Amazing host, nice looking property, good location.
Restaurant was not open, parking was confusing, bathroom was small.
Tutto perfetto, l'accoglienza e la camera. Buona la posizione.
Tutto bene
Our stay was just a pit stop during a long trip, but I wish I had more time to enjoy the hotel. The place was simple but nice and cozy, the staff was extremely nice and helpful, and they were lovely with our dog (no extra fees, by the way). The restaurant/breakfast was not available at the time, but I believe it would be lovely to try it. Unfortunately we didn't have the time to use the huge swimming pool as well, but it looked amazing! It's very quiet and and easy to park.
Just to say something, it could have a mini bar in the room. But everything was great!
Lovely looking hotel with parking. Friendly staff, offered a welcome drink and helpful suggestions as to where to eat in the evening.
The restaurant not available until mid-June, no dinner or breakfast available at the hotel. We had a nice meal in the town which we cold walk to (approx 15 mins). We had bought some supplies as next destination was self-catering so we had some breakfast sat in the grounds of the hotel.
The hostess was lovely.
Room was a fair size and clean relatively new looking.
We booked this location because it stated it had a restaurant which would have been ideal only to find out from the only member of staff that they were not exactly open yet There would be no staff until May there for no kitchen no bar. Also a lot of money and time would be needed on the property as a wing of the hotel seemed to be in a state of collapse.
Not much. Air conditioning worked.
There is a railway right next to the property and very noisy trains ran every few minutes. The staircase inside is black and shiny and very hard to see. The lavatory flush in our room was broken when we arrived. Outside, the swimming pool is a community pool and was full of noisy local families until about 8 pm. It is not a residents pool. The restaurant is a snack bar by the pool. When we arrived there was no one at Reception to welcome us. When the woman in charge arrived she told us that she only spoke German. As we do not speak German it was difficult to communicate. We left the next morning with no receptionist downstairs either. Our car was the only one in the car park so we think we were the only guests, which would explain why this place is not guest friendly.
Very nice hotel with a beautiful garden and friendly personal.
Rooms are a little bit small and close to train track.
Very helpful owner, delicious evening meal and good breakfast. Very quiet, carparking on site. A couple of local bars a short walk away .
not a lot…
old things broken eg shutters poor beds no water pressure to shower
Wonderful setting, beautiful gardens and spacious, comfortable room.. We were made to feel very welcome and the evening meal was delicious. All fresh ingredients and extremely well prepared. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.
Everything was wonderful. The staff at the hotel was outstanding. The restaurant was exceptional. The location, set back from the street gave it an intimate aura. The hotel is in a lovely, historic building.
Absolutely nothing!
The owners were really lovely with us! So kind and friendly, good safe parking, quiet area, the restaurant was brilliant,Lovely big fire place, excellent steak!!! Super tasty! The wine and beer was perfect. -Lovely gardens, with fish and ducks.. big swimming pool!!! Obviously you can see they are renovating parts of the hotel when they can and good luck to them. I stayed there with my twin boys, it’s definitely clean and safe for children. -I actually buy, renovate and rent holiday properties for a living and I know how difficult it can be. The hotel really does have a lot of potential.
The only reason I can’t give it 10/10 is because of the bathroom… the shower didn’t work very well, moving tiles because the shower leaks and the towels had holes in them. The rest of the room is dated but was clean and everything worked.
nothing
First impressions count; really run down exterior with weeds growing in the car park and poor signage to even find the property. laboured check-in with language difficulties, building was cold, uninviting and we appeared to be the only guests. The interior and our room looked nothing like the published photos and after looking at our room we decided not to stay and left.
Hotel Las Navas is a beautiful looking hotel with a car park at the front and beautiful gardens at the back. The bar/restaurant is being reformed and is already looking wonderful. The front terrace is lovely. The proprietor of the hotel is a lovely, warm and welcoming lady who went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable and nice as possible. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant even though it isn’t fully open yet. Breakfast was excellent, served on the terrace as the weather was nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. Pet friendly.
Lovely owner who organized dinner despite the renovations going on at the time. Had my evening meal and breakfast there: Excellent. I have stayed at seven hotels this trip, and this was by far the best value.
It will be lovely when the renovations are finished. A little rough around the edges at the moment. I'm sure it will be great in 2023.
The airconditioning in the bedroom. The free parking.
That there was no facility for food. Although I knew the swimming pool was closed, I didn’t know the restaurant was closed.
