Glass bathroom door not providing sufficient privacy while using toilet.
Leak from the shower flooded the bathroom, not resolved during our stay, despite being known about prior to our arrival.
Air con not up to the job, during our June visit.

+ Hotel Claude is a 17th Century home that's been coverted into a Boutique, Luxury Hotel in Old Town Marbella. It's tastefully designed with only 7 curated rooms, each representing a different place in Spain. The hotel is in the center of restaurants, shopping, bars & walking distance to the beach. The space is elegant & thoughtfully designed. The service provided by Alba, at the Front Desk, Feny our Breakfast Server & Olivia who is also at the Front Desk and manages Breakfast was outstanding! Complete hospitality! They are there to help with recommendations on anything that you need. The Breakfast provided each morning on the terrace was a wonderful way to begin the day & absolutely delicious! We look forward to staying at Hotel Claude, the next time that we're visiting Marbella.

+ Everything was down to the details; it's a very nice little hotel, well located close to the beach and the center. Access is a little bit tricky, but not complicated. The staff was superb from check-in through check-out. The rooftop is a jewel.

+ Staff were amazingly friendly. The room was exceptionally clean. Loved the honesty bar and terrace at the top. Really excellent location for old Marbella and walking distance from beach.
− The only thing is that rooms have windows to inner courtyard and it can be a bit noisy because of other guests coming home or checking out early. Nothing the hotel can do and it was mostly really quiet

+ Do not hesitate-this place is amazing! The staff really go above and beyond their duties, they were so warm and friendly. The breakfast was so delicious (and with proper coffee!) served on the rooftop. Everything in the room felt luxurious- the coffee, toiletries, towels! We didn’t have dinner at the hotel so can’t comment on that. Location is quite but right in the heart of the old town

− Our room (Califato) was small, difficult to keep at a good sleeping temperature until we opened the window which helped a lot! The bathroom scales need a new battery..or just be removed:-)
