+ Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, eran espaciosas y tenían aire acondicionado. El personal fue muy amable. Estuve 2 semanas allí y me sentí como en casa. La comida de su restaurante es bastante buena.

Cozy vine-covered terrace, comfortable sleep, was easy to find parking in the town.

+ Coziest terrace in the whole town. We stayed for one night and were very comfortable.

Disappointing

− I knew this as a nice hotel which was run by a lady before, so I came back today but there was no lady , there was an old disgruntled bulldog at reception. Traveling 20 years in Spain I know the local culture and the meaning of those heart -shaped signs next to the road traffic signs at the entrance in many villages which say “0 tolerancia violencia genero” because too many spots are infested with the macho-chauvinist mind set of their male inhabitants.There are those who have not seen a day in life without mental abusive attitude against women, they are born in such surroundings and they die in them.. If that gets combined with a natural inbred hatred against all foreign nationals, you can imagine what abuse a single foreign lady traveler is exposed to in such a house. As I am a seasoned traveler and would not take the crap from anyone I saw instantly what I was dealing with so I elegantly played over the situation in bantering and chatting with the young girl assistant STANDING BY during check in, so as not to leave the bulldog any chance to bring it on. Which is probably why I had NO WARM WATER when I wanted to shower later that night; and why I was told more crap when I complained about that; and that this bulldog later wanted to come into my room, that night (for talking more crap?): and I found the room was not made when I returned in the evening of the next day. Everyone knows those types of bulldogs with bad expressions on their faces who growl and bark at everyone for no reason, come rain or shine, who have no reason in life but to scare some passers by. So if and since in this hotel they have no more the money to either fix a broken water boiler, or they have to save on electricity to heat the water up, yet instead one gets chauvinist crap by the bucket, EVERYONE CAN DO WITHOUT THAT !!!

+ Friendly, family run hostal. Safe place indoors to safely store my bicycle. Good WiFi. Spotlessly clean and very quite at night. There's even a fridge in the corridor for guests to use. I would happily stay here again.

+ Nicely located in a very quiet street away from the thoroughfare in Los Baños. Bar area which is usually open (at least during summer) but was able to get a beer anyway by the nice owner. Good location for going on trips in Sierra Nevada.

+ I loved how friendly the stuff was 😊I even got a bigger room because I travelled with my fur babies, that was amazing. There was a nice little table and a comfortable chair so I had no problems working during my whole stay. They treated me like a family member ❤️I had a very good time which I so much needed.

− the bathroom was not so comfortable but it was clean 👍some of the daily menue portions could be a bit more on the plate (especially the main course) 🙏
