Très déçue . Mauvais rapport qualité prix. Hôtel ne valant pas plus de deux étoiles

− Établissement vieillot, mais surtout dont la propreté laisse sérieusement à désirer ! Et quand j’ai signalé au patron la présence de cheveux dans les draps et la salle de bains lors de notre arrivée, celui-ci s’est mis en colère et on s’est fait insulter ! Heureusement que le fils du patron et sa compagne était là pour temporiser la situation. Ils ont tous eux été très professionnels et compréhensifs. Le petit déjeuner est par ailleurs très basique : pas de fruits frais, pas de pain autre que de la baguette, pas de muesli, pas de laits végétaux…

− Globalement établissement vieillissant qui aurait besoin de renovations. Les volets ne sont pas loin de nous rester dans les mains Les parties communes sales du fait du gros chien, et cela engendre des odeurs. Petit déjeuner qui n est pas en buffet car la patron explique qu il n y a pas assez de monde. Soit, mais dans ce cas il faut le dire et ne pas faire payer le même prix.

Exceptionnel pour l'authenticité et la vue est magnifique

+ Très bien situé sur la place de la ville, facile pour se garer, nourriture exceptionnelle très grandes portions avec un style traditionnel

+ Le dirigeant et son personnel sont super sympathiques et toujours à l'écoute du client. L'emplacement est vraiment fantastique

Nice spot to spend few days in the mountains and lower temperatures!

+ I liked very much the location in the center with a magnificent viewpoint to to the mountains. The room with a terrace was also a great advantage to enjoy the view while we took our breakfast on our terrace.

− There is no privacy on the terrace, no separation between the many terraces. I did not like the dog smell by the entrance and the dirty carpet because of the huge and friendly mountain dog often is laying on the ground.

− Struttura fatiscente, oltre a essere vecchia (di questo non ne hanno colpa), è sporca. Non viene pulita da data immemore. Dopo aver letto le ottime recensioni di questo hotel, sono rimasto sorpreso. Poi ho capito che si riferivano al periodo invernale. Forse dato che abbiamo soggiornato in estate (eravamo credo 4 persone in tutto), la colazione con buffett inesistente, i distributori delle bevande calde, completamente vuoti. Prezzo assurdo visto l'insieme

Séjour de trois jours impeccable.

+ Prendre le petit déjeuner au fra frais, face à la verdure des montagnes, pendant cette canicule (juin 2026) fut un régal.

− J'aurais aimé que Pacha, le chien vienne demander des câlins ;-(

+ I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, and the location was amazing.

Disappointing and expensive.

− Rooms were dirty. So many things broken. Had a leaking loo for the entire trip. Noisy hotel. Would fail all health and safety checks

− Nous avons été trompé,

+ Pasha the dog welcomed us and he is adorable. Very easy to find and park. We were welcomed and helped with luggage to our room. The bedroom was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable with nice pillows. We had a terrace room with a lovely view of the slopes. Easy access to coffee shops and restaurants.

− The main part of the hotel (reception & corridors) had a stale smell but the bedroom was fine. Breakfast was a little disappointing.

+ The location could not be better, The staff was helpful, friendly and very kind. The ski room is super handy. Our room had a nice balcony with a view of the mountain--ideal for the drone show. The hotel dogs were awesome. The breakfast was very good with lots of options for different palates.

− Our room was missing hooks and shelves. Make sure you bring your own amenities like conditioner and tissue which is something you do not think about at the price point. The hairdryer was terrible. We would have loved a small fridge. Pillows were not the best.

Best place to stay in Auron

Très bon séjour, on reviendra certainement !

+ Emplacement , très proche du téléphérique , du centre ville, des commerces, restaurants etc... Chambre avec vue superbe, petit déjeuner copieux et très bon, restaurant très bon aussi et personnel accueillant et fort sympathique .

− Petite rénovation extérieure mettrait certainement le bâtiment en valeur . Il en est de même pour les chambres et des équipements supplémentaires , une bouilloire dans la chambre par exemple, serait très appréciable .

− Røykukt på rommet, ikke mulig å justere varmen, ekstremt dyrt , selv om man aksepterer høysesong (nyttårsaften utrolig bra fyrverkeri utsikt fra balkongen 👍)

+ Ja trop aimé le cadre, l'emplacement de hôtel malgré qui été en travaux.

Warm welcome in a classic ski lodge in a stellar setting

+ It is a classic traditional ski lodge in a beautiful mountain setting. The ebullient host is welcoming and generous. Our large terrace, sunny and warm on a chilly afternoon in October, was splendid with views of the mountains around and the slopes in changing colors. Equipped with a table and chairs and a folding lounger where we enjoyed our champagne, it felt a little like paradise. The bed is huge and comfortable with great pillows and a cosy duvet for the cold night at altitude. The excellent large screen TV has a large array of international channels with connections possible to NetFlix etc. The breakfast was included with excellent croissants and bread, jam and Nutella, cereals, teas and good coffee. Eggs were offered as well and cooked to order. As we were there in off-season, the host even offered us a late check-out on the house in case we wanted to stay to hike - which was very tempting. We left with regret we weren’t staying longer.

Not comfortable because of water and a rip off

+ The location and the view was good.

− The hotel was very rundown and seemed to have just opened out of season because of the event. There was no hot water available in the morning at all and very little effort to fix it. There seemed to be one man only in the place and he was not that interested which as I had paid over £200 for the room made me rather peed off.

Très bien dormi et accueil au top.
