An excellent choice. Comfort and care in the center of Cannes at an affordable price.

+ This is an excellent choice for those who want to simultaneously see the famous Croisette, swim in the sea, do some shopping and spend the night in a cozy air-conditioned room. Maria, the Hotel manager, is very caring, she will advise you on different places and tell you about the places and establishments that the locals prefer. Having own free parking is also an added bonus.

+ La struttura in sé e’ semplice e in posizione ottima. Lo staff gentile. La colazione e’ nella media ma ho dovuto pagarla sul posto mentre Booking la dava inclusa nel prezzo.

Buona esperienza

+ Posizione, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla croisette, e dalla prima spiaggia libera, lato est, quindi 20/25 minuti a piedi dalla zona ristoranti, porticciolo. Zona molto tranquilla, con minimarket a due passi per ogni evenienza. Pulito, personale molto gentile. Il plus è il parcheggio nel cortile interno adeguato alla capacità, gratuito. Ci ritornerei.

− abbastanza basico, no frigo bar, no prese per ricaricare telefoni, micro tv, un pò datato nel complesso.

+ Posizione perfetta. Stanza molto ampia e comoda!

− Il parcheggio non è molto ampio. La colazione secondo me troppo costosa.

Very nice surprise to stay in this property. I loved it. Would stay there again.

+ It was nice to be a very short walk was from the hustle and bustle of the main drive and away from the traffic.

− The shower was small.

+ Very friendly staff, good and free parking, very convenient location to beach and Croisette (7 min. walk).Breakfast room nice, possibility to sit outside.

− Breakfast could be improved by crispier Croissants and breakfast and maybe some fresh fruits.
