+ Central area in the historical centre close to everything was ideal. We found the property to be dark and the reception lacked warmth.

+ The hotel had a great historic feel to it and our room was huge with a view of Alhambra. Staff were delightful and it was such a pleasant change from the disinterested staff in Barcelona. Some great restaurant suggestions. Continental breakfast was very convenient and pleasant. When you walk out the front door you step into a vibrant happy Granada. So many eateries in the surrounding streets, spoilt for choice. The place comes alive at 10pm but we heard no noise inside the hotel. Only hiccup was I asked for a view, so we were on the 5th floor. The quaint old lift only goes to 3! Two lovely staff carried our big suitcases up and down for us- how kind. Would definitely return for longer. (and stay on the third floor).

+ What a little gem of a hotel. I have stayed in several Granada hotels from budget to luxury and I would happily stay here again.

Amazing time!

+ We had an amazing time and got the room with the view of the Alhambra. The breakfast was really good also. Very clean. Photo is the view from the room. Please know that room is on the 5th floor and the elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor. So you will have to carry your luggage to that room if you book it. Also there is no laundry room. You’ll have to walk your laundry about a half of a mile away to do it.

+ The hotel is in an excellent area as far as options for tourism go but the hotel itself is nothing great, paper thin walls, they even gave me a clunky key instead of a fob, I had to ask the front desk to ask the screaming children in the room Next to me to be quiet… which was weird as it was clear everyone could hear them at 11pm and he didn’t do anything about it until I asked. The space feels dated and nothing special. The lady who was at the breakfast buffet was very lovely and had excellent customer service skills.

+ Ótima localização para visitar Allambra. Tem Carrefour, frutaria, locais para tomar café da manhã. Recepcionista atenciosos e educados. No quarto faltou pendurador de toalha.

Nice location

+ The location is great ... however parking and reaching the hotel by car is challenging. The view to Alhambra is partially blocked....

+ Personnel sympathique. Chambre très propre et hôtel ayant conservé un certain charme (mais vieillissant) Avions demandé chambre ne donnant pas sur la rue et c'était très calme tout en étant en plein dans un quartier animé. Comme il s'agit d'un hôtel de type espagnol où les chambres donnent autour d'un patio, il peut y avoir du bruit si certains voisins parlent dans ce patio. Petit déjeuner EXCELLENT et copieux avec beaucoup de choix

+ Perfect location. Despite being in a very popular area the windows are sound proof so we had a good sleep. The breakfast buffet had a good variety so it was really worth it. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are a bit outdated but functional.

+ A lovely old fashioned hotel, very quiet despite being in the middle of town. There's a minibus that goes to the Alhambra from nearby too.

Tem degraus mas vale a pena!

+ Todo atendimento do hotel foi realizado com presteza, empatia e gentileza. Apenas considero alguns itens que poderiam ser melhorados: - tipo e qualidade do sabonete e shampoo; - decoração do quarto antiga; - sistema de ligar e apagar as luzes no quarto não inteligente. A entrada do hotel possui alguns degraus, então se sua mala for grande terá dificuldades. Eu consegui pq já estava preparada psicologicamente. Depois há elevador para os quartos. Localização é EXCELENTE

+ Great place to stay in the cool part of town. Quaint, old school, nothing fancy but clean safe and well-located.

+ The room was a good size and very reasonably priced. Was a bit noisy at night. Location was great with easy walking to Plaza Nuevo and the main church.
