Please note that use of the balcony and terrace is only allowed between 07:00 - 22:00 hrs.

Please note that some of the double, triple and quintuple rooms are on the ground floor and therefor better accessible for people with disabilities.

Please note that the hotel only has stairs and no lift.

Guests have to transfer the entire amount of the reservation for non-refundable reservations within 7 days after the reservation was made. Please note that a prepayment has to be fulfilled. The usual cancellation policies apply.

Please note that for group reservations the following applies: when booking 3 rooms or more, a prepayment for the first 2 night has to be fulfilled via bank transfer within 7 days. The usual cancellation policies apply.

Please note that when guests have a strong preference for a double bed, they are required to book the Double Room with Bath.

Please note that for group reservations of more than 2 rooms, will be charged immediately. If the accommodation isn't provided with the guests' credit card details, the amount has to be paid via online banking.
