme, wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt:)

− Le bruit au 2e étage, plusieurs nuits de suite, e suis rentrée fatiguée de mon séjour ! Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas quelqu'un la nuit pour faire respecter le silence ! Aucun frigo pour y entreposer de l'eau, bien embêtant avec les températures chaudes.

+ The location is excellent and extremely quiet. The staff was helpful and very nice. The building is picturesque and charming. The bed was comfortable.

+ Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w centrum Palmy. Z lotniska autobus A1 (przystanek Jaume III/ passeig Mallorca) dowozi bardzo blisko, można śmiało potem iść pieszo. Zameldowanie bezproblemowe, Pan z recepcji bardzo miły i pomocny. W pokoju klimatyzacja, bardzo czysto. Darmowe WiFi. Co 3 dni było sprzątane z wymianą ręczników i pościeli. Miejsce bardzo ciche, spokojne. Wszystko zgodnie ze zdjęciami. Blisko na plażę Can Pere Antoni (ok 20 minut pieszo), ale polecam pojechać autobusem ok 20 min na Cala Major - plaża czysta, bez śmieci, bez sprzedawców parasolek itd, łagodnie zejście do wody.

− Trafił nam się pokój gdzie wejście do łazienki nie było oddzielone drzwiami, nam to nie przeszkadzało, ale myślę że dla wielu osób to mógłby być duży minus.

Heerlijk verblijf met lieve mensen

+ Het personeel, de ligging en het gebouw waren fantastisch. De kamer was mooi gerenoveerd, gezellig en in stijl met de charme van Mallorca!

− Omdat de badkamer gedeeld werd door verschillende,, was hij niet altijd even proper als jij de laatste in rij was om je te wassen op die dag. Maar het was wel duidelijk dat de badkamer wel elke dag gepoetst werd.

+ Era cercano y bastante accesible de precio tratándose de Palma de Mallorca. La casa es hermosísima y está superbien conservada.

− Quizás que las puertas al ser muy antiguas, a veces costaba cerrarlas pero tampoco era imposible.

Okay, but careful

+ The location is great, it is beautifully decorated and I almost didn’t notice that I was sharing a bathroom.

− Except the weekend worker, everyone else was kind of rude and not helpful. I had to sleep in a bed-bug infested room for 3 nights, even after I had noticed them in bed, and had bites all over my body.

+ Leider gab es kein Frühstück. Ansonsten ist es ein empfehlenswertes und ruhiges Hotel in der historischen Altstadt von Palma
