Hôtel Le Canberra

+ Très bonne situation, très propre .

− Grand lit, mais en vérité, deux matelas donc très inconfortable. La robinetterie de la salle de bain est très mal étudié, peu accessible, et non fonctionnel Pas de port USB dans la chambre

+ Już po kilku pobytach w Cannes, stwierdzam że śniadań nie można nazwać śniadaniami( jeśli ktoś oczekuje tego co jest w polskich hotelach np.), we Francji to przystawka do rozpoczęcia dnia. :):):)

+ Staff was lovely.

− Room was spacious but sheets had holes/ stains and the carpets were quite dirty all around the rooms at the edges.

+ Ottima posizione, suite rotonde spaziosa e con letto matrimoniale e divano letto molto comodi e silenziosa nonostante sia sulla strada principale.

− Pulizia insufficiente: i mobili/armadi/porte non vengono probabilmente puliti da molto tempo ed essendo tutti di colore scuro presentano evidenti aloni di sporco, inoltre guardando sotto al divano letto che era aperto ed era stato preparato come letto, sono state trovate carte e una bottiglietta vuota degli ospiti precedenti. La colazione non è da 4 stelle: ci sono pochi prodotti non di qualità e non risulta ben organizzata (mancanza di pinze per prendere brioche/pane; succhi con mancanza di indicazione del gusto; mancanza di marmellate monodose e presenza di barattoli con cucchiai infilati all’interno che vengono usati da tutti gli ospiti e che quindi non risultano molto igienici).

Séjour très décevant, et surtout un vrai problème de sécurité.

− Des personnes extérieures à l'hôtel se sont introduites dans la piscine, où mes enfants étaient en train de jouer. J'ai signalé la situation à la réception : au lieu de gérer le problème, on m'a demandé de désigner ces personnes du doigt pour pouvoir les identifier. Résultat : ces personnes sont sorties de la piscine pour s'en prendre à moi. Cris, insultes, propos à caractère raciste, et une tentative d'en venir aux mains avec mon conjoint. Mes enfants ont eu très peur. À aucun moment le personnel n'est intervenu. La direction ne nous a présenté ni excuse ni explication, et aucune mesure n'a été prise. Un établissement qui ne contrôle pas l'accès à ses espaces communs et qui laisse ses clients se faire agresser sur place, sans réaction du personnel, ne peut pas être recommandé — encore moins à des familles avec enfants. Sécurité 0.

A fantastic boutique hotel in the perfect Cannes location, with spacious rooms and exceptional service — highly recommen

+ The location is amazing — perfectly situated between Rue d’Antibes, the main shopping street, and La Croisette, with both just a short walk away. It made our stay extremely convenient. Our suite was also very spacious and comfortable, with a great size for our stay. What really stood out, however, was the staff and the service. Everyone was incredibly friendly, supportive and responsive; whenever we asked for anything, they were very quick to assist. Although Le Canberra is officially a four-star hotel, the service and overall experience genuinely felt like a five-star boutique hotel. I would definitely recommend it.

− There was honestly very little we didn’t like. We would have appreciated a late check-out, but we completely understand that this was during peak season and unfortunately it wasn’t available. The only other small point is that the bathrooms do not have a bidet spray/handheld hygiene shower, which would have been more convenient for us.

+ A great location. Room was clean and comfortable.

− I would have preferred a double mattress topper over the two single joined beds. Parking on site is for 3 spaces only and although I requested parking, it is first come first served and only 3 bays so not really fair to allude to ‘parking available on site’.

+ Location was great. Pool areas was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious, great, just as expected.

+ Exceptional hotel. Open from all sides so you don’t get a room with a bad view. A nice pool area at the GF with a nice garden. Rooms are spacious (double and suite). And well lit. Staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Esmeralda and Alexis the “magician”. Definitely recommend it.
