The location was excellent. Good breakfast. City is absolutely amazing.

+ The fabulous room and location overlooking the old town. The staff were all amazing. We had to make a rare call to 24hr reception which was responded to immediately!

Funky hotel in a perfect location serving a wonderful; breakfast to boot!

+ the hotel was in a great location - right in the old town with lots of lovely restaurants, shops, bars, historical buildings and the beach nearby

− disappointing that for the room rate paid, shampoo, conditioner and other basic toiletries were not provided. This seemed counter to everything else with our stay

Fijn hotel met fantastische ligging!

+ De ligging is fantastisch, midden in het oude centrum en dichtbij haven en strand. Het ontbijt is ook meer dan geweldig.

− Net voor uitchecken was er een brandalarm waardoor de lift niet werkte. Wij zaten op de zesde verdieping met veel bagage. De jongeman aan de receptie op dat moment bood niet eens aan om ons te helpen. Uiteindelijk heeft een hele vriendelijke dame van de schoonmaak ons geholpen alles naar beneden te brengen.

Not great value for money

+ Location is wonderful and it’s clean

− Cleaning service was slow and air conditioning was a problem

+ Loved being in the central area of the old town to experience the various Pintxos restaurants. The breakfast being included was an absolute bonus.

− It was all great. Nothing negative to share.

A perfect hotel in a perfect location.

+ The staff and owner of the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The hotel itself is located on the best street in Old Town and decorated beautifully. The terrace upstairs provides a fabulous view and full evening sunshine for a late drink before heading out. We can't thank you enough for a fabulous break.

+ Our balcony opened to the basilica. It was so lovely. Great restaurants all within a block. The downtown, beach and great coffee shops nearby. Wonderful location.The rooftop balcony was small but nice. The staff were very helpful.

The hotel was clean, very nice and in a great location. I loved the terrace on the 6th floor.

+ The location of the hotel was really amazing - very central and really was a 5 minutes walk to La Concha beach. My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very good. And I really loved the terrace on the 6th floor - perfect to sit and enjoy San Sebastian.

− The windows in my room were a little odd - both were opaque, which I understand for a bathroom, but slightly odd for the bedroom. But it didn't really bother me. It was just unusual!

+ La ubicación es totalmente perfecta. No se escucha nada de ruido aunque estés en el centro. Tiene una azotea con unas vistas increíbles.

− Al ser zona peatonal el parking está algo más lejos pero se encuentra sin problema.

− Difficult to find on the first day. Our driver did not know where to drop us and we could not connect the hotel with the number on booking.com We ended up pulling our suitcases 3 blocks and then needing to ask many people where we needed to be. The hotel does not have street access and knowing in advance would have been helpful . Once there it was lovely

Weekend break

+ Amazing location in the oldtown. Very good sound proofing dispite the noisy streets below. Loved the smell as you walked in the main door. Would happily stay again.

− Nothing to dislike

+ Location is perfect to visit main attractions in San Sebastian. Room is big and clean with nice view on the church.

− Towel service and toiletries can be improved.
